• Jacopo (5/5): Peccato! - Buona connessione Internet e TV satellitare Da anni che ci vado e mi sono sempre trovato abbastanza bene ma ora le stanze necessitano assolutamente di manutenzione, soprattutto i bagni. Maniglia della porta staccata, appendi asciugamani e porta carta inutilizzabili, box doccia crepato… Alle 8:30 del mattino i cornetti della colazione erano già esauriti.

• Pierino (9/5): natale in puglia - Buona posizione a pochi minuti dal centro , camere essenziali ma comode e pulite, con cambio ogni 2 giorni, personale sempre presente e gentile, buona la colazione. La mancanza di parcheggio crea qualche problema con lo scarico dei bagagli. Mancanza di qualche tipo di pane sul buffet della colazione.

• Andreas (9/5): - The location of the hotel was very easy to find. We drove to the place and it was aslo convenient to park the car. Just around the corner of the property!! The rooms were clean and the staff was kind; extra spacious and clean as well. Breakfast could have more options as it was ONLY on the sweet side!! Variety of cakes and pastries but no savory products :(

• Simonetta (6/5): - Veloce da raggiungere, ottimo spazio parcheggio auto al coperto e biancheria del bagno in spugna di primissima qualità che oramai si fa fatica a trovare. Buona anche la pulizia. Il mio punteggio negativo è legato al fatto che le camere non sono per nulla insonorizzate e quindi è stato impossibile dormire a causa dei vicini di camera; da un lato una persona che ha russato tutta notte, dall'altro una coppia che ha chiacchierato fino a tardi. Ho dovuto tenere la musica accesa per cercare di non sentire i rumori. Altro punto, la camera aveva bisogno di una "rinfrescata" almeno nelle pareti che erano visibilmente macchiare e segnate dal tempi.
• PATRIZIA (8/5): Gentilezza e disponibilità. - La camera pulita e comoda e il letto king size. La cortesia del personale e il signor Nicola con la sua gentilezza e grande disponibilità ed empatia. Posizione centrale. La colazione manca della parte salata, del pane e di più varietà, considerato che si è in Puglia. Le brioches ottime, ma poche .

• Thomas (3/5): - sehr freundliches Personal. Wir durften unsere Fahrräder in der Unterkunft abstellen Unfassbar laut. Ich glaube es resultiert von der Bar, die im Innenhof ist. Die laute Musik und der Lärmpegel der Menschen ging bis nach 1 Uhr - unglaublich. So etwas haben wir noch nie erlebt. Und wir sind 65 Jahre alt. Morgens um 7.30 Uhr ging die Musik schon wieder los. Fenster gab es nur kleine , die sich elektrisch einen Soalt öffnen ließen. Wenn die Fenster zu waren, war der Geräuschpegel gleich. So ein Zimmer darf aus unsere Sicht NICHT vermietet werden. Schade

• D.D. (10/5): Consigliato - Esperienza molto positiva, l'ambiente è curato, accogliente e pulito, il personale alla reception è presente H24 ed è sempre stato gentile e disponibile. La nostra stanza dava sulla strada principale ma non abbiamo sentito rumore di notte, l'aria condizionata era ok, gli spazi comodi, e per colazione c'erano buoni prodotti. C'è la possibilità di parcheggiare di fronte all'ingresso, senza dover pagare.

Personale davvero gentile, disponibile, ci ha permesso di fare la colazione e il check out una mezz'oretta più tardi, essendo rientrati di notte molto tardi per un matrimonio. Peccato non aver potuto soggiornare qualche giorno in più. Grazie di cuore, speriamo di ritornarci presto. Camera al piano - 1, avremmo preferito un piano più alto, ma comunque molto spaziosa, pulita e confortevole.

Inoltre abbiamo apprezzato tantissimo la gentilezza dello staff, a disposizione 24h. Colazione nella media, con dolci e cornetti di pasticceria. Abbiamo richiesto latte senza lattosio e lo avevano disponibile. La stanza era al piano -1, con pochi punti luce naturali.

En revanche, le service du soir et du petit déjeuner est super. Francavilla fontana est une ville animée et agréable qui mérite une visite.

• Sebastian (9/5): Good value and works well for a night, won't blow your socks off but definitely good enough. - Location was great, I stayed there for only one night and it was easy to find. My bed made a lot of noise when I moved, who knows what has happened in that bed! But it it was still fine :)
• Giles (8/5): - A very clean, tidy and comfortable 3 star hotel that I surmise is family owned and possibly operated. I stayed out of season in April and it was very quiet. The breakfast is continental: mini croissants and viennoiserie ( chocolate and fruits), chocolate biscuits, fruit juices, cappuccino, espresso, cakes, tarts and tiny packs of Italian toast to enjoy with excellent butter and jams. There were some Italian businessmen staying and I feel that this kind of fayre is what is expected. There are no chilled charcuterie that the Germanics and Norse curiously find appetising at 7am. The room was very clean, the shower gel was a standard hospitality product ( this is not Forte Dei Marmi with its seaweed olive oil local product linkups). The shower was powerful, hot and the towels fluffy and white. There was some noise from a local apartment where a party was held that annoyed me at 2330 hours but reception was correct when I was assured the cacophony would cease at midnight. It did. All in all, a pleasant stay and very welcoming and professional Italian staff offering their Apulia version of the hospitality for which Italy is world famous.

Francavilla Fontana is a good town to stay in, if you want to travel locally to places in the larger area eg taranto, manduria, oria, locorotondo, alberobello, because there are 2 main train lines, one running north south, the other east west.

As we checked in, we were surprised that our room was in the basement - and not just us, but it seemed a small wing of rooms was built into the basement. The receptionist told us the room would be cooler than the rooms above ground due to the August heat. Our agenda had us away during the day and we only expected a decent sleep. Exactly what we got, and the place was very clean. Breakfast was a bit sparse for our expectations.
