• David (6/5): A good location but we struggled to find it. - The location was good to be able to visit the tourist areas. It was hard to find, and didnt appear obvious as a place to stay.

Това не е самостоятелна стая с баня. Банята е обща и се ползва от всички наели апартамента . Банята е за освежаване. Има мухъл. Закуската е много малко. Не препоръчвам този апартамент. Цената не отговаря на предложените условия за настаняване.
• Jodie (10/5): Lovely owner and a great stay :) - Great value. Everything we needed, parking, comfortable beds, hot shower. The owner is very friendly, and the breakfast he puts together in the morning was nice too. The location is amazing! You're so close to the amazing sites of Matera. Booking.com states a shared / seperate bathroom, which it kind of is.. but you can access it privately from your balcony so it's basically a private bathroom anyway. Nothing, I enjoyed everything :)
• Ferdiye (8/5): - The host was very sweet and accommodating. The location is excellent! Easy access to the ancient city, restaurants, and shops. We drove, so easy parking on location. There's nothing we didn't like about staying here. All was very good.
• Michela (7/5): La posizione è ottima per visitare Matera spostandosi a piedi - Non abbiamo usufruito della colazione causa partenza anticipata per un problema presso la nostra abitazione in Friuli Venezia Giulia. La pulizia della camera, ma per una notte è più che sufficiente l' alloggio.
• Marco (8/5): - posizione molto comoda , in 5 minuti a piedi sei in centro storico. Bagno senza finestra e un po’ ammuffito, ma nel complesso pulito. Arrendamento e infissi un po’ datati, servirebbe un mini frigo per gli ospiti. Pulizia ottima. Colazione molto basica

• Anastasiia (1/5): SCREAMING OWNER. WORST EXPERIENCE - Appartament smells bad like a house of old people. The owner of 70-80 years old and he lives in one of the rooms. The water is super cold (no hot water). When we complained to the owner, he said he doesn’t turn on hot water on purpose to save money (“it’s healthy to have a cold shower”). Horrible when you need to wash your long hair and it takes time. The fridge works only when the light of the room is on, super noisy. Can you imagine to sleep with light? You have to choose or working fridge or normally sleeping. Useless. The owner is the most disrespectful person I’ve ever met in my life. I’m always super friendly, he always responded in a rude way. You can clearly see that he hates to host in his apartment tourists. I messaged him in the morning at 7 am saying we would come back for the check out at 11. He started to attack me saying that the check out was at 10. So why on booking it says at 11?? It’s an important detail since we planned to visit a museum that opens at 10 before doing check out. When we came back to the room to do check out at 10 as he rudely asked us, he started to SCREAM AT US. How dared we were to think to do check out at 11? THE HOST IS CRAZY! Seriously! We would be absolutely right to do check out at 11, because it’s what we payed for. He didn’t even thank us, he screamed at us. THE WORST EXPERIENCE EVER

• Richard (9/5): Great homely location near old Matera - A very comfortable room in a private apartment. Owner very helpful. A stay in a locals apartment is such a nice experience compared to some big hotels. Location 5 minutes from Matera old centre. Good free parking outside apartment which cannot be said for many of the options in the old centre due to limited car access. Patio off my room was nice but could do with a little tidy up!

• Carter (8/5): The B&B is above and very convenient to the Sassi - The B&B is above and very convenient to the Sassi and some good Trattorias. Parking on the street is convenient. The host is kind, pointed us to key locations, a trattoria and we were able to communicate even though our Italian was limited. A good value for the price. The breakfast was somewhat limited to yogurt, pear sauce, prosciuttto, cheese, bread, juice and coffee during our stay.
