- Angela (1/5): Fracaso en la semana educativa - Lugar tranquilo La piscina supuesta mente estaba abierta me quede 5 dias y no le dicen a uno que hay que usar una tarjeta para abrir la piscina que se supone te la den cuando haces el check in, y ella me dice debió preguntar! No me cortedponde a mi como huésped el alojamiento como otros lo tiene que dar al entrar

- Jessica (8/5): Good for a short stay - The staff there were kind and helpful. The restaurant attached was delicious and helpful with ice. The room set up is decent size. While the property is handicap accessible, it is not ideal. You cannot park close to the rooms, only on the backside of the building. The tile for the walkway can be slippery after rain. The bedding was scratchy.

- Salgado Jiménez (10/5): Marina, volveré!! - Acogedor, es un hotel pequeño pero el servicio es espectacular. El personal muy atento y servicial. Muy buena la limpieza. La comida es riquísima, muy buena la picadera. Los huéspedes bien amables y la vista a la marina es realmente relajante. Es un hotel ideal para disfrutar y descansar a la vez. Sugerencia en mi habitación la cama tenía solo 2 almohadas, pudieran por lo menos tener 4 almohadas para habitaciones sencillas.

- Yamaris (1/5): Música ruidosa no deja dormir a sus huéspedes - La limpieza El ruido el alboroto en la noche del sabado , mi habitación era la 36 queda alfrente de la vista todo bello y precioso pero no te advierten sobre los ruidos y la música nocturna hasta las 12 md no pudimos dormir nada ya que fuimos a descansar pq hicimos el medio maraton san blas y no pudimos descansar absolutamente por el ruido de la música se oye todo .

Breakfast was merger but ADEQUATE. Went swimming early NP. Another day was told to come back at 9:00-disappointing. Other hotel opened at 8:00.

- Nelson (10/5): - Quiero felicitarles porque el restaurante tiene un gran potencial: la ubicación en la marina es preciosa, la vista en las tardes es espectacular y el ambiente resulta muy cómodo y fresco. Realmente es un lugar que invita a quedarse. Sin embargo, quisiera compartirles una recomendación constructiva: el servicio en el restaurante fue muy lento. En nuestra visita tardamos más de dos horas en recibir un aperitivo sencillo, a pesar de que el lugar no estaba lleno. Esto nos hace pensar que quizás hay poco personal o falta de coordinación. Lo menciono porque es una pena que un lugar tan prometedor pierda puntos por la atención. Si logran mejorar el servicio, estoy seguro de que el restaurante puede convertirse fácilmente en uno de los mejores de la zona.

- Martinez Soto (4/5): No escogi bien para celebrar mi cumpleaños. - Lo mas que me gusto fue el servicio al cliente, especialmente el equipo de mantenimiento y lavanderia. De igual manera los servicios al cuarto todo muy atentos y amables. Lo primero que el área de la picsina no es lo que se puede apreciar en las fotos cuando hice la reservacion, el primer dia me fui a la playa todo el dia. Para completar habia actividad despues de las 3 de la tarde no se podia usar la picsina y no se notifico en la reservacion me entere cuando llegue a los predios del lugar y por ultimo cuando llego no habia estacionamiento por que los de la actividad le habian ocupado el espacio a las personas del hotel. Habian personas en los carros esperando para estacionarse afuera en la calle.

It's difficult if when you're a coffee drinker or bring leftovers but cannot heat it. They could put a microwave outsider for everyone to share. I hope this helps future people that stay. - Christopher (9/5): Superb - Beautiful views of the ocean from the Marina surrounded by mangroves. Restaurant serves tasty food. Expect long wait for ordering food at restaurant. If staying during the week, do not expect restaurant to open for breakfast.

As part of a big group staying there for a wedding we booked a room for our grandparents, but unfortunately from what we heard there is only one handicapped room in all the facility and it was already occupied. I encourage the staff to have more rooms accessible for the elderly. Rooms where clean and modern. They have security at the property so felt safe. Overall we enjoyed it
