• Wai Hong (1/5): - Extremely disappointing stay—not worth the money To be honest, this hotel is not cheap, but I was deeply disappointed with my stay. The building itself looks dated and unappealing. To make matters worse, I was assigned a room facing the main road. All night long, I was tortured by the roaring sounds of motorcycles and the constant door chime from the 7-Eleven across the street. I barely got a wink of sleep. On top of that, the facilities inside the room were very old and worn out. It is absolutely not worth the price.

• Pauline (10/5): Clean and convieniant stay in Pontian. - Clean and near many eating places. Hotel is a converted shophouse lot with many public parking lots in front. Free parking during some days/hours. Can buy parking coupons from reception. Around 60cent per hour. No lift. Street in from of the hotel is not very busy. But late a night, there will be random noisy motorcycle passing waking me from slumber.

• Siew Chin (7/5): Great place for a short layover - It is a nice place to stay with the best location and very helpful and accommodating staff. Definitely be back again. It's a bit noisy here because the room is near the main road.

Keesokan hari inform pihak hotel. Mereka terus tukarkan bilik lain. Saya akan stay hotel ini lagi bila ke pontian. Kebanyakan bilik di level 1 dan 2. Sukar sikit untuk naik tangga bagi yg tidak larat naik tangga. Parking lot x byk.

• Afitriah (8/5): - It was great and comfortable stayed. The bathroom was clean. The floor was dirty though. I felt liked not quite comfortable walking with barefoot. I hope you clean the floor or provide slippers.

I didn't have to wait a long time to get my room. Parking was easy. No prayer mat provided. Rooms are not soundproofed. But very minor inconveniences only

• Yew (8/5): Value for money - Location in town is central which is convenient and quiet which is good for resting. Room is clean and comfortable, enough space for 2 persons. Lift is not available in the hotel. Floor drainage in the bathroom can be improved as water does not flow to the drain hole.

Room was very clean and room service was efficient. We stayed in a family room and the space was just nice for the 3 of us, value for money! The lighting in our room was good but lobby lightings on first n second floor was not switched on for all the bulbs during our 2 nights there. Otherwise, all are good
