• Susan (10/5): A very nice stay - It’s lovely and very neat the tower easy reach 2 minutes up the road,on road parking, very helpful owner a lift to your floor. Nice clean room lovely views from bed room windows nice place to sit outside and lovely garden . Nice breakfast overall a pleasant stay . I would book there again

• Grace (5/5): Ideal for a short break - Hall way is nice with a lovely garden. Very authentic & family ran. Staff are nice. Great location about a 5 minute walk to the tower. Stay was fine for a short break. It is old fashioned could do with a revamp. Not all plugs worked in the room. Showers are small.

• Brady (7/5): This was a short one night stay with the hotel convieniently located to a variety of cafes and restaurants. Also the Tow - Its location close to a great choice of restaurants and close to the Tower. 17 mins walk from the railway station and a 10 min drive to the airport at 6am.

• angelika (10/5): Great!!! - I highly recommend this hotel. It's a beautiful, quiet place, very well-equipped, and we had everything we needed. The receptionist was incredibly kind and helpful. The location itself is perfect, with a garden yet within easy reach of the city's main attraction, the Leaning Tower. If I return to Pisa, I will definitely stay at this hotel again.

• Marcella (1/5): - La posizione è centrale Ho soggiornato una notte in questo piccolo Hotel che si trova in centro.Ci ha accolto una Signora gentile e disponibile.Diffusori per l ambiente ovunque...troppi, preferisco una ventata di aria fresca.In camera la finestra non si riusciva a chiudere,per cui zanzare e schiamazzi notturni e per finire impossibile dormire perché tutta la biancheria del letto era impregnata da un odore terribile, abbiamo cercato di riposare in un piccolo divano.

• Christin (10/5): - We had to find a hotel in Pisa on short notice and luckily came across this one. The owner, as well as all the receptionists, were incredibly friendly and welcoming, and the room was just perfect. We felt so comfortable during our first night that we decided to stay for a second one. Since we arrived in the evening, we walked straight to the Leaning Tower of Pisa, which is only a 5-minute walk from the hotel. We truly enjoyed our stay and will definitely book this place again if we return to Pisa.

• Nicola (8/5): - Lovely little hotel. The tower is a 5 minute walk away. Quite basic. If you're wanting facilities like a bar or a restaurant serving breakfast, then this is not the hotel for you.

• Miryam (6/5): - La cercanía a la plaza de los Milagros ,6 min andando . Es bonita la habitación ,es como una casa antigua ,las vistas desde el balcón ,lugar tranquilo .y limpio . Picadura de mosquitos ya que tiene un jardín interior ,pase calor, aire acondicionado insuficiente. Solo habla italiano pero no fue impedimento para la poca comunicación .
• Jr (8/5): Great place for the value - It is a great location very close to the Tower of Pisa. The room had a good view to the backyard and there was plenty of space. There is not parking at this hotel. There is wrong advertising about parking at Booking.com . Parking is only available on the streets, which is paid between 8 a.m. and 8 p.m. The room at this hotel needs remodeling. The restroom was not that clean.

• William (9/5): This is a nice clean family owned hotel and I would stay there again - If you want to visit the historical sites, the location is excellent not more than 6 minute walk to the cathedral and about 10 minutes from railway station. The continental breakfast was good and inexpensive. There are no additional facilities so if you want a pool its not for you.

• Patrizia (8/5): Would stay here again! - Location is just perfect. Pisa is pretty small anyway but being so close to main attractions and cute caffees and restaurants was perfect. Everything is in walkable distance. Nothing was bad but the smell in the room was a bit noticable when you first enterit , probably the issuse with humidity, that’s all.

• 249iainc (8/5): Ideal location - We checked in for a 2 night stay in February. We were greeted by the manager/owner, she was lovely and welcoming. The hotel rooms were clean and tidy. I loved the windows and paintings on the ceilings. The rooms were very spacious and had a fridge. The hotel was 5 minutes walk to the tower and about 15 minutes from the train station. Very central location. The area around the hotel was quiet with a few restaurants nearby. We felt the price for the hotel was good value for money.

• Cliona (3/5): Wouldn’t stay again - Clean room. Son kindly booked my transport for early next morning. Location good, only metres from leaning tower. Room clean but very poor setup. Quite depressing like a bad motel! Bedroom outside in a small courtyard with a large bolt on door. Smelt like a hospital inside (yes clean!) but awful room. Definitely not a “hotel room”. Maybe rooms in building itself better. Felt quite unsafe.

• Anush (6/5): Pleasant - The position is great, just few minutes walk from the Pisa tower, I didnt have brekfast, the bathroom was OK The only thing I didnt like is that my room was having a very specific smell, so I had to sleep with the window open to refresh the room, and I thought that with the open window it got better. When I was back home and open my bag, all my clothes were smelling the same specific smell.
• Julia (5/5): In general it was ok , but definitely the price for one night is too much for the facilities provided. - The location is very close to the leaning tower , there a lot of restaurants and small shops around the corner from the building. The A/C was not working, The room feels dark with only few lights in the ceiling and behind the bed.

• Vootele (8/5): Central location, helpful staff - Well first of all I really appreciated the staff. It seems to be a family-run hotel and it's not very posh, but due to flight disruption I arrived very late - past midnight at 2 in the morning. And they stayed up waiting for me which was super kind of them. I did like my room, it was authentic yet spacious enough. Location was superb - just a short walk to old town and all the busy area yet far enough so the street was quiet during the night to enjoy the sleep with an open window. They have a backyard with plenty of potential but it would need some work. Also I suppose a breakfast would have been nice, even something simple instead of a buffet as the hotel did not seem very busy during my stay.

• Luigi (7/5): Great location, but hotel needs to be updated. - The location of the hotel was great. Walking distance to all attractions and many places to eat nearby. While the hotel did have Wi-Fi, it did not work in the rooms. Also, the air conditioner in the room barely worked and it smelled like burning electrical wiring. There is no dedicated parking near the hotel, except on the street which is difficult to find.
• Ursula (7/5): Good value excellent location. And great hospitality - Great location 5 mins walk from Tower of Pisa and restaurants etc. Showers are for tiny/skinny people. I had Difficulty getting in and out of the very tight glass door.
• Clare (8/5): Great central location and big room in an interesting city - We had a lovely big room, and the location was central and excellent. Very good bathroom too. The owner's recommendation for a restaurant (I think her own) with a discount was extremely good - we really enjoyed it and it was a good discount off an excellent meal. Very close too to the university's botanical garden, which was a good place to visit. Easy to get a bus nearby to get the shuttle from the station to the airport. We had difficulties with our boarding passes on our phones and had hoped to get them printed, but that wasn't a possibility in the evening when we arrived, and we were leaving the next day before someone else arrived who would have been able to sort it out.

• Beritan-newal (8/5): Very good - Superb location, you can walk to the tower by foot in only 10 minutes! The receptionist who was an older gentleman was alone and did not speak English. He was very committed and tried his best to help though it was pretty difficult to communicate - only with the help of google translate. Nevertheless, super friendly staff! Rooms were also nice, there was an unpleasant smell coming from the bathroom…
• Martin (8/5): A good, lower priced hotel, in a great location, a short walk to everywhere. - This hotel is in a great location. Our room was large, with a balcony, which was unexpected. We were satisfied with everything.
• Daisy (4/5): Dissapointing and uncomfortable, we were happy to leave to be honest. - The location was good. The staff did not speak English and did not communicate well. The properly had a bad, and old musky smell everywhere. The bathroom is old fashioned and too warm since the roof is made from glass. Also, the door cannot be locked which made it feel unsafe. To top this, on our first morning a cleaning lady came into our room without knocking first and we were still in bed... not very pleasant.

The bathroom was clean and very nice shower. Nice and quiet. Super location!!! The communal areas of the property smelled strongly of smoke and I saw the owners smoke indoors a few times. I don’t think that’s acceptable. It’s a shame as without this, I would have rated higher. The wifi was terrible and did not reach our room, which was not ideal.

Definitely would stay there again The only thing that could’ve been better was the daily house keeping sometimes was not up to the standard you would expect such as the toilet roll not being replaced every day and sometimes the room not being cleaned at all. However despite this when we asked them immediately sorted the issues out.

The couple that run this hotel are a delight, although the check-in proceedure is somewhat chaotic. Room, bathroom and standard of cleanliness were exceptional. Great value for money and a really enjoyable experience. Softer pillows perhaps
