Perfect for a couple! this appt is for two people maximum, usual double bed in the bedroom, and the sofa is not suitable for sleeping - its a torture and will kill your back We had difficulties communicating with the management, having problems with hot water, and asking for extra blankets wifi didn't work for a few days. finally it was fixed but turned out not to be very fast either, so most of the time we had to use travel sim internet The area is very central, which is nice but also means it gets loud at night. So, given that the doors to the garden cannot be closed properly, the living room is not suitable for sleeping as it's very loud.

• Andrej (9/5): Boli sme spokojní, toto ubytovanie môžem odporučiť. - Výborná poloha , blízko Carmel market. Pláž je na 10 min pešo. Pekný bytový dom, vsetky potrebné služby v okoli, non stop potraviny hneď vedľa apartmánu. Na ulici veľa reštaurácii, blízko autobusová zastávka. Keď som mal nejakú otázku ,písal som si s prenajímateľom cez whats up. Vždy odpovedal do niekoľkých minút. Vserko bolo v poriadku. Chýbali mi jedine tabletky do umývačky. Nieje to otázka peňazí, musel som kúpit a najmenšie balenie bolo 30ks a potreboval som reálne 3 kusy. Bola to ale maličkosť.

• tamar (6/5): - דירה חמודה מיקום מצויין תחזוקה בינונית. בויילר לחימום מים שנגמרו לנו באמצע ( היינו 5 בדירה), רצינו שמיכות נוספות אבל לא היה מענה של אף אחד בטלפון שניתן לשירות לאורח, שלט של המזגן לא עבד, ונאלצנו לטפס על כסא כדי להפעיל, ונטה בשירותים לא עבדה....

• Rafael (9/5): Nearly perfect, we will book it again. - The apartment was perfect for a family of four. Well decorated, comfortable beds and plenty of towels. Perfect location, very well look after building. The support team was amazing, polite and quick to reply to any message. Good facilities. The wall in the leaving space was half painted and it looks messy. The sofa bed hasn’t been opened in a long time and it was dusty.

• Golbary (8/5): The location was great, close yo everything but stressful checking early without luggage storage and a late flight. - The location was great, on a busy street with many restaurants open and close to everything. The apartment was dirty and washer and dryer were not working- the electricity kept going out every time we used a toaster- Someone was quick to come and fix stuff, he was great but we lost a day waiting on the shower head to be replaced so we could shower and get going- Property description said- luggage storage available as well as airport transport arrangements but neither were available! I arrived to a very dirty apartment though they were able to switch us to a different apartment on a different floor right away- it was still not pleasant. The washer didn’t work well and the electricity kept going out, there was someone in and out the apartment the second day fixing the issues- and switching a shower head. Also the property description says they offer luggage storage it’s more of a locker not for suitcases for a family, this after they said they actually don’t anymore so they need to update that on their website as well as them not offering to arrange transportation to the airport- we had to leave with all our luggage at 10:30 to 11.00 AM when we had a 11:00pm flight- also on our own to figure out a cab that could take us with the luggage-

• Nimrod (6/5): סביר בהחלט, אבל לא ואו. - מיקום טוב במרכז נחלת בנימין, צ׳ק אין מאוד נוח וקל. קצת רועש בלילה, והחלונות קטנים ולא מכניסים הרבה אור. אין כמעט ריהוט והדירה טעונה שיפוץ, מרגישים בלאי מסוים. הדירה לא הייתה נקייה, ועל הרצפה היו פזורות נוצות של יונים.

• raphaël (7/5): Assez bien mais un membre de ma famille n’était pas satisfait du fait des difficultés citées pour dormir dans lit standa - La propreté et l’emplacement Le canapé était de petite taille et pas adapté pour accueillir pour un adulte et n’était pas confortable pour dormir, pourtant j’ai réservé un appartement pour 5 personnes. Et l’absence de contact humain avec le personnel, les relations se font uniquement via un smartphone.

• Victoria (10/5): 10 מתוך 10 - היה מושלם. לוקיישן מושלם, ממש במרכז העניינים של נחלת בניימין. הדירה מהממת, שמורה ומאובזרת הייטב. קיבלנו שירות מצויין ומענה לכל הצרכים שלנו. לקחנו 2 דירות והן היו פשוט יפייפיות! הבניין מהמם, מתוחזק ונעים. ממליצים בחום ובטוח נחזור! היה מושלם.
• Dvir (5/5): הצוות לא נחמד ולא סייע לבקשותינו. - מיקום נוח, מלון מתוחזק ביקשנו להקדים ולא קיבלנו התייחסות לבקשה. הגענו בזמן לצ׳ק אין וזה התאחר ברבע שעה. לא רק שלא הוקדמנו אלא הכניסה התאחרה ללא הודעה מראש. מאכזב מאוד. בנוסף החדר שהוזמן לא מותאם לארבעה מבוגרים כפי שצויין.

• Shahar (9/5): - דירה מקסימה ונקייה ברמה גבוהה. מאובזרת בכל טוב. מיקום מעולה על נחלת בנימין. בניין שקט ומטופח. והכי חשוב צוות מעולה שתמיד ענה במהירה ובחיוב. תמורה מלאה לכספינו בהחלט!! אהבנו הכל... למרות שיש טלויזיה בסלון היה חסר לנו טלוויזיה בחדרים.

• Nir (8/5): דירה נוחה במיקום טוב - במיוחד דירת 3 החדרים שהיא מרווחת - אהבנו את העובדה שהצוות שידרג אותנו באופן מהיר לדירה גדולה ויותר נוחה לאחר בעיות חשמל שהתגלו בדירה הקודמת. הדירה היתה פרקטית ומותאמת לצרכים. כן היינו מצפים שבעיות החשמל יתגלו ויטופלו לפני הגעת אורחים, מפני שהשעות ששהינו בדירה בנוכחות איש הצוות (שהיה מקסים ושירותי ככל הניתן) לא אפשרו לנו את החופש והשלווה למנוחה שהיתה נדרשת לנו לפני פעילות ערב. בסופו של דבר - אנחנו מעריכים את תשומת הלב והניסיון להקל שמאוד עזר. המיקום היה נוח לנו ואיפשר תנועה רגלית נעימה באזור המיטת ספה בסלון לא היתה מאוד נוחה, וגם היה צריך לציין לדעתינו שהדירה ממוקמת מעל רחוב הומה אדם ורועש עד השעות הקטנות של הלילה - וזה אולי מעט פחות מתאים למשפחה עם ילדים צעירים. בסופו של דבר - זה לא פגע בהנאה שלנו מהדירה בצורה משמעותית.

• Moran (8/5): מיקום מצוין, שירות פחות - המיקום מושלם, והדירה די נוחה, מיטות נוחות, פונקציונלי מאוד השירות לא מהיר, לא זמין, לוקח זמן עד שמגיבים. הדירה נבנתה מאוד נוחה אבל מרגיש שלא מתחזקים אותה מספיק. הברז במטבח מרק, האסלה רעועה. מבחינת ניקיון, סביר אבל אפשר לראות שיש דברים שלא מגיעים אליהם כמו הניקיון של הקרמיקה במקלחת. בנוסף, היינו 6 נפשות ונגמר לנו הנייר טואלט ביום האחרון. אמרו לנו שלא יביאו לנו כי אנחנ6 גם ככה עוזבים.

• Alena (10/5): Нам все очень понравилось , хотелось бы только иметь возможность раннего заселения или иметь возможность оставить багаж - Оставались на неделю семьей , удобное расположение апартаментов, в апартаментах все есть для комфортного прибывания , особенно приятно патио с большим креслом, в котором можно на свежем воздухе в окружении зелени выпить чашечку кофе и просто отдохнуть ☺️🙌

• נדיה (10/5): Отличная квартира в самом центре - Отличное место 5 минут до рынка Кармель и до бульвара Ротшильд. Вечером по улице много кафешек. В квартире есть все для комфортного проживания. Очень понравилось.
• Youssef (4/5): Great location TERRIBLE STAFF AND SERVICE - The location Terrible service if not none. It s called a serviced apartment but you have to pay for cleaning $50 . The AC was weak, I requested it to be fixed, was promised action but nothing. The war started with Tel Aviv being bombarded. The safe room had a window that doesn’t not close putting my family at risk. I asked them sent them a video of the none functional window…. Silent. Last but not least, when the war with Iran started, our flight schedules on the 15/6 was cancelled. I asked them if I could extend the booking with the same conditions, I was asked $300 a night !!!!!! While I paid $1500 for 10 days. Instead of supporting the stranded guests they want to abuse them.The only time they called me was to ask me to check out at 11 thinking I was still there . Not even sorry
• Andrey (5/5): Do not recommend - Good location 1. No reception. Owner / operator of apartment provides access code after arrival by phone and it took us one hour to get this access code just to open the door. No waiting area. I had to wait 1 hour one the street without any possibility to come in. If you are a foreigner and for some reason your telephone does not work in Israel, only God knows how to check in. 2. No cleaning at all for 10 days. If guests need cleaning or clean towels or something else, they must pay extra. 3. Quite bad internet inside this apartment. 4. Leaks of some pipes in bathroom 5. Quite bad heating and high humidity. 6. Impossible to pay for something personally or cash, no invoices. 7. Operator of apartment ask to make photos of credit card to make payments. This system is absolutely uncomfortable and even illegal in many countries

• Faina (1/5): Bad - I had a very disappointing stay at this hotel. The service was far below expectations. The cleanliness of the room left a lot to be desired – there was dust in the air, and it felt like the room hadn’t been properly cleaned in a long time. The overall quality of the accommodation was poor. The furniture was outdated and uncomfortable, and the lighting in the room was dim and depressing. Despite what was promised in the booking, there was not view from the window as was promised. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable or enjoyable stay
• Liad (3/5): Dark basement room. - Great location. I got a basement apartment with a funky smell. I wouldn't book it if I knew that this was the room I'll get. When I tried to reach out, I left a message and didn't get a response during my 3 days' stay.

And when I realized the Nespresso carafe was cracked and the machine wouldn't work they had a new carafe delivered within an hour. We received notification and check in information when the place was ready and not before that. That was a little nerve-wracking
• Melie (6/5): - Neighborhood was very noisy with loud music. The coffee pods available downstairs compromised our credit card so we had to call our bank. Check in was difficult, the door had a problem and about 10 guest were stuck at the front door. There was no instructions on how to get the hot water for the shower so we took cold shower until we figured out there was a button we had to push. The living room coach was broken…

• Ruth (10/5): We had a fantastic break and perfect location - Location was perfect. property was spotless. Enough linen provided. Needed to purchase washing machine pods and dishwasher pods as well as kitchen and toilet rolls. More crockery and drinking glasses - only three dinner plates and six drinking glasses - although there were mugs, wine glasses and coffee cups.
• S (10/5): - We had a wonderful stay. The apartment was very clean and comfortable, and had everything we could possibly need, including a dishwasher and a washer/dryer. Check-in and out were easy and convenient, and the host communicated quickly when I had questions. The area was perfect. Carmel Market was a short walk, as well as many dining options and shops. This is a residential apartment building, so there is no front desk, but that was no problem, as the hosts gave detailed instructions for entry, and were quick and easy to communicate with. We were very happy to know that each apartment has a bomb shelter/safe room. We had sirens 2 nights of our stay, and we didn't need to leave the apartment. That definitely put our minds at ease while traveling here during the war. I look forward to staying here again. It was absolutely wonderful.
• Bee (8/5): Lovely well-located apartment with easy access to all the Tel Aviv sites. - The location was excellent and the apartment was clean and comfortable. I appreciated that there was a locked gate at the entrance, an elevator in the building and a saferoom in the unit and a convenience store right next door! Overall we had a wonderful stay and would definitely stay there again. We stayed here for a week. Although the kitchen was reasonably well stocked with pots and pans and dishes, some basics such as tea towels, dishwasher pods, etc, were not provided, so if you are staying for more than a few days, it is worth bringing your own.

• Michele (10/5): Fantastic location. Spotlessly clean, bright, comfortable and beautifully decorated - Spotlessly clean, bright and beautifully decorated apartment and building. Had everything we needed for a long term stay. The letting agents were always available to help us with anything we needed and went out of their way to make our stay comfortable. The location is on a vibey street close to the Carmel market, beach, Neve Tzeddek, Allenby Street, Rothschild Street and light rail. An overall wonderful experience and will definitely stay there again. Liked everything

• Irina (4/5): Dirty and dark - The location is good, bedroom is in the mamad, The bathroom was dirty with the mold on the floor in the shower. The garden is dirty, cats live there and always sleep on the sofa. The rooms are very-very dark. At nighttime there is noise from the street.
