Der Garten mit dem kleinen Pool ist ruhig und gut zum entspannen. Perfekte Lage, sehr nah zur belebten Innenstadt und trotzdem ruhig. Super nettes und engagiertes Personal! 🩷 Wir wären gerne noch länger geblieben!

The interior is spotless, modern, and impressively spacious, with everything you need for a seamless self‑catering stay. Reliable Wi‑Fi keeps you connected, and the staff truly set this place apart — attentive, friendly, and willing to assist even after hours. A superb experience from start to finish. The only thing to be mindful of is that off‑street parking is a bit of a premium. During peak arrival or departure times, it can get a little congested as everyone manoeuvres within the limited space to get through the automated gate. It’s manageable, just worth knowing upfront. Inside, the contemporary room layout is stylish and open, which means the bathroom doesn’t have a traditional door. It works perfectly if you’re comfortable with a more open-plan setup, but it’s something to keep in mind if you prefer more privacy.

William (6/5): Great location but small tweaks would make it better - Great vibe and great location!! There was no door between the bedrooms and the en-suite so no privacy for the toilet. The bedroom door we had was translucent so light from the outside window shone through early. Check out at 10am was a bit early too.

They have really thought of everything. I especially loved the private balcony of the family unit we stayed in. Absolutely nothing that i can think of.

Możliwość wykupienia śniadania w bliskim sąsiedztwie. Ale też dobre wyposażenie aneksu kuchennego. Apartament obszerny i wygodny. W zasadzie nie było takich rzeczy, jak za oferowaną cenę.

Walton (2/5): Cockroach infested accommodation with poor Customer Service ! - The accommodation was well located in Stellenbosch. The rooms were of good size both with en suite which was a key factor on the booking We found on arrival that the outdoor furniture needed cleaning, which we had to do ... nothing available apart from hot water and a cloth ... and you would not expect to do this. We asked for iron and ironing board ... the ironing board was broken!, As we were going out that evening to an event we needed to iron some of our clothes. On using the iron that blew all the power. We then had to ring an emergency number and another iron was brought and the power to the unit restored from a central location ... it could not be done in the unit. That 2nd iron was also in a dangerous state. They said they would get another iron tomorrow. We went out and on arriving back into the apartment we found cockroaches in the bedrooms... which did not make for a great night's sleep and one of the couples were so worried by the cockroaches they had to sleep in the lounge with the lights and air conditioning on all night ...and we all had a really poor nights sleep. We complained in the morning and was told it was a Stellenbosch problem and that they would give the rooms a deep clean ... when can you get out of the apartment to get this clean completed was the demand!.We were also told to keep the air conditioning on and all doors and windows shut. I did ask that if that was the case why when we arrived was all the air conditioning turned off and all the back doors and windows open. We went out for the day returning early evening. The iron had been replaced but still the broken dirty ironing board. We then found the air conditioning was now not working in one of the bedrooms ... we had been told that we must keep on to discourage the cockroaches. We rang the emergency number but no response! Came home to another sleepless night ... more cockroaches! Manager said he got the missed calls but decided not to ring them back .... as that was the emergency line for the accommodation that was weird in itself . The manager apologised on check out ... but all a bit to late and condescending.
