They helped with luggage transfer to our next hotel and provided all the information neccessary to make our stay an amazing. The rooms are above average in terms of space for Tokyo and clean. The hotel is conveniently above the Ginza line which made movement super easy. Nothing - everything was perfect. We'll definitely come again !

The breakfast buffet was phenomenal, we looked forward to eating there every morning. The bathhouse was nice to be able to soak in after a long day out. The room was a bit small for a family of 2 adults and 2 children since there was no place to lay out all of our clothes but we knew this was a standard room size for Japan.

- Olivia (8/5): Belle vue en hauteur - -bon emplacement sur Ginza Line -très belle vue sur Tokyo Skytree si vous prenez cette chambre -la salle de bain est ouverte je n’aime pas du tout ça. Faites des salles de bain fermées. Peu d’intimité en sortant de la cabine de douche… surtout avec le miroir qui reflète. -la chambre est petite vraiment pas spacieuse, c’est difficile d’y ouvrir 2 grosses valises. Pas de rangement pour les habits mais ça a l’air normal à Tokyo.

- melita (8/5): Great location for max 1 or 2 nights - The position is fantastic, the subway just around the corner. The staff super kind and helpful. The room was really small, very common in big cities but seriously you could barely move around the bed, there were two sofas and a table probably useless, without those the room would have been a lot more comfortable . Breakfast is super basic

- Henna (9/5): Kahden yön visiitti Tokiossa - Huoneessa oli hyvä vuode Sisustus oli kaunis. Kylpylä oli vaatimaton. Aamupalalla kaikki tarjottava ruoka oli laitettu pieniin kippoihin joten ei voinut itse määritellä minkä verran haluat ja mitä haluat esim. hedelmistä
