• Jitendra (9/5): Hospitable staff, good food and value for money. - Starting from check-in by Ms Sumbul, all the staff was very courteous and efficient. Quality and taste of food was excellent. Dinning room was very charming and had good vibes! The lobby in reception can be spruced up. Lighting can be improved there. Tapestry was very dark and dreary. It spoils the first impression.
• 788jitenders (10/5): Located at City center - This hotel provided our vey best experience in India. For personal reasons we did stay in the hotel we booked in Gwalior. We walked in showed that we could get a room in the hotel at a rate. We were offered a rate slightly below inclusive of breakfast and dinner. Everything about the hotel was lovely.

• vaibhav2229 (8/5): Business trip to Gwalior. - I stayed at Radisson Gwalior in the month of April. The stay was nice and comfortable. I had only breakfast there and the food was very good. The staff was also very courteous and attentive. The gym was clean and hygienic. The only issue I faced was the internet speed, somehow the basic requirement nowadays is good internet which I faced problem with. This was highlighted to the staff and they said that the speed is increased but nothing much changed. Overall a good stay.

• Saurabh (1/5): very bad experience this time. - Room was stinking and not at all clean, we took Buffett dinner at the restaurant next to the reception, food was not at all good, me, my wife, and both my children fall sick after that with a bad stomach infection. the rooms need renovations, upgrade the restaurants.

The support staff at the reception, Indish Restaurant, and housekeeping were all very helpful and courteous. A special mention to Mr. Akash and the reception team for always extending a warm welcome. Overall, it was a very comfortable and worthwhile stay.

The hotel is located inside what feels like a mid-range shopping mall, completely killing the premium vibe you expect from Radisson. The room view was just a parking lot, and shockingly, there wasn’t even a refrigerator in the minibar. This property does not live up to Radisson standards. Feels more like a budget hotel dressed as a luxury brand. Would not recommend.

• Sumitra (8/5): Convenient location, rooms interiors are really well done - The property is very close to railway station and mall. The staff at the restaurant and morning reception staff were quite nice. I also loved the room decor, the choice of color and single seater sofa. I loved the food that I had ordered - the staff who brought it was also polite and professional. I don’t know if I missed this during booking if jt was mentioned in the description - I was given a connecting room and I hated that because the other room had a kid with them and the entire family was very loud. I could hear them the whole time - I was hoping for a quiet time. I had to plug in and watch Netflix so I can wait for them to go to sleep. It was very uncomfortable. Because I was very tired, all my stuff was out of the suitcase, I did not have the strength to ask if I could be shifted to the other room. Kindly mention to the guest that they are getting an adjoining room during check in. So they can let you know the preference if that can be changed.

Due to marriage, late night loudspeaker disturbed my sleep and found very difficult to stay like this. I asked hotel to call police and not sure what happened with that request. Suggest not to book these cottages.

First the pros: 1) Staff: always smiling ever eager to help 2) Breakfast: Excellent spread and service 3) Location: Very Good centrally located with ample parking space. 4) Housekeeping: Very good 5) Linens: Clean and crisp Now let’s come to Cons: 1) no central table even a small one in the room 2) No mirrors in the room which is very surprising as there are mirrors everywhere in the hotel except in the room. Extremely annoying thing. 3) No hanging place in the washroom. Again very annoying. 4) Towels: This is probably the most annoying part of the stay as both the days of our stay we got damp,discoloured, faded towels. 5)Check in: Slow and irritating as the lady at the counter could not find my reservation for more than 15 minutes. This is again very disappointing as we were as senior citizens were extremely tired after a long flight. Wanted to convert to other hotel for my return stay but the hotel staff’s lovely response to everything made me change my decision.

• GrandTour52508992627 (6/5): Unsafe Experience at Radisson Hotel, Gwalior – Lift Malfunction & Lack of Emergency Measures - We stayed at Radisson Hotel, Gwalior for 3 days while in town for our child’s tennis tournament, and unfortunately, it turned out to be a very distressing experience. During our stay, the hotel’s lift malfunctioned, trapping us inside for almost 30 minutes — with no mobile network, no emergency contact number, and no alarm system to call for help. We had our child with us and were extremely scared. Despite shouting and banging on the doors, help only arrived after around 15 minutes when someone outside finally noticed us. It’s shocking that a reputed hotel like Radisson has no basic safety protocols in place for such emergencies. The management seriously needs to address this immediately to ensure guest safety. On the positive side, housekeeping was prompt and efficient, and breakfast was decent, though it was the same menu every day, which gets repetitive if you’re staying for more than a day. If you’re planning to stay here, use the stairs and think twice if you’re booking for multiple nights.
• PK (7/5): A GOOD HOTEL WHICH CAN DO BETTER. - Breakfast was just basic. Too far spread out with staff not assisting in getting things on the table on their own. They had to be asked. The price of food in the Restaurant was high compared to quality and quantity. Music on sat/sun was terrible. IT WAS TOO LOUD AND OUT OF TUNE. MUST CHANGE THEM. QUALITY AND QUANTITY OF FOOD NAD HIGH PRICES FOR NO REASON.

Buffet breakfast had a large spread but quality could be better. Some of the amenities in the room were not in a good condition....nothing major though, like shower handle was broken. Perhaps better maintenance is needed.
