• PANAGIOTIS (9/5): No parking - Nice host - I liked the very helpful and friendly host. He was speaking no English at all, but he was eager to communicate with the help of Google translate 😀 The location is next to the central square. If you come with a car free parking is strictly prohibited from 8 in the morning to 6 in the afternoon. The cost is 0,5 € per hour. But is almost impossible to pay. The main means of payment is by sending an sms. But this can be done only with a bulgarian sim. There is also the possibility of using a parking ticket machine. But I didn't see any of them near by. For us the help came from the very helpful host. The first day he paid for our parking, and the second day he let us put our car in his parking

• Йордан (8/5): Местенцето си заслужава. Уникален домакин! - Домакина беше изключително вежлив и усложлив. Даде ни много информация, помогна ни с контакти. Камериерката също беше много мила. Достатъчно голяма стая, голяма баня с джакузи. Комуникативно местенце на 1 минута пеша от центъра на Самоков. Безплатен паркинг на улицата. Чистота може да се подобри, матраците също.

Nu exista un spatiu pentru servirea micului dejun, care sa includa si facilitati in acest sens. Am stat o noapte de weekend si asta se traduce in zgomote de la vecini, desi in pensiune sunt anunturi de "liniste absoluta"din partea oaspetilor .. Mi s-a parut haios ..

• Dimitar (1/5): Bad - It was hot Broken sofa . Not friendly staff. Noisy neighbors who were smoking at the room and screaming at 4 in the morning. Dirty, dust and spider nets. Not cleaning the room or the garbage, no new towels or toilet paper.

• Alex (5/5): Much to improve hospitality-wise. - The entire place was spacious. The host learnt how to use Google Translate and was using it to communicate with us every time. For somebody that didn't speak English that is the perfect way to go. There were long hairs on the pillows and the sheets. The bed was extremely uncomfortable. As I generally sleep on my back, I felt that my butt was much lower than the rest of my body. This was confirmed by most of my friends in the group, so the mattresses and toppers need to be changed.

On the weekend it's possible to park the car next to the house for free (during the working days 8-18.00 it's paid). Jacuzzi needs some small renovation
• Raluca (8/5): I apprecated the location of the house - I really appreciate the location, is very close to everything. The host did the best to create a parking space in the yard which was nice. The Rooms are big and the temperature was great in the room. Whenever it was too hot I was able to lower the temperature. The price-location was perfect! Also, it was a decent amount of clean. The things that were not ideal: I was with a group of friends and some of us stayed in the rooms downstairs that had good beds, but those who stayed on the first floor said that the beds were not comfortable and their backs were hurting in the morning. Also, we paid for the rooms with a bathtub jacuzzi but nobody was able to use it after 10:00 PM because they made noise and the host came to us in the morning and told us we made noise, even if nobody used it the night before. The walls are very thin and any noise can be heard or you can hear the people near you.

• Kamile (9/5): Very good place. close to centre, quite, close to supermarkets. Good internet, spacious room - We had a very nice room. It was clean, spacious, furniture were quite modern. There was a fridge, seating area, table for work. kettle to boil tea. Our room even had bubble bath but we didn't try it. Friendly host. Good internet. Central location. Walking distance to supermarkets, LIDL. Everything was great. Maybe parking situation is not very clear where you can leave the car for free.

• Simona (9/5): I‘d go back :) - The facilities and furniture were in good condition, and despite our late arrival, the property host was extremely helpful and welcoming. The jacuzzi added the finishing touches. The mattress was a bit firm, but not unbearably so.
