Attrezzato in tutto ( persino un phon superpotente) .Bagno ampio e comodo. Siamo andati in inverno siamo stati benissimo appartamento ben riscaldato in ogni angolo .Proprietario disponibile e attento, pronto ad aiutarci in ogni imprevisto. Veramente top .

- Barbara (4/5): - Il monolocale è ristrutturato e apparentemente si presenta bene Il monolocale non era riscaldato e faceva freddo. La zona notte non è una camera ma un soppalco piuttosto basso. La colazione non era granché e solo dolce.

- Francesco (7/5): Carino centrale ma privo di finestre - L'appartamento è carino, ed è centrale, nel cuore dei sassi bagno privo di finestre, una sola finestrella 40 x 60 in alto sopra la porta nell' unica stanza. Le foto nella sezione panoramica traggono in inganno, sono parte di una altro appartamento, infatti si vede una finestra che guarda i sassi, una terrazza ecc cose che appartengono ad un altro appartamento. Prodotti da bagno limitati nessun cestino di prodotti da bagno omaggio, solo un dispenser nella doccia e uno al lavandino.

- Monica (10/5): 5 giorni nel cuore dei sassi - Abbiamo soggiornare qui per 5 giorni fra settembre e ottobre. La posizione è certamente il punto di forza di questa struttura molto carina, pulita e funzionale c'è tutto quello che occorre per trascorrere qualche giorno nei sassi. La posizione strategica vicina a molte attrazioni naturali e non aiuta specie, come nel nostro caso, quando il meteo è avverso... L'appartamento è piccolino ma pulito e tenuto benissimo e il signor Michele è un host premuroso e disponibile. Siamo stati benissimo. L'unico suggerimento che posso dare al signor Michele è di mettere le tende più lunghe alla porta finestra perché al momento arrivano solo fino a metà del vetro e si rischia di mostrare le proprie grazie ai turisti che dormono nelle residenze a fianco. Questo è l'unico appunto che si può fare a questo appartamentino.

- Erica (10/5): In the heart of Matera. - In the Sassi corveose, just off the Main Street where the restaurants can be found. Michele’s little video showed us how to find the accommodation and operate the key lock. Instructions on parking were useful (25 euros for two nights) in Matera. We walked in, about 15 minutes downhill to The Loft and close to get a taxi(Michele arragened) up the hill back to the car park. A guided tour is helpful in explaining what you are looking at in Matera. One or two nights are essential as Matera is magical in the dark when lights appear at the windows. Having milk in the fridge and bathroom essentials was a nice touch.

(10/5): - La struttura è molto confortevole ubicazione ideale per la partenza di tutte le escursioni in quanto si trova a metà strada da tutti i punti di interesse, i letti sono comodi, ottima esposizione sempre all'ombra perfetta in estate, l'host è molto disponibile e rapido nelle risposte pronto a condividere tutte le informazioni (ristoranti, parcheggio, cosa vedere) e a chiamarti nel caso in cui ci fossero dubbi, buona la pulizia! Nulla ci siamo trovati bene riguardo tutti i punti di vista!

- Jims2851 (9/5): You won't find better! - Idris loft provides the perfect location for a trip to Matera. The accommodation is spotlessly clean and stylish with everything you need (as well as some you don't). Check-in was easy, and Michele was very informative. If you're looking for the best place to stay in Matera, congratulations, you've found it! Wi-Fi was a bit slow.
- Greer (9/5): Perfect base to enjoy Matera - The location is PERFECT! Short walk to all the famous Matera landmarks and views. Great restaurants and bars 1 or two minutes walk from the front door. A neat and simple apartment with well functioning kitchen and generous bathroom. Soundproofing is good and we slept well there. Our host was so helpful finding a tour guide, recommending great restaurants and graciously bought us extra linen after a little confusion about how many beds we needed. Air conditioning was wonderful. We parked 1 km away at a free, outdoor car park. The walk down from carpark was quite easy until we got to within 200m of the apartment, then we hit some rough laneways and stairs but be managed well. We could have gotten a taxi to the front door but we chose to walk. Nothing - simple and unfussy place to enjoy Matera.
- Ezequiel (9/5): Nice apartment - - good location, it’s on the Sassi area and has restaurants close - they leave us some local snacks - self check in clear and with no issues - sofa bed is not that comfortable and is making noise - the air conditioner is too low on the bedroom so you kind of need to turn off so you don’t freeze but the people on the sofa can be a little bit hot then. - parking is 400 Mts away but all the way with stairs. Or you can do a longer way without stairs.
- Ella (10/5): Idyllic apartment, best location! - A fantastic apartment in an incredible ancient city! Idris apartment was perfectly located 2 mins walk from the piazza where taxis drop and collect. The quieter end of the street, bit further from the hustle and bustle of the top, yet so many cafés/ restaurants within 1 minute walk! Michelino was super efficient with communications and especially kind to us. Nothing, everything was amazing 👏

- Philippe (9/5): Excellent rental in great location - Excellent location in Sassi Caveoso, very typical style, well equipped and nice bathroom, super clean and excellent explanations to access. You need to be aware of the fact that access to the apartment is a bit difficult tas restricted car zone and paved streets. But this is not particular to this rental, it’s the “price you have to pay” if you want to stay in the Sassi area…definitely worth the effort though

- Brett (9/5): Superb - Excellent location. Comfortable bed, although very tall people might have some issues with a low ceiling in the bedroom loft. I am 1.80 an could stand up, but needed to bend down as I got closer to the lovely arched ceiling.
