• Jeff (10/5): Cannot rate this highly enough. - Booking.com We were met by our host who was very helpful and spent time sharing his local knowledge. The apartment is approx 1 mile from Kotor Old Town and sits opposite so the views of it and the bay are breathtaking. We stayed in No5. Spacious with plenty of seating inside and out with access direct to the pool.

• Janet (10/5): We had a fantastic holiday and would love to go back - Our host Peter arranged our airport pick up and we were taken straight to our apartment, we were early for our check in but Peter met us and showed us the apartment and then gave us a drink and allowed us to sit by the pool whilst the apartment was cleaned. Peter was very helpful advising on different places to go and with helping arrangements for taxis etc. nothing was too much trouble for him. Absolutely nothing

Really quiet whilst we were there meaning we had this mostly to ourselves. We loved watching the cruise ships come in. Predrag was a great host and really helpful in providing recommendations on excusions and organising driver to help us get to old town and airport. Apartment was clean and spacious. 25-30 minute walk into Kotor which was along road and about 15 minutes from small shop/bakery. Apartment lacking some amenities and could do with some minor updates e.g. old hairdryer.

• Wayne (8/5): Perfect for our 2 days to explore Kotor before heading to Budva. - The view was outstanding and property perfect for our 2 day stay. The pool was lovely and clean. The owner would arrange taxis at the local rates which was a bonus as we were over charged when we didn't book via the owner. The road to get there is a little challenging, so you just need to be very careful when walking as cars do go fast and it's only enough for one car at a time. A

• Lucy (10/5): Ideal apartment for a couple staying in Kotor! - We loved our time in Muo Apartments! The apartment itself was incredible - very spacious and with spectacular views over Kotor Old Town! The pool was also a huge plus! Predrag, the host at Muo Apartments, was very accommodating - he provided great information about the area and potential excursions and he also dropped us off to the bus stop on our last day! We would really recommend a stay in Muo Apartments! It was about 30 mins walk into the Old Town and taxis can bit abit tricky to get so I would be prepared to walk a little bit. I would also recommend a hiring a car in general when visiting Kotor so you are able to see as much of the area as possible!

Not a bad thing but the walk to the Old Town is half an hour and it’s via a road which can get busy with traffic. Although we knew this before going and got taxis quite often which were only between €5 to €10
• Laura (10/5): Magical! Can’t recommend highly enough - This apartment is perfect! We stayed in the duplex which has two balcony’s, private sun loungers on the terrace and direct pool access. There were also two bathrooms which was really handy. The pool is beautiful (open any time) and very quiet in general. Views fantastic. Apartment is spacious and comfortable. Peter was fantastic, super helpful, gave us suggestions and booked taxis for us (5 euro ish to old town). Parking is directly outside plenty of spaces. Even though it’s a walk from town there’s a little shop a few mins nearby (ask Peter for a photo of how to get there) and a restaurant called Mediterranean nights five mins walk away for breakfast and dinner if you can’t be bothered getting into old town. The location is quite a walk to the town like 40 mins to the old town centre - you can get a taxi there easily but then getting back it can be a bit tricky to know where to get one from. Parking in the old town is stressful so we left our car at apartment. But it’s worth it to have an apartment with a pool and parking which you won’t get in the old town.

• Adeola (9/5): Fantastic experience. We love it!!! - First of all, we love how the owner, Pedja, welcomed and treated us. He is a really good man who assisted us in a number of ways. He made us feel really comfortable and even moved us to a bigger apartment so we could enjoy the Kotor bay views. We absolutely enjoyed the night views from the apartment balcony and enjoyed the swimming pool area a lot. It was very easy to settle in and use the facilities. We would definitely love to visit again!!! It gets quite cold at night. Thankfully, we had to turn on the heaters and we had inner thermal wears. The distance to Kotor Old Town from the apartment is about 30 minutes walk, which was a bit physically challenging for us. My advice is for anyone to rent a car if they wanna stay in Muo.

Its about a 30 minute walk into town. There is ample car parking. We didn't have great weather so a couple of umbrellas in the apartment would be useful.

Small things here and there are starting to break. Loose door handle in the bathroom, cabinets on duct tape, leaking bathroom appliances, ants in the walls. The road to the apartment is not very good

• Sharon (9/5): Stunning Views - That View fed my soul!! It is stunning!! The apartment is in a lovely quiet location in Muo, 20 mins walk into old town.It gets the morning sun which is great especially on sunny days. It is a bright and welcoming space with all the amenities from home. Pedja is a friendly host who was very prompt with replying to queries, allowing us an early check in on arrival. He gave us lots of information on activities in the surrounding area. The pool was not filled as it hadn't been sealed due to bad weather the previous weeks leading up to our stay. It would have been cold to swim in but would have been lovely to look at. The outdoor furniture indoors although pretty, was not at all comfortable.

The place is excellent with the seaside view:) , it is 25 -30mins walk to old town Kotor if you don’t have a car. And it is spacious and with complete facilities. • Anthony (9/5): A very enjoyable holiday with good accomodation - The apartment was clean and comfy and the balcony was well equipped with easy chairs and loungers. The pool was a decent size with a good terrace right round. The apartment was well equipped and was roomy with a good lounge area and a good size shower and kitchen. The let down for us with not having a car with the distance to walk into the old town. Alongsize the waterside was very pleasant but difficult with constant traffic. The side road up to the apartments had only part of it tarmacced so it was hard work to walk along. Also the lighting was only poor. Also the whole area round Kotor had very busy roads so going out on buses or taxis was also a very slow process

The location of the apartment is great, overlooking the water and away from the busy area around Old Town, but still 25 minutes walk back in. Unfortunately with all the cruise ships, Old Town can get very busy but few tourists venture over to the Muo side of the bay. The apartment itself was spacious and well appointed. The pool area was great. It's a bit of a long walk to supermarkets for when you need supplies. We had a scooter so it was OK but if you're on foot it will be difficult.

The apartment was well-equipped, modern and the view from the pool is amazing. Getting taxis around Kotor can be challenging, but the host was happy to assist with contact information to arrange transport. Traffic jams also seem to be a constant nightmare in these parts, allow yourself plenty of time when planning to get to the airport.. It's a short walk to- and from town centre, I do recommend packing a decent pair of shoes if you choose to do so. Cannot fault anything about our stay🫡 Will definitely be coming back⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

It was great to have a swimming pool which we were lucky enough to have to ourselves for our last 2 days. The wifi worked well unlike the tv. The Mediterranean Nights restaurant just a 5 minute walk was excellent but unfortunately it is the only one for some distance. There is a small minimarket about a 10 min walk away which was a godsend as it is over 30 mins walk to the town along a busy road! A few of the lightbulbs were not working, one of the cupboards was held up by tape and the markings on both the microwave and cooker were faded making them difficult to use. There is no toaster but a grill in the oven. The quality of bedding supplied was very poor and the bedroom needs blackout curtains or better blinds as the light comes in from 5am. The long walk into Town would put me off staying here again as not everyone wants to hire a car.

Fabulous host who couldn’t do enough to help, booking taxis for us, arranging transfer from airport, Recommendations for local restaurants etc Although a lovely location, it is a 25 minute walk into the old town. Taxis were however inexpensive and easy access.

Peter was so helpful giving us lots of information to help us on our trip. The walk to Kotor is quite long (40mins) which was fine for us, usually for a taxi back which are easy to find. The view of our apartment and the pool was amazing🤩When we arrived in the house it was so clean. We really enjoyed it every single day. Also we were able to walk to Kotor Old Town, markets and Kotor bus station. Peter was always so kind to us and he provided everything we needed☺️He was really helpful. • Joanne (8/5): A good value apartment with excellent views of the bay. - The view of Kotor and the bay was spectacular, it was very spacious with nice sofas and out door furniture. It was very clean and modern. The owner was very friendly and helpful when we arrived. The road to the property is unmade in places and we scraped our hire car on uneven road surface the day we arrived. There was a lot of building work taking place next door which started early in the morning. There was a dog in the property that barked during the night. The bed was not comfy with only two small pillows and some strange single throws rather than proper bedding. The shower was very poor.

• Alleksa00 (9/5): Superb - The view from the balcony is wonderful and the place is bright, spacious and spotlessly clean. It's a proper apartment with all the facilities needed for a comfortable stay. It's quiet and well maintained and the owner is super friendly and helpful! Kotor is beautiful and this apartment, albait 20 mins walk from the center, is worth getting to. If you don't have a car, you rely on longish walks or taxis (at the time of our stay, the taxi from Kotor was 4eur). But if you don't mind it or have a car, there are no problems!

The bed could be more soft and more comfortable. Waking back in the evening, around 300 metres you go in a completely dark street, so for solo female traveler wouldnt feel safe. But for a couple was ok.

• Thilo (10/5): Exceptional - The apartment is a dream! I was staying on the ground floor with the pool directly behind doors to the terrace. From there you have a splendid view across the bay (fjord) and onto the mountains on the opposite side. The apartment is really spacious and had everything I needed. Everything was super clean and bed was very comfortable too. Upon arrival I received a complimentary bottle of water and two small bottles of white wine. Peter, the owner, was also very helpful and friendly, and responded very quickly, when I had a request. I also decided to extend my stay, which I could arrange with him very quickly without any complications. Practically nothing! The only minor downside might be, that the place is not very central and apparently there is no public transport there. So it's either a 20-25 mins walk to the centre or a taxi (which isn't always easy to get at night). But the location away from the crowd also means it is really peaceful and quiet at night and even during the day, when you want to relax by the pool. So it really depends from which side you look at it.

We mentioned to them it was our honeymoon and they kindly prepared some balloons, Rosé and chocolates for us on arrival which was very much appreciated. In addition, Peter was very responsive to messages and gave us tips and recommendations on where to eat and visit during our stay in Kotor. The views from the apartment overlooking Kotor Bay are exceptional! The outdoor swimming pool is a real bonus N/A

• Pippa (10/5): A perfect week for the 2 of us, w we loved Montenegro and will definitely be back, our apartment was in a perfect locati - The property was a perfect location for us, lovely and quiet, adults only apartment block, with gorgeous undisturbed views and a beautiful pool, yet only a 20 minute walk into old Kotor town. The apartment was spacious, fairly well equipped, clean and very private. Loses the sun by 3:30/4pm ( in September any way)
• Vintila (10/5): Excellent stay - Exceptional position, great view of Kotor Bay. Great to have a pool at 5 meters of your room. Very clean and comfortable, all facilities as expected. Petar was very friendly and helpful, providing useful advice on places to visit. Would love to get back there sometime on the next vacations. --

• Howeljos (9/5): A really relaxing stay in a quiet area of the bay. - Peter was waiting for us in the apartment when we arrived and was a goldmine of valuable information about the local resorts and how to get there etc. The views from the apartment are incredible and to sit on the balcony with a glass of wine was so relaxing. The apartment was very clean and contained everything you need. There was nothing we didn't like. We knew the area of Muo was quiet, but for a short taxi ride (approx 4 euro) you are in Kotor old town.

• Patrick (10/5): Amazing property, brilliant host, couldn’t recommend enough. - Absolutely stunning apartment. Clean, modern, spacious with fantastic views. Pool area is also really good. 8 minute walk to a shop and 25 minute walk to town along the water. Taxi to town is also only €5 or less. Pedja was a fantastic host who responded promptly to any requests. Nothing.

• Amelia (9/5): loved our stay here - we loved our stay here - Peter was so helpful and organised taxis and boat trips for us and always responded quickly when we needed him, would recommend asking him to sort an airport transfer as it’s much cheaper than getting one from the airport taxi rank. he provided beer and a very clean apartment, the pool area was lovely. the apartment is a 25 minute walk from Kotor old town but this wasn’t a problem for us as we would rather avoid the cruise ship crowds and stay somewhere quieter, it’s easy to grab ‘red’ taxis for €4 back to the apartment. there was lots of space outside to park a rental car nothing we didn’t like - would be nice to have some condiments such as salt/pepper and olive oil in the kitchen

• Anjum (8/5): Great apartment, but far from Old Town - Great views of the bay, The swimming pool was such a boon. The apartment was very spacious and comfortable. Pedrag/Peter was helpful in getting taxis. Finding the apartment was difficult, though we got used to it very quickly. It was not close to Kotor Old Town, and we used a taxi to come back and forth. The fares were between 4-5 euros each way. Walking is possible but would take about half an hour which in the heat is a long time. Remember to pay the tax of euros 1 per day, which can be done easily in Old Town.

• Juliane (9/5): Nice view and comfortable bed a stone through away from Kotor - The apartment has a wonderful view. The bed was so comfy that we had our best sleep. The apartment is not that far away from the city. You could also start a hike to Fort Vrmac from the apartment. If you go by car to town there is a cheap parking lot near the town entrance for 80 cent per hour. Peter was really communicative and welcomed us very well. The apartment is a bit outdated for our liking, but you can have a wonderful time there! It would have been nice if there would have been some oil for cooking.

Additionally, the services and facilities such as parking and providing guests with everything they need for a hassle-free stay. Overall, Muo Apartments is a fantastic choice for anyone looking for a luxurious, comfortable, and memorable stay in Montenegro.
