- Lina (10/5): Great peaceful, comfortable stay - Loved the staff and the clean, bright and minimalist feel of the hotel and my room. Very quiet too. The bathroom was a great size and really clean. The only thing (and this isn't just this hotel really), is that it would be nice to have a separate kettle for hot water for tea. Too many times making tea through a Keurig just tastes too much of coffee. Honestly, that's it!

The distance from the elevators to my room was long. I felt like i walked two or three blocks inside the hotel to get there.

- Iuliia (8/5): - The hotel is large and clean. We had a huge room, included sports equipment so we could work out. The mattress was also very comfortable. For breakfast, you choose from a menu, and food was very good. We had an issue with the safe in our room. We asked for a technician to fix it and even had to go down to the reception to remind them. Eventually, the technician arrived, but he simply told us that he couldn't fix it. It was disappointing that the problem wasn't resolved.

- Chrystelle (8/5): Tres bien, mais j aurai aimé ne pas avoir à réclamer le remboursement de la caution pendant 1 mois - La situation, la propreté Lors du deposit pour la caution si vous avez une carte européenne de debit et pas une carte de credit, les hotels vont vous prélever la somme pour la caution. Nous avons rencontré des problèmes pour la restitution de cette caution dans cet etablissement. Le mieux est d avoir une carte de credit (donc a prélèvement différé).
- luz (7/5): - Bed we stayed in had 2 queen beds. One bed was way too close to the window. Not a good setup. One of treadmills was not working properly that I almost fell a couple times. Breakfast was ok.

- HaeJong (9/5): Great stay except for not having a smart TV. - The room TV was analog. I could not watch Neflex streaming drama. I hope they change the TVs.
- Rebecca (6/5): Our stay was good overall with a couple of issues. - Our bed was comfortable and our pillows were soft. Our bathroom was clean, as were the towels and the sheets. I appreciated the Keurig and the coffee. The refrigerator worked. It was very quiet, and we were able to sleep. I was disappointed with having to pay almost $40 for my husband and me to have breakfast. The desk clerk was very personable and he told us that there was breakfast served in the morning. He did not say anything about it costing extra. I felt mislead, and a bit duped. The safe in our room did not work. I don't know if it was because it needed a new battery, or what the issue was, but it would not lock.

- Jennifer (10/5): It was amazing!! - Location was perfect! When we checked in, Jordan helped us along with his co-worker who was also really sweet, but I can’t remember her name. When we checked out, Jordan was fantastic!! Very friendly and helpful. Room was very clean and comfortable. The breakfast could have been a little better, still good, but the sausage just didn’t look right.
- Jennifer (8/5): Nice establishment overall. For the room prices, at least a breakfast should be included. - Food tasty. Most staff was friendly and helpful. Room and bathroom were pretty clean. - Could use more dining options / meal selections - At least 2 washcloths, hand towels, & bath towels per person per night - better yet use bath SHEETS. We were told for dinner to have a seat and we would be waited on. Waited 15 minutes and we were the only ones there. Thought I misunderstood the front desk person. She had to go tell the guy behind the bar to wait on us. The refrigerator was not on in our room upon arrival and we had travelled with items that needed to be kept cool.

Although the weather was cold, everything was a comfortable walking distance. The staff was kind, the room was quiet. Just wish there was a microwave. The room lighting was a bit dark

- Lisa (10/5): - This is a very comfortable, downtown, clean, friendly staff hotel with easy access parking. We were a bit leary with the street entrance that takes you to an elevator up to registration. Turned out to be a nice inviting hotel. Staff is helpful and friendly. Room was clean and had nice amenities. Dog friendly in a great location was nice too. Breakfast was very nice and the restaurant made it easy to order and take up to the room. Lots of restaurants & things to do nearby. Would recommend. We thought it was a good value...Kind, informative Staff was a HUGE bonus. Nothing to speak of...

- Mayeresky (8/5): Great Stay - Staff was great, Awesome location for downtown Pittsburgh and was very nice hotel. Parking pass is included in the daily incidental fee and the rest was returned after checkout. Took a little longer than expected to receive the $ left over from incidentals/parking pass.

- Ashlee (9/5): - Comfy bed! A lot of hotel beds are too firm for me. Clean, convenient location, secure, great amenities and mostly friendly staff. One of the waiters/host, he had a ‘Michel’ from Gilmore Girls vibe.

- Truly (10/5): Cozy room and helpful staff - The front desk staff was so helpful. We forgot to bring some important papers along with us, and despite the business center printer being unavailable, they helped us print. They absolutely saved the day and our trip.

- Ed_Uyeshima (8/5): Prime Downtown Location for This Surprisingly Quiet Midrange Hotel - I've really enjoyed my various stays at the EVEN Hotel in Midtown East Manhattan, so when I was looking for accommodations on my recent first-time visit to Pittsburgh, I went with the familiar and booked a three-night stay in a King Standard at $150.66 per night. Definitely cheaper than a similar size room in NYC, but that was my expectation even in a prime downtown location like this one. The cavernous lobby is up on the fifth floor, and my room was conveniently on the same floor. The room itself was spacious with the exercise bands and balance ball Ithat come with every EVEN room. Just don't ask me how many times I used them. I did manage to hit the lobby bar the night the Steelers were in town. The bartender kindly made my Espresso Martini with fresh hotel coffee. I'm not sure how booked the hotel was, but it was pretty quiet throughout my stay. I also took advantage of the $29-per-day parking structure across the street because I rented a Ford Escape SUV for my local travels. I'm not a winter-proofed driver, but I found it easy to access the garage. While I think the Midtown East hotel was better and less worn, I'd come back here should Pittsburgh call my name.

- Johannes (7/5): - Gute Lage und große Zimmer. Leider habe ich bis heute noch keine Rechnung vom Hotel bekommen. Da es sich aber um eine Dienstreise handelt, bin ich auf eine Rechnung angewiesen. Die Rechnung kann man nur über Booking.com anfragen. Der Prozess dauert zu lange. Daher gibt es ein paar Punkte abzug.

- Yohann (5/5): Bel hôtel mais petit déjeuner limité et plus que léger. - Les chambres sont spacieuses et bien équipées! Le petit déjeuner n’est pas du tout copieux nous étions 2 et avons juste eu un café chacun sans pouvoir prendre de jus. Je n ai eu qu un avocado toast avec mon café. Je suis sorti du petit déjeuner et suis allé manger dans le café en face de l hôtel.

- Kelly (10/5): - The hotel was extremely clean and quiet. I was in town for Parent’s Weekend for my daughter who attends the University of Pittsburgh. Its location was close to the stadium and to my daughter’s house in Oakland. We drove from Long Island. The parking garage was across the street. Easy access and safe. We will be back! Thank you!
