- acbogard (10/5): Spacious Family Stay with Incredible Views - We stayed at Hapimag Resort Interlaken as a family of five and it worked out really well for us. The room was surprisingly large, with plenty of space for everyone to spread out—something that definitely made the stay more comfortable after long days out. The location was super convenient, especially being between the two train stations. We were able to get around easily and also walk to restaurants and shops without any hassle. The views from the room were a great bonus—waking up to the mountains never really got old. All in all, this was a really solid option for a family stay in Interlaken. We’d definitely consider staying here again.

- DTS716 (10/5): Hapimag Resort, Interlaken - Hapimag Resort, Interlaken is located along the main thoroughfare. Walking distance from the train station. The room is very spacious. Dining places and shops are all within the vicinity. The balcony in our room is facing the mountains and the Paragliding landing area.

Breakfast needs to be bit improved on but the apartment facing the street is awesome… the kitchen is well equipped! We really enjoyed our stay and would love to be back!

Rooms were very clean and spacious. Staff was excellent. Everyone spoke english and no communication barrier. Included breakfast was very good. We also had dinner at the restaurant which was very delicious. I didn't get to use the pool nor the sauna due to lack of time but it was great that option was available. Definitely recommend this place.

I hope the hotel provides some simple facilities for them, such as placing a bidet next to the toilet, and also providing halal food in the restaurant. I believe that this will benefit the hotel as well.
- Monica (2/5): Worst hotel customer service! - Do not stay here if you are looking for basic kindness and respect. Accomodations are spacious, location is close to many things. Breakfast was very poor quality and few options available. For the price, do yourself a favor and choose another location. Staff is incredibly abrasive, non welcoming and plain disinterested. There is no AC so be advised if considering during summer months.

Apartments (2BR) are bigger than usual in Switzerland and comfortable with large balconies, though fridge is a tiny 100 litre for 2BR apartment! Reception staff was a mixed bag...Christian was absolutely great and very helpful, while the other guy came across as cold, perhaps judgmental, and following rules by the book (and not what's right thing to do). Location is very convenient as it is located equidistant from both Interlaken Ost and Interlaken West, has bus stop right in front (buses come only every 30 minutes), several luxury shops and restaurants within 5 mins walk, and 10 mins walk to both Coop and Migros supermarkets. Breakfast was decent spread but exactly the same items each of the 10 days, and often we had to request the staff to top up the items and wait. On couple of occasions, they ran out of croissants one hour before the breakfast ends! Would recommend the place.
- Sonya (8/5): Spotlessly clean apartment in a good location. - We decided to book a 2 bed apartment at the Hapimag and we really enjoyed our stay here. We were 2 couples travelling together so we booked a 2 bed /2 bath apartment and I have to say although it was basic it was very comfortable and spotlessly clean. We had great views from the balcony and the living room area and kitchen were spacious and comfortable. The bedroom was a little small with 2 single beds pushed together but overall it was quite comfortable. The staff were great - we asked for extra pillows and they were delivered quickly . We also got discount on a trip to Heider Kulm and the reception staff were helpful in recommending things to do in the area.We ate at the Hôtel restaurant one night and the food was very good. We had good weather so was lovely to sit outside on the lovely patio and enjoy a drink. I would stay here again and Interlaken was fabulous.

Since it's a resort, room service is a bit limited, but it worked out perfectly for us because they have little apartments with their own kitchens. It made things so convenient while traveling with kids. Overall, I had a wonderful experience!

Hapimag is well placed between the main town and the train station, which is both walkable and very handy for buses which stop right outside. Terrific location

Mas devemos ficar atentos a descrição que fala da questão da limpeza semanal, pois acaba acumulando lixo nos banheiros, não tem reposição de papel higiênico diariamente, tb não tinha itens como shampoo e condicionador no banheiro. O sabonete do chuveiro tb não tinha quando chegamos tive que pedir e aí colocaram no banheiro. Com isso o serviço não parece tanto com um hotel. O café da manhã é razoável, não tem muita variedade

- laristain (8/5): Very Good in the Middle of Interlaken - We did not plan to stay in Interlaken, but we had to and got this hotel at the last minute. The hotel is perfectly located (have to walk a bit from train station) with a beautiful view. We had a two-bedroom apartment and it was very convenient. It is simple, not luxury but has everything you need. Cool indoor pool, lots of shops and dining options around. I find it a bit expensive, but in Switzerland, there is no such thing as a bargain.
- Yuen Tung (10/5): - It is a very cozy place to stay. The staffs are very nice and would give good travel recommendations. It takes 10mins walk to the station or you can take the bus for free. The room is clean and large, sufficient tools for cooking various type of dishes.

- Bryan (4/5): - There were several excellent parts of our stay here. The staff were excellent and extremely helpful the area and location is greatand the spa was amazing . HOWEVER, the apartment had a MAJOR ROACH INFESTATION. Dozens were seen in the kitchen area, on utensils, in the microwave, scurrying on the plates and actors the table. No matter how good the other things were about this stay, it is absolutely unacceptable to have this problem and I have never encountered something like this in my many years of traveling. Until this hotel/apartment rental addresses this, I CANNOT RECOMMEND this as place to stay.

- Mike_Wong75 (10/5): My best and memorable stay in Interlaken - This is one of the best and memorable apartments stay in Switzerland. I stayed 2 nights with my family. The reason I selected Hapimag was because it an apartment with kitchenette and it is very near Interlaken OST train station, only a 5-6 min walk even with your luggage bags, don't need to take bus at all. I took a bus on the first day to hotel, I got lost and returned to Interlaken OST station, the time taken to wait for the bus is enough to walk and arrive at the resort. My apartment unit is spacious, and it is facing the beautiful mountains, totally worth the extra paid just for you to see the mountains every morning when you wake up (except cloudy and foggy days). The utensils provided in the kitchenette are complete and brand new, in fact they are of reputable brand - MWF! There is a huge balcony in my unit with dining tables and chairs for outdoor dining while enjoying the view. Beds are comfortable, water pressure in bathroom is good. Completely satisfied. There is bread order service for morning breakfast, self-collection from lobby in the early morning, we loved their breads so much! Fresh and fluffy! Recommended to sign up, you should not miss it. There is also a convenient store in the lobby. I wanted to try the heated swimming pool during my stay but unfortunately time does not permit. I look forward to returning here when I visit Interlaken again.

Staffs are friendly and helpful. Luggage storage was available for us. One thing, no available guest service after 9 so be mindful not to misplace your key cards. It happened to us, luckily we had another room to spend the night. But otherwise everything was great and we would come back again.

Tried to open doors and sleep as staff suggested but it was loud and being a busy street it continued till midnight. Apparently we could have reserved a fan but none available when we asked. For the price of room, I would have hoped they would had a fan for every room. I tried to buy one myself but shops were closed. I will consider coming back here but not during summer.

Paragliders landing zone is across the street from this property. CONS: The only thing I don’t like about this property is that there is no air conditioner. - Christopher (6/5): Disappointing on many fronts. Not worth it. - Not worth it. Location is good and most of the staff were friendly - but that is it. * Be warned there is no A/C... very hot already in June. * They give you one fan. We requested a second fan because we have a baby sleeping separately and they said they had no more. After our request we literally saw them give someone else a fan while we were going to breakfast in the AM so we asked again and at that point they were able to locate one for us magically. *shrug* * We had requested a baby crib far in advance when booking & they confirmed they would have it in room on arrival but when we arrived they said they had no more. They did get one for us after a lot of back and forth - but it was an unnecessary hassle and stress after traveling. A hotel of this size should have plenty of baby cribs and fans for the cost being charged. Very frustrating. *The floors of the unit were filthy, so be prepared that the "cleaning" does not include floors. Our infant and toddler's feet were blackened from walking around in the apartment. * It is somewhat ambiguous when booking as to whether you will have a view of the mountains or not - we had a view of a tree on the side of the building. * Despite advertising an outdoor breakfast patio it was closed our entire stay - the first morning they said it was being cleaned (it wasn't) and the second morning they didn't bother giving an excuse. Flies all over the breakfast buffet food. Overall we were very disappointed and would not recommend.

The apartment was very comfortable and had every conceivable thing for an excellent stay. The staff at the Aramuhle restaurant was warm, friendly, prompt and efficient.

We loved Samantha the guest service agent who convinced my wife to go paragliding! Our room was very spacious and immaculate with a fully stocked kitchen. The twin beds were extremely comfortable as we finally got some rest after traveling to other parts of Switzerland. It's nice to have spacious closets too. The morning breakfast was very enjoyable and the staff made everyone feel welcome. The Hapimag will be our number one destination on future visits to the Bernese Oberland. Highly recommended!

- Jisu (6/5): - It was an expensive room as we booked it at the last minute, even compared to anything else in the area. With not much of options and flight tickets already booked, we had to take it. The property is well maintained and clean but honestly not as fancy as it looks in the picture. The facilities are old.
- Marina (10/5): - The Front Desk staff was so helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. The swimming pool and sauna facilities on-site are such a bonus and we fully took advantage of them when it rained during most of our stay! The rooms/apartment units are very spacious and well equipped and we really enjoyed the mountain view from our balcony. The bread ordering service was wonderful and there is a restaurant right nextdoor. It's just 10min to Interlaken Ost station and also 8 min or so to the busier Interlaken West area with all the shops. We appreciated staying at Hapimag and in the Interlaken Ost area where it is more spacious and less crowded than Interlaken West (easily reachable within walking distance away). Right from Interlaken Ost station is the Harder Kulm and Interlaken Ost serves as the hub for all the trains going to the neighborning villages. We willl definitely come back to stay at Hapimag!
