The vibe of hotel itself was nice but just wasnt impressed overall. We come to apharetta yearly and I spend more money than usual to try this place and I cant say its any better than cheaper options in past.

Jasmin (5/5): It was a comfortable place to sleep for one night, but i would only stay here out of necessity - It’s easy to get to and close to a lot of things. the bed was very comfortable. it needs some refreshing. the bathroom door in our room was broken, and there were just dents and things on the walls. The lobby had a weird smell.

Ive stayed at an Aloft hotel in the past and loved the modern simple vibe. Everything at this Aloft location was great. The staff from the moment I checked in until I left was there. At breakfast Both front desk and kitchen were there. Always. And they were so nice and friendly. Not my previous experience at other hotels. Usually Im looking for someone for help. I liked the fact you could order breakfast if you wanted. My husband liked the breakfast sandwich and I the oats. Since I appreciate modern and simple…. the room was perfect. It was clean, beds comfortable, had a nice desk, etc etc. Elevators were super clean. On the way out I even saw a laundry machine which I will use next trip for sure. Location was excellent! Right off the highway and beside the mall. My husband walked every morning. I will be staying here again next time Im in town. Again, appreciate the friendly staff! Keep up the good work. Wanted to mention there are many restaurants so close by that you can walk to.

David (1/5): Absolutely horrible! 0 out of 10 - We got back to the room, moved a sliding glass door to get to the closets, the door must have come off the track and it exploded all over my girlfriend. We went to the front desk to tell them about the malfunctioning door, and to ask for another room, without a giant pile of glass, only to be told it was our fault. She told us she was calling the paramedics and the police, as we continued to calmly explain that it was a malfunction. She charged us a fee for the glass doors, treated us outstandingly poor, saying that it was impossible and referenced some horror movie. We paid a fee for the glass that broke and she said we would be reimbursed for the room, but we have not been, and we were left on our own to try to find a last minute hotel, in the middle of the night. I will be consulting a lawyer if all of our money isn’t reimbursed, soon! The person who treated us so poorly was the general manager, Shanna D. Rhodes Unacceptable!!!

Dave (5/5): If you enjoyed your college dorm days, you'll like the rooms and the pool table in the lobby. - The staff was friendly and pleasant. The shower was better than other hotels we have stayed at in the past. The hotel was generally quiet at night. The window shades kept the room dark and free of light. If you are looking for a room for a night or two, this hotel is fine. We felt the room was more like a college dorm room than a hotel room. Confined and somewhat awkward. Remodeling was ongoing during our stay, and the workers left paint brushes, rollers, and other equipment in the hallway seating areas near the elevators. The totally black hallways were a bit of a turn off. Small bath towels and no washcloths until requested.

I’ve never had an issue with this hotel although they are inconsistent, lack cleanliness and manners. I stay because its close to church and convenient for my family.

Easy check-in process we were exceptionally pleased with the options at the bar. I do think their opening and closing times at the bar are inconsistent and can tell there are severe staffing issues. Andre (10/5): - To whoever the architectural designer(s) is/are, phenomenal work of art on the room layout. The bed in the center of the room was genius. Definitely an upgrade from traditional design. My feedback to the owners/management, you all need someone to clean up the overflowing trash outside the hotel door. Also the keypad to our room was broken and it was difficult to get into the hotel from the pool door. Someone had to unlock it for us and some other guest from the inside or we had to walk around to the front. But overall the stay was great and well needed.

Y7492NVbobc (2/5): Unanswered Calls, Unmet Expectations – Poor Front Desk Service - As a Titanium Lifetime Marriott Bonvoy member with over 1,450 nights stayed across Marriott properties, I’ve come to expect a baseline level of professionalism and customer service. Unfortunately, this hotel fell far below that standard. I simply called to inquire whether the rooms included a refrigerator and microwave. The first time I called, the front desk agent asked if they could place me on hold—which I understood—but instead of holding, I was left listening to background conversations with multiple guests. No one ever came back to the phone . When I tried again, they picked up the phone without a greeting, and once again I could hear background chatter but received no assistance. After that, I called back three more times—each time the phone rang without anyone picking up. I completely understand that the front desk can get busy, but courtesy matters. Leaving someone on hold indefinitely or refusing to answer repeated follow-up calls is not acceptable, especially for a simple question. This kind of service makes guests question their loyalty to a brand. I hope a hotel manager will take this feedback seriously and make the necessary improvements. That said, based on this experience, I’m not optimistic.
