Na recepcii mi ale oznamili ze mame vchod B. Nejednalo sa teda o samostatny objekt ale je spojena s druhou chatkou co je zavadzajuce. Chcel som sukromie, klud, no mate spolocne steny a terasu. Foto chatiek na booking je ilustracne, nedostali sme tu ktora je tu na foto. Mame rocne dieta, potrebovali sme vysoku detsku stolicku, co nam odmietli zapozicat. Kludne by som si ju odniesol z recepcie ale vraj len v restauracii. Pri chcekoute sa nikto neopytal ci bolo vsetko v poriadku, tak pisem tu

- Dagmara (9/5): - Domki wyglądają super, cisza spokój dookoła, żałujemy że to była tylko jedna noc, mam nadzieję że jeszcze tam wrócimy. Okolica super opcja śniadania w cenie też świetna każdy coś znajdzie dla siebie+ opcja basenu do skorzystania przez 2h 👍 Wszystko było ok, jedyne co to brakowało nam jeśli mielibyśmy być dłużej np. opcji żeby w altanie był np. grill. Poza tym wszystko było super.

- Vadim (9/5): Great place to spend a long weekend - We were visiting for the second time. The place is located at great location, with lots of options how to spend time either alone or with kids/family. We stayed at a standalone cottage and it offered all the necessary facilities and was nice and cozy. The swimming pool was also great. Staff were helpful and nice. We had half-board and both breakfast and dinner were offering sufficient variety and good quality. - Bed pillows are huge and rather flat, literally impossible to find comfortable position to sleep; - The pools get really overcrowded most of the time as these are also open also for public and lots of people come from surrounding areas; - Pools, SPA and gym work only until 20:00 and in the same time dinner is served from 18:00 to 20:00, so you basically have to plan well to manage it all on the same day; - Lastly, while pool access is included in the hotel booking, you still have to pay extra for saunas as well as towels. Feels a bit cheap approach compared to other hotels given that the overall price of stay is not cheap by any means.

- Dmytro (9/5): Good one ! - Great hotel with all you need The restaurant is open only till 17:00, so everyday after our hikes we were driving in some other restaurants around.

- Hercegová (9/5): Krásna príroda v okolí, velká spokojnosť - Prostredie bolo krásne, ubytovanie naozaj veľmi čisté a pekne zariadené. Boli sme velmi spokojní 😊 Jediným mínusom bolo, že v reštaurácii sa nevarilo práve vtedy keď sme tam boli ubytované.

Možno aj ostatným rodičom by to pomohlo alebo ľudom čo chcú ísť skôr na nejaký vylet .

Apróság, de a mi házunkban a mosdók nagyon picik voltak, így nehéz volt használni. Ezt leszámítva nem tudok olyat írni ami nem tetszett.

- Tibor (7/5): - Čistota, ochotný personál Po príchode na recepcií nám oznámili, že počas nášho 3dňového pobytu (cez týždeň) nebudú k dispozícií BAZÉNY! Vo vyhladávači cez booking sme filtrovali práve na základe toho, ktoré ubytovanie ponúka wellness služby a bazény, boli sme tu aj minulý rok a vtedy fungovali všetky, teraz bohužial ani bazény, ani masáže, ani sauny. Rozumiem, že po rozkliknutí detailov medzi otváracími hodinami je to uvedené, ale potom prečo sa objaví vo vyhladávaní tento resort, ak vo vybranom dátume tieto služby nie sú vôbec k dispozícií?

- Marcell (4/5): Ár-érték arányban nem igazán éri meg, sok volt a kellemetlen élmény (szoba szaga és a bezárt fürdő) - A fizetős vacsora és a reggeli kiváló volt, az éttermi személyzet nagyon-nagyon kedves. # The paid dinner and breakfast were excellent, the restaurant staff were very, very nice. A recepció flegmasága és hanyagsága, fiatal, agyontetovált, nem igazán segítőkész lányok. A helyszínen derült ki, hogy a túl kevés vendég miatt nem üzemel a fürdő (ami miatt egyébként a helyet választottuk), kompenzációt nem kaptunk. A szoba nagyon bántóan vegyszer szagú volt, egyébként modern a szálláshely. # The reception was phlegmatic and careless, young, heavily tattooed, not really helpful girls. It turned out on the spot that the spa was not operating due to too few guests (which is why we chose the place anyway), we did not receive any compensation. The room had a very offensive chemical smell, otherwise the accommodation is modern.

- Alžbeta (10/5): Vyborny rezort, vrelo odporucam kazdemu! - Bufetove ranajky, rozne moznosti na vyber (zelenina, ovocie, jogurty, cerealie, pecivo, sunky, syry, pomazanky, salaty, vajicka na rozne sposoby, sladke moznosti ako sisky,lievance, krupica, napoje ako dzusy, caj, kava, voda atd.). Na vyziadanie aj bezlepkove pecivo. Vecere tiez bufetove, rovnako rozne moznosti na vyber. Ubytovanie pekne, ciste, vonave. Postele pohodlne. Parkovanie hned pri chatkach. Akurat by som doplnila fen na vlasy. Co sa nam velmi ratalo, ze popri chodnikoch na lampach boli smetne kose a tiez sacky na psie exkrementy, to som videla na Slovensku prvy krat :-). Areal krasne udrziavany, osvetleny. Personal mily a napomocny. Vodny svet cisty, moznosti zahtat si aj bowling, stolny tenis, stolny futbal, pekne vonkajsie ihrisko. Fitko super vybavene a ciste. Pre deti detsky kutik aj lezecka stena. Celkovo hodnotim pobyt ako jeden z najlepsich na Slovensku za posledne roky. Vsetko sa nam pacilo.

- Roland (5/5): Nadpriemerné ubytovanie s podpriemernými službami. - Vybavenie a zariadenie apartmánu bolo na vysokej úrovni, čistota splnila očakávania. Jedlo bolo priemerné, ničím výnimočné. Čo sa týka vodného sveta, úprimne, neviem prečo sa to volá vodný svet. Sú tam 2 bazény pre dospelých, jeden plavecký, jeden oddychový, a 1 malý bazén s 30 CM vodou pre deti, kde majú dospelí zakázané vstupovať, čo je nepredstaviteľné, nakoľko bazén je určený pre malé detičky, ktoré bez rodičov nebudú ani sekundu. Napriek tomu nám tam zakázali vstup. Detské ihrisko, vnútorné, nemá žiadnu pridanú hodnotu, nakoľko sú tam len police s hračkami.

- Jozef (10/5): - Boli sme veľmi spokojní ubytovanie super,strava bola veľmi dobrá aj personál bol fajn👍👍👍. Vodný svet bol tiež super 👍👍👍. Páčilo sa nám tu a boli sme veľmi spokojní a určite sa sem ešte vrátime. Môžem len odporučiť.👍👍👍
