- Natasa (4/5): Ne vaut pas le prix - Le lit était très confortable, salle de bain très grande Dès notre arrivée, je constate qu’il y a des cheveux sur le tapis à deux endroits, voir photo. Pour un 5 étoiles, c’est un petit peu limite vu le prix pour une nuit de 280 € (avec parking et petit déjeuner) Le petit déjeuner est tellement simple rien de frais, très peu de choix, les plateaux était déjà vide à notre arrivée a 9h, plus de pain ils en ont même pas rapporté alors que la Salle s’est remplis après 9 heures lamentable Le personnel fait comme si vous n’existait pas

- GENEVIEVE (9/5): Un havre de paix au cœur de Zagreb - L’accueil et la très grande gentillesse du personnel de réception comme de ménage et du restaurant. Toujours le sourire et un grand sens du service. Le calme et la taille de la chambre. La qualité du repas et des produits proposés. Le spa privatisé et un massage thaï effectué avec dextérité. Juste une salle de bain un peu petite au regard de la qualité de la chambre.

- Martina (9/5): Tolle Lage mit perfekter Lösung für das grosse Parkplatzproblem - Fussläufig nah an der Innenstadt, vor Ort kostenloses Upgrade auf grösseres Zimmer erhalten, sehr freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal, aufgrund der wenigen Parkplätze (30,00 EUR/Tg.) vor dem Hotel wird das Auto vom Hotelpersonal in ein nahegelegenes Parkhaus gefahren. Der einzige Wermutstropfen bei dem Hotel ist die laute Strasse mit rumpelnder Strassenbahn, die um zwei Seiten des Hotels führt.

Prilikom dolaska odmah smo imali doček od ljubaznog djelatnika hotela koji je odmah osigurao kolica za prtljagu te nam sve to dostavio u sobu, a naše vozilo su djelatnici parkirali u garažu što je pohvalno. Hotel je čist, moderno uređen, te je blizu centra grada. Sve pohvale za lokaciju, uređenost i djelatnike. Ono što je bio ogroman minus je bila naša soba koja se svaki put tresla kao da je potres nakon što bi tramvaji prolazili. To je jedina zamjerka hotelu, barem što se naše sobe i kata tiče….

- Flavio (9/5): Ótimo atendimento, quarto confortável, localização ótima, a poucas quadras do centro e das atrações. - Equipe atenciosa e educada. Check-in check-out rápidos. Localização boa, a poucas quadras (5 a 6) do centro de Zagreb. Região limpa e segura, plana, ótima para caminhar. Quarto confortável de ótimo tamanho, com excelente cama e silencioso (quartos de final 12 são ótimos em relação a ruídos externos). Banheiro com ótima ducha. Climatização com boa regulação. Café da manhã muito bom. O custo do estacionamento. Foi cobrado 30 Euros por noite e o carro ficou estacionado na frente do hotel. Seria mais barato estacionar em parking público, vc pagaria a metade do valor, e o carro ficaria na rua da mesma forma. De resto tudo perfeito.

- Šime (10/5): - Apsolutno savršenstvo! Imamo iskustva s hotelima ovog ranga u Zagrebu i ovo je definitivno naše najbolje do sada! Izuzetno ljubazno osoblje, jako dobra ponuda, krasan a la carte doručak, osiguran parking ispred hotela. Uzeli smo Superior sobu, a na poklon dobili Deluxe koja je besprijekorna, te ovim putem zahvaljujemo!

Enormously helpful, excellent at sharing suggestions, excellent at map navigation and excellent at problem solving. Five stars for the reception staff. The housekeeping staff is also top-notch. The housekeepers were friendly and our room was perfect each night after we returned from our day out. The staff of the restaurant and bar were absolutely dismal. On our first two mornings, we were never greeted upon entering the restaurant. No one asked our room number. We were never even acknowledged by a single staff member once we sat down. No one came and asked if we wanted a specialty coffee. On our third morning at breakfast, we were immediately approached by a staff member and asked our room number, then asked for our coffee orders. But then the staff member completely disappeared. For 10 minutes. He finally returned and then went into the kitchen to retrieve the specialty coffee. A second couple entered. The same staff member asked for their room number and coffee orders. He then disappeared again for another 10 minutes. He returned to the dining room, went into the kitchen and came out with the wrong specialty coffee order for both members of the couple. We visited the bar one night, only to find no bartender. After waiting almost 30 minutes, we went back to reception to ask for a bartender. One appeared after about five minutes and was very attentive. And finally, the fried eggs on the breakfast buffet were ice cold. Every single morning.

- Toni1703 (9/5): Komfort auf Kroatisch - Kleines Hotel, gutes Frühstück, großes Zimmer, gute Schallisolierung, aber wenn die Straßenbahn vorüberfährt, vibrieren die Möbel. Parkplatz vor dem Hotel auf dem Bürgersteig kostet 30 € pro Tag - zu teuer - und man muss vorher reservieren, weil nur 6 vorhanden. Es gibt nur einen Sessel im Zimmer. Im Fernseher nur regionale Sender auf kroatisch.

The bread food we had in room service was average, the breakfast was a joke, we decided not to eat the breakfast and went to a cafe nearby. And the only thing nice the room has is space, but an empty space, no decoration, not like in the pictures. Very disappointed, for the price.

- Zoric (9/5): - Boravak u hotelu je ispunio nasa očekivanja. Lokacija je odlična. Čistoća na visokoj razini što je od izuzetne važnosti. Osoblje je susretljivo i prijatno. Posebno bi izdvojili gđu Adrijanu, domaćicu hotela koja zaslužuje sve pohvale za profesionalnost i spremnost da bude na usluzi gostima. Soba je prostrana, kupatilo opremljeno tehnoloski naprednijim sanitarijama, što nam se svidjelo 👍. Dorucak bi mogao biti raznovrsniji sa više ponuđenih namirnica.
