• justo (10/5): Parfait, idéalement situé ! - Super séjour à la Résidence Vie del Centro! Antonio nous a accueillis adorablement et très gentiment. Excellente situation à 5 mns à pieds de la ville ancienne de Matera. Chambre très bien équipée et très propre, literie très confortable. Des petites gourmandises offertes, thé et café. Parfait! Tout était parfait, juste le petit déjeuner se prend dans un bar juste en face. Un café ou cappuccino est prévu, accompagné d’un croissant au choix. Si vous voulez prendre un thé, ce n’est pas compris dans la formule et il en coûte 4,50 euros. Dommage. En revanche, les viennoiseries sont excellentes !

• avi (10/5): תמורה נהדרת למחיר הגענו בערב ויצאנו בבור מוקדם - הגענו בערב עם מכונית רק ללילה ,קיבל אותנו יפה חיכה לנו והראה היכן החנייה (ממש קרובה). ארוחת בוקר שמכינה העובדת היתה נהדרת כל הזמן שאלה אם צריכים עוד משהו. קצת מרוחקת מהעיירה המרכזית , פשוט חובה רכב. יש מסעדה טובה בקצה ההר עליי וארוך אך בטעות עשינו אותה ברגל צריך רכב לשם.

The property is a gem in a perfect location—just a short walk to the Sassi and the historic center, yet conveniently outside the ZTL, making it easy to reach by car. Our apartment was spacious, comfortable, and beautifully renovated, with a balcony and with excellent finishes and attention to detail. Breakfast from the café across the street was delicious and a great start to the day. Parking was also convenient, with options nearby (free behind the property, paid on the same street, or in nearby garages). A special mention goes to our host, Antonio, who was truly outstanding. He was attentive, kind, and always available for any request, providing us with great tips to explore the city. His hospitality made our stay even more memorable. We couldn’t have chosen a better place to experience Matera—highly recommended!
• Viyita (8/5): Correcto. - Antonio nos recibió perfecto, nos mostró lo que había en el lugar y nos entregó las llaves, no lo volvimos a ver, sólo hablamos la noche anterior.El dpto tenía todo lo necesario. Dos ambientes, sin microondas, sólo lo comento,yo no lo hubiera usado, buena heladera y lavartopas. Vajilla completa,todo sobrio, justo, minimalista.Mi único comentario es que el colchón no era muy cómodo, finito, como las camas qué se sacan de un sofá cama. Almohadas finas también. Por lo demás,sin problemas. Restaurantes cerca y para el desayuno un vale del bar de enfrente para un café y un croissant. Hubiera preferido una cama cama,con colchón grueso y mejores almohadas. Como en un hotel. Importante,hay ascensor.

Its location is very convenient to the old town within 5-20 min walk for different view points. The apartment staff Anthonio is very nice and responsible person, and his given information is very helpful especially his recommendation on local food and transportation information. He makes our journey more interesting and smooth.

• Javier (9/5): Excelente ubicación fuera de los Sassi - Excelente ubicación, a escasos minutos de la piazza Vittorio Venneto y de Belvedere Luigi. La habitación muy amplia y luminosa. La cama muy cómoda. Y la atención de Antonio excepcional. Nos fue fácil aparcar en la calle, a 5 minutos andando, fuera de la zona regulada.

A great breakfast was provided where we sat in the courtyard and enjoyed the morning. Antonio provided a map with recommendations for visiting the old town which was so close to the old town and the best sights and history of Matera. Also very helpful with the parking . • piero (6/5): Niente di eccezionale - - posizione per visitare centro di Matera - aria condizionata ok - frigo in camera utile - macchinetta caffè - arredo bagno sanitari e doccia di qualità (invece le luci sono bianche , orrende da centro commerciale) - parcheggio gratuito non facile da trovare in zona Distante non meno di 600m (ci sono in zona strisce blu ovunque a pagamento, per trovare le strisce bianche bisogna llontanarsi parecchio). - colazione povera consiste in un buono consumazione al bar di fronte (buono comprende solo cornetto + caffè). Quindi solo dolce e limitato a quei due prodotti, La colazione di una struttura con 3 o 4 stelle dovrebbe normalmente comprendere una scelta più vasta (un'alternativa salata, yogurt, cereali, frutta, succhi, etc.) - camera arredata nella media con livello di comfort non eccezionale (arredamento da 2 stelle, luci nel bagno bianche orridbili, da ospedale); - controllo delle camere poco accurato prima della consegna al cliente. Mancavano asciugamani grandi per la doccia e dispenser bagnoschiuma era vuoto*. *Contattato lo staff alle 19 circa appena uscito dalla doccia e accortomi dell'assenza di asciugamani grandi, si è proposto di portarceli "più tardi" ma era già sera e al mattino saremmo ripartiti. Ma non potevo di certo aspettare tutto bagnato e ho rimediato quindi con 2 asciugamani piccoli. Per il bagnoschiuma invece ci è stato comunicato dallo staff che era lo stesso liquido dello shampo (allora a cosa serve mettere 2 dispenser con scritto shampoo e bagnoschiuma?). Come già ribadito allo staff via what'sapp, attenzione al cliente significa anche controllare che sia tutto ok in camera, anche la presenza di asciugamani e accessori da bagno (anche perchè in struttura era presente ad accoglierci un addetto staff che avrebbe potuto farlo). - staff apparentemente gentile all'accoglienza ma piccato nelle risposte quando è stata richiesta assistenza (ci ha rinfacciato in modo poco professionale "l'anticipo di check in" di un paio d'ore come "un favore", tra l'altro mai richiesto da noi che ci saremmo fatti in alternativa un altro giro in zona).

Acho que deveria ser mais explícito na hora da reserva.

Antonio provided suggested walking routes and restaurants. Door locks are dated and clunky and no safe. Noisy crowds at cafe below late at night but windows sound proofed. Would return again.

• Ken (4/5): The apartment was lovely but the loud music from the bar below kept us awake on both nights until after 5am. - It was a lovely apartment , very well located , with all the necessary amenities. Staff initially were very helpful. The apartment we stayed in was directly above a daytime cafe/ nighttime bar, the music started at about 9.30pm and did not stop until after 5am, the sound of the beat etc reverberated up though the building, it was awful, we asked to move apartments but were told no others were available, the staff said they would talk to the bar about the noise, it happened again on the 2nd night, 2 awful nights sleep with 2 children. Staff more or less said it wasn’t their problem. Very poor customer service with this complaint.

• RICHARD (4/5): Adequate - It is a basic room in a very good location Someone was supposed to meet us, and when we arrived, it took two people to help us find the location, and it took a screaming man in the lobby to finally get Antonio to come down to help. We never saw him again.

He gave us advice about where to go to see the most of the historical city of Matera and also restaurants to go to. We were able to have an early check-in too. The accommodation is very close to everywhere a tourist needs. Nothing everything was great.
