• Eugenie (8/5): - Mooie kamer, fijne bedden., mooi hotel.Ontbijt ochtends voor de deur. Zag er leuk uit. Locatie. Straat is druk, grote wegen er om heen. Veel herrie s nachts. Straat verder leuk park, leuk koffie tentje Buuh.. dat was positief.

Las camas no eran muy cómodas y el alojamiento no tiene buena insonorización interior. Se escucha todo lo que pasa en el resto de habitaciones e incluso oyes caminar a los demás ya que el suelo suena demasiado, cosa que no permite un buen descanso si tienes un sueño ligero.

• Jana (9/5): - Pěkné ubytování v blízkosti stanice metra. V okolí dostatek kaváren a restaurací. Kousek do centra a i přes poměrně hlučnou ulici pod okny, je v ubytování krásně ticho. Výborné jsou úložné skříňky, které jsou k dispozici pro uložené zavazadel při dřívějším příjezdu a pozdějším odjezdu.

La habitación estaba muy limpia y cuando pedíamos, la limpiaba muy bien. El desayuno completo. La chica de recepción la vimos solo una vez pero fue amable. Muy bueno el sistema de lockers. Desde el Alojamiento responden rápido. La ducha excelente. Falta personal diario; el hervidor estaba roto; el desayuno debería venir con cubiertos, no es muy práctico bajarlos; faltan bandejas para el desayuno, es incómodo desayunar en la cama. Estaría bueno que agreguen una máquina de café del tipo cápsula porque el Café soluble es malo. El internet no tenía una conexión muy estable.
• Malcolm (7/5): - A quirky experience but comfortable and good value. Beds were so well made they looked shrink wrapped in white! The pre-packed breakfasts were very good (if a little light on butter). No lifts and big stair cases were a challenge but thankfully we only had carry on hand luggage.

No se queden ahí. - Limpieza La habitación era extremadamente pequeña, no era apta para las 3 personas que en teoría estaba contemplada, no podíamos circular en ella, menos abrir maletas; incluso las camas eran tan diminutas que mi amigo quedó con los pies fuera de ella. No tiene clóset ni repisas para guardar nuestras cosas. El desayuno parece una colación de escuela y lo dejan en el piso, fuera de la pieza, con alimentos que requieren refrigeración (jamón, queso) lo que constituye un riesgo sanitario. El soporte de la ducha estaba malo, se nos cayó reiteradamente el cabezal. Por todo lo anterior solicitamos un cambio de habitación o la devolución de nuestro dinero sin una respuesta satisfactoria. Nos retiramos porque era inviable quedarnos ahí. No es apto para personas con discapacidad, no tiene ascensor.

Check-in and check-out instructions were super clear from the start, and the directions from the airport made it easy to find the place without stress. The place itself was quiet, cozy, and felt very safe. A perfect spot to unwind after long days exploring. The beds were incredibly comfortable for a good night’s sleep, and the bathroom was great with strong water pressure for a nice shower before starting the day or after a long day out. Biggest plus: they accommodated bag storage both before check-in and after check-out. That made it effortless to enjoy the city freely without dragging luggage around. Would stay again in a heartbeat.

Schnell an 2 Metrostationen und auch fußläufig zu verschiedenen Sehenswürdigkeiten. Schneller und freundlicher Kontakt zum hoteloersonal. Wir durften schon vorzeitig einchecken! Gerne wieder!
