Tony (5/5): Not good. Need to educate employees on service dogs and what they can and cannot do. - It was a nice hotel. Everything was clean. The front desk personnel charged us a $300 deposit for our 2 service dogs. Legally there not supposed to charge us. Then he proceeded to put us right next to office and the elevator. When you have service dogs they need their rest so they can be on point for me. Way too many people using elevator. Way too much traffic by the room. We usually stay in a room far from the elevators and the traffic of people walking by. We got no rest at all. Very sad because we really liked staying there when we go there to visit our friends

M (9/5): It was a very comfortable stay in a very clean facility with friendly staff. - The room was very clean when we arrived. The bed was comfortable and we would stay again. My partner enjoyed the breakfast. The staff were accommodating and very friendly. I was surprised that the facility only had one elevator for the 4 floors. The elevator was quite slow as well. I ended up waiting on the elevator several times.

The heat was on when I entered the room and even after adjusting the temp the room never cooled down. Made it unbearable and unpleasant to actually relax. Also, charging me 250 ahead of time for incidental is crazy.

I would suggest 10am or 10:30am. Everyone is not an early riser. Also, the room was nice but the carpets need to be cleaned. Although there was homecoming going on in Pine Bluff, I thought the nightly rate was on the side of price gouging at roughly $300 per night.

Paula (10/5): Great Place to Stay - All services. Especially the laundry room. They had free full breakfast. They had a few grocery items at the entrance that you could buy. ATM. Staff cleaned rooms everyday. All staff had excellent customer service. The area had restaurants, gas stations, car wash and some shopping. Bed wasn't as comfortable as I would have liked.

Marquette (6/5): - I’ve stayed here three or four times previously and my experiences were great. However, the room on this occasion was not the greatest. From the initial smell, the carpet needed to be cleaned and everyday, presented new insects from the various cracks in the room. I think this will be my last time staying there whenever I visit Pine Bluff.

Harold (10/5): Two employees really, really stood out. The young man who works afternoon and evenings and the young lady who worked the - Everything was excellent! Loved the bed and the shower. Loved that the carpet was plush. Very very clean. Pine BluffWhiteHall is depressed but this is out of your control. Very sad place. Either that being said, hotel was well appointed.

brandy (8/5): - The beds were so comfortable!!! The room was spacious my kids loved the bunk beds! However I don’t like that the front desk watches your every move! My kids went down for breakfast (kids that are of age and independent) and were being watched and questioned. They then went to the pool and were told they couldn’t swim without a parent. Not by a lifeguard but by the front desk watching them either through glass or on camera which again both are big of age and can swim very well! But we originally just checked in to rest after driving back home from Disney so it definitely served its purpose for that!
Charlotte (2/5): - The front desk clerk Kadija had the nastiest attitude I’ve ever seen in my life and she shouldn’t be working there if that’s how she’s going to be talking to and treating the guests. I got back a little late to the hotel around 10pm and wanted to sit in the lobby and eat my dinner. She told me and my family the lobby close at 9 pm and no one’s allowed to sit at the tables after 9pm. I’ve stayed at hotels all around the country and have never been told that I can’t sit down stairs and eat my food. I couldn’t even enjoy my 2 nights stay because I was so upset about the way that lady treated me and management needs to re-train her on how to treat and greet guests as they come in the hotel. All the other staff were nice.

Rylina (10/5): - The night time employee was so friendly and welcoming. The hotel was clean and had brand new carpet! The breakfast was bad though. The worker never restocked and we waited an hour and still nothing. That made leaving very disappointing after such a nice welcome the night before.
