• Nomonde (5/5): Our unit was fine but the neighbours were horrible and very noisy. - It was clean on arrival in a perfect location. Our neighbours who seem to be permanent residents at the place smoked dagga from morning to night. The whole corridor and our room smelt dagga as if it’s a hotel perfume. And in the 6 days of our stay, we had to clean the place ourselves.

• Anonymous (7/5): Our overall stay was great having to spend it with the Family :) being in the CBD made it accessible to everything. - The property is huge and comfortable to live in and having two en suite was great. The balcony is small, the wifi wasn’t that great, no complimentary still water. Most of the hotel staff were nice however, the service at the restaurant/buffet was too slow, buffet options isn’t a lot and the hotel reception didn’t want to provide their wifi password; the division between the hotel and property isn’t nice, the treatment of hotel guest and property guests differs and shows which is disappointing.

• Dladla (6/5): The stay overall was not bad and the staff of the actual Hotel was so nice and welcoming - The location was very confusing cause it’s part of a student accommodation The cleanliness, there were small cockroaches running around everywhere
• Lois (6/5): Keys should be at reception. Suite nice but carpet stained and some features not work - Good breakfast, a little expensive. Key collection was unsatisfactory. It was a hotel; surely one collects keys from reception?
