JEAN MARC (6/5): - La chambre globalement et le petit déjeuner. Quand j'ai réservé on me donne à choisir entre chambre fumeur ou non fumeur. Je choisis non fumeur et terminé la réservation qui n'est pas remboursable. Mais quand j'arrive à l'hôtel on me dit qu'il n'y a pas de chambre non fumeur de disponible ! J'ai donc dû me contenter d'une chambre fumeur qui, bien sûr, sentait la fumée. Je ne sais pas si la faute vient de l'hôtel ou de booking.com, mais on se sent pris au piège dans ce cas là.
Ronald (6/5): Prima - Wij verbleven 1 nacht, als tussenstop na een lange reis van ruim 30 uur. Voor deze nacht vinden wij het prima. We kwamen halverwege de avond aan en checkte uit om 10.00 uur. Voor 1 nacht vonden wij het prima. Persoonlijk niet voor meer nachten. Kamer was te klein en het uitzicht verschrikkelijk.

Bernhard_F (7/5): Gut für einen Zwischenaufenthalt - Das Hotel liegt an einer Hauptverkehrsstraße, wo sich rechts und links Läden und Restaurants befinden, auch ein ATM. Viel mehr ist zu Fuß nicht zu erreichen. Zimmer nach hinten heraus sind recht ruhig. Alle Mitarbeiter sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Einrichtung ist zwar stylisch aber recht abgenutzt. Frühstück ist landestypisch, Eier je nach Wunsch. Es gibt einen Trinkwasserspender im Restaurant. AC und WLAN funktionieren. Die Sauberkeit läßt an einigen Stellen zu wünschen übrig. Warmwasser gibt es mit Unterbrechungen.

Witali (7/5): It's okay, but there are better options for the same price. - The interior is good and smart. The cleaning service good and the room therefore clean. It was impossible to check in even one hour earlier without paying an unreasonable fee of 300,000 rupiah, which is equivalent to the cost of an entire day’s stay. The location is far from any places of real interest. The breakfast was rather disappointing, with no proper coffee provided.

Sergi (9/5): - S Loft Manado té un bonic disseny chic-industrial. Les habitacions són modernes amb les comoditats necessàries com aigua calenta i un bon llit. El personal és molt amable. La propietaria s'interessava per la nostra satisfacció i el personal de recepció sempre es va mostrar molt amable i disposat a resoldre els nostres dubtes. També vem contractar amb ells un tour privat de snorkel per Bunaken que va resultar ser una gran experiència. Al ploure un dia, s'escoltava el repicar de l'aigua a la repisa de la finestra, si es pogués arreglar seria genial.
M (8/5): Verblijf je in Manado, dan is dit hotel een prima locatie om activiteiten te ondernemen. - Personeel is top, excursies zijn top geregeld vanuit hotel. Kamer is schoon en ontbijt prima. Activiteiten kun je prima via het hotel boeken. Zou fijn zijn als er ‘s avonds iets van een “bar”-gelegenheid zou zijn. Je kunt je biertje/frisdrank bij de receptie kopen maar gezellig plekje om het op te drinken ontbreekt. Geen extra faciliteiten maar dat wisten we van te voren.

Sebastian (9/5): Für 5 Tage wunderbar - mit top Personal! - Für uns ein sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt.Das Personal war sehr hilfsbereit, die betten waren sehr bequem! Wir haben uns sehr gut behandelt gefühlt. Auch bei Touren oder unserer Weiterreise wurden wir effektiv unterstützt. Rollervermietung wurde ebenfalls organisiert. Es war nachts etwas laut, mit Ohropax war das aber kein Problem.

Clean WC & hot water showers - limited to 6mins of warmth at a time - so brief but efficient. Free water top up in restaurant - super helpful! Wifi was NOT good - and I had to hotspot myself whilst there atleast 60% of the time. Very on/off. We were a little frustrated when it was only reaching 1 bmps download at times. Aside from this, and assuming most don’t have to work whilst holidaying they’ve got a good breakfast options, a nice and slightly overpriced restaurant on site (but I’d say go out to Sun Bae and other local options instead). All styled in a very trendy European aesthetic it’s nice on the eye and functions well. They have all services required - bike rental, day trips and tour guides etc. Airport service is expensive if arranged in advance. Rather connect with them on whatsapp and ask for them to arrange BLUEBIRD taxi service which is really cost efficient. Much better. - Nice little place friendly staff - Nice massage house across the road (Family Relax) - ATM and shops close by - Visit SUN BAE area after 1700 for sundown

We stayed one night at the beginning of the trip and we came back to stay again at the end of it because we had a very good experience.
Peter (10/5): Stylish comfort much appreciated after more basic accomodation while travelling around. - S Loft became a wonderful respite from much more basic accomodation. It was lovely to have such a large room with stylish amenities and a king size bed. Staff are very well trained and go out of their way in a natural way to be helpful and friendly. The food was good. It was walking distance to the Immigration Office which was helpful for me for my Visa Extension. Nothing.

Mareike (9/5): Solide Unterkunft für einen Städtetrip in Manado - Das Zimmer war sehr geräumig und groß, es gab Kaffee, Tee und einen Wasserkocher auf dem Zimmer, das war sehr praktisch. Alle mitarbeitenden waren sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und zuvorkommend. Wir wurden sogar einmal fürs Frühstück geweckt und es wurde eine halbe Stunde für uns verlängert.Das war sehr aufmerksam. Man konnte jederzeit auf Englisch mit den Mitarbeitenden kommunizieren und hat Tipps für die Umgebung bekommen, wenn man deutlich sagt, dass man nicht nur in die Mall möchte. Da das Zimmer ziemlich groß war musste die Klimaanlage sehr stark arbeiten, diese hat allerdings nicht mehr so stark gekühlt. Die Luftfeuchtigkeit war sehr hoch im Zimmer da es relativ viel geregnet hat und auch 1-2 Stellen undicht waren an den Fenstern. Wir haben es aber für die Tage so hinbekommen, ich denke wenn wir was gesagt hätten, wären sie uns da auch entgegengekommen. Allerdings waren wir überwiegend unterwegs und hat uns nicht zu sehr gestört.

I couln’t have the shuttle to the airport because it was already taken by other people and I had the information just before the time I was suppose to take the shuttle that I have booked the day before.. I didn’t really understand why. But I could take a Grab as it’s very close to the airport

Droga pralnia hotelowa, ale 50 m obok jest pralnia publiczna w dobrej cenie, która dostarcza pranie do hotelu.

will-the-man (6/5): Cooles Hotel - Cooles Hotel im Loft Stil Angenehm zum ankommen, aber leider nicht sehr zentral gelegen, man braucht immer ein Taxi, darum haben wir uns nach den Bunaken für ein zentraleres Hotel entschieden

I recommend the place if you want to explore Manado or just stay for a night before continue your journey. MANTOS is about 8 minutes by car, if you want to shop or have great food. The airport is about 35 minutes by car.

Leigh (6/5): A nice property is a convenient location with friendly staff and good sized, clean rooms. Problem is at night it is very - Good rooms, clean. Friendly staff. In an incredibly noisy location at night. Cars, motorbikes, music blaring. If you value your sleep I'd think twice.
