• James (9/5): Go for the hosts, clean and absolutely perfect - It’s boutique but for us perfect. The hosts were so kind so definitely full marks there. All good, very very happy with our stay - breakfasts with slightly less sugar I guess if ai had to say anything (ie cereals etc had too much sugar for me personally) - but then we stayed in so many places in Chile and nearly all places had items loaded up with sugar.
• Carolina (9/5): El Hostal cumple con todo lo necesario, sus anfitriones son amables y es un lugar súper recomendable - El hostal tiene todo lo necesario para alojar con mucha comodidad, buenas camas, calefacción, limpieza. Sus anfitriones son muy amables, nos ayudaron en la orientación con los paseos y tuvieron flexibilidad con el desayuno (se convirtió en pic nic un día que tuvimos que salir muy temprano) y buena disposición en todo momento.

• Marina (10/5): - Die Zimmer waren sehr sauber und schön warm. Das Wasser aus der Dusche war angenehm. Super schönes Hotel. Das Ehepaar war sehr freundlich. Wir durften auch das Gepäck hier lassen für unsere 4 Tagestour im Nationalpark. Danach war unser Zimmer alles bereit. Kann ich nur weiterempfehlen.
• Roger (9/5): Ein wunderbares, liebevoll eingerichtetes Hostel mit einem sehr freundlichen Gastgeberpaar und sehr gutem Frühstück. - Die Unterkunft ist sehr schön, funktional und liebevoll eingerichtet & die Gastgeber sehr freundlich. Das Frühstück ist sehr gut. Es hatte etwas wenig Stauraum für das Gepäck.

• Giselle (10/5): Excelente lugar para descansar! - Todo el lugar es espectacular, la ubicación, las vistas, la habitación y espacios comunes, el ambiente muy tranquilo y cómodo. Además, la dueña fue muy amable y simpática, nos regaló una grata conversación. Totalmente recomendado! Nada.
• Véronique (7/5): Agréable et tranquille - La place de parking pour la voiture, la tranquilité et l'aspect chaleureux de l'intérieur, l'emplacement près du centre. Le petit déjeuner est beaucoup trop riche en sucreries et gâteaux, pas assez en produits frais comme des jus de fruits naturels, pas bourrés de sucres. Prévoir plus de pain complet sans sucre ajouté. Le café pourrait être meilleur.

• Erni (8/5): - Sehr schöne Unterkunft, modern und gemütlich. Ultra bequemes Kingsizebett! Nur zu empfehlen, wenn man mit Auto anreist. Ansonsten zu weit ausserhalb. Blick ins Grüne und Frühstück fällt etwas spärlicher aus als auf den Fotos auf Booking.

• Paula (10/5): - Uns hat alles sehr gut gefallen. Innerhalb 10 Minuten in Puerto Natales. Paty ist super lieb, leckeres Frühstück und großes bequemes Bett.
• Jana (10/5): Es war sehr sehr sehr schön dort. - Die Inhaberin Patricia ist super freundlich. Wir konnten für das mitgebrachte Abendessen jederzeit den Wasserkocher und auch ihren Kühlschrank benutzen. Sie ist super gastfreundlich und war sehr sehr lieb. Das Zimmer ist wunderschön eingerichtet und wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Wir würden dort jederzeit wieder hingehen. Wir haben von dort aus einen Ausflug in den Nationalpark Torres del Paine gemacht - das ging sehr gut ab dort, wir sind ca. 1h15 gefahren. :))
• Dirk (7/5): Guter Ausgangspunkt zum Nationalpakt aber weit von der Stadt entfernt. - Das Zimmer ist zwar klein, aber hat völlig ausgereicht. Die Betten waren sehr gut, Heizung und warmes Wasser da - braucht man in dieser Gegend auch. Die Möglichkeit das Frühstück früh morgens zu bekommen, war klasse. Das Frühstück war das einfachste auf unserer Reise. Saft wurde aus Tütenpulver angerührt - schmeckte schrecklich. Der Fernseher im Frühstücksraum lief durchgehend.

• Matthias (10/5): - We stayed 5 nights to explore Torres del Paine Nationalpark and really eecommend the Hostal now after we've been there. From the hostel it took us about 1h30min to 2h to get to the most popular miradors in the park which we visited by car. The hostal is not in the center of Natales so a car is definitely needed. The host at Hostal el Puestero was Patricia, who was very helpful from the beginning. Helped us plan our trips with knowlege of the del Paine Park and also surrounding Parks with possible excursions. Breakfast is really nice, good coffee and toast, some fruits available and even self baked pieces. Very delicious. Also when we asked for a possibility to wash our clothes in Puerto Natales she offered to wash our clothes which was very much to our convenience and also fair price. To sum it up we can really recommeend the place also because prices are really fair and most importantly you get a lot of support by Patricia. Please be aware that you have to speak spanish, otherwise you get along well with google translator as well.
• monica (10/5): Warm, friendly people and place in a perfect location for enjoying Torres del Paine and surrounding areas. - When you want a truly authentic Chilean/Patagonian/Magallanes experience- this is your place! Beautiful setting among the mountains, lovely local hosts with strong ties to the community and history of the area. Nothing!

• Gary (8/5): Very good - Overall, a good stay. Some minor suggestins for Room 207. 1. The parking lot lights shined through the white shade into the room at night. The lights are great for security, but kept me awake. Suggest replacing the white shade with a dark one. 2. The bathroom needs hooks for used towels 3. The room needs a second chair. I borrowed one from the breakfast area.

• Melissa (9/5): Clean, cozy, beautiful place to stay the night. - Hostess was kind. She made us delicious eggs with our breakfast. Property was clean and well cared for, very cozy. Spanish speaking only. Location wasn’t the best fit for us, but it is removed from town so we did enjoy the quiet!
• Wendy (10/5): Exceptional - We loved our stay here. Patricia was so sweet. We were able to drop our bags off before we drove to Torres Del Paine. We arrived back late and it was no problem to check in. Rooms were very clean. They are small but well planned and we had no problem with the size. Everything was well thought out. Breakfast on site was a plus.
• Pyong (9/5): Superb - located near downtown. takes only 5 minute to downtown by a car. the room was very clean and has nice view. if the room is a little wider, much better. it is excellent that bath room is separated from a toilet.

• Torsten_85 (10/5): Exceptional - Nice, clean, cozy and modern apartment. Friendly host - she even cooked fresh and tasty pancakes for breakfast. Check-in was easy. Free parking was directly in front of the apartment. Only a few minutes drive from the city center. No street noises - we had a good sleep :) The room was a bit tiny (for two suitcases), but we knew before, so nothing to complain.

The rooms were cozy, the bedding was super comfy, and the owner made us a complimentary breakfast of homemade crepes with dulce de leche. The night before, she served us hot tea while we sat in the dining room and played cards. She told us her husband designed and built the place from locally sourced wood. The property is small, only 4 rooms in all, and quite unassuming on the outside, but inside it was super cute. We would definitely stay here again. We had no complaints.

• Davina (10/5): Exceptional - Patrizia and Rinaldo are the best hosts. They are helpful and kind and generous. The room is so beautiful and cozy, with gorgeous views of the mountains. The location is a little bit out of the commercial centre, and we needed to take taxis to and from (10 min), but this was fine for us. Take care to note the check-in times, or ensure you are in communication with Patrizia so they know when you're arriving!
