- Maia L. (8/5): Great spot! - Wonderful apartment, although the kitchen had a little less than expected. The apartment was very clean and in a great location!
- Verified traveler (4/5): - C'est un bel appartement et très bien situé. Il manque plein de choses pour que ce soit réellement plaisant: -Serviettes de bain -Linge pour essuyer la vaisselle -Machine à café -Ustensiles (nous avions un seul couteau) -Verres à vin et à boire (seulement quelques tasses) -Micro-onde -Cintres dans les garde-robes -Couvertures etc. Il est écrit stationnement gratuit, ce qui donne l'impression qu'il y en a un, mais la rue Notre-Dame un vendredi soir, c'est plein de monde. Le stationnement est gratuit dans la rue dans ce secteur, mais nous étions très loin de l'appartement. En plus nous devions avoir 3 chambres dans l'appartement et un divan lit dans le salon. Nous avons eu que 2 chambres et le divan lit (à 7 personnes, nous étions coincés et avons dû dormir 3 dans un lit). Les règlements sont clairs sur la tranquillité et pourtant, nous n'avons pratiquement pas dormis de la nuit tellement il y avait du monde dans le passage et que la musique était forte.
- Joselita (4/5): Déçu - Très déçu, apparemment nous ne sommes pas les seuls à contester ce soit disant Condo. Mais il est toujours dans la liste. Honteux, pas de parking comme stipulé, il faut se garer dans la rue en respectant les heures et les zones. Aucun verres pour boire, pas de micro-onde, les ustensiles de cuisine déplorables et pour couronner le tout, nous avons eu 2 chbres alors que nous avions booké pour 3. Bref pas recommandable dommage car bien situé. Décourageant
- Udey (8/5): - It was good , missed the excellent mark by two things. Free parking information was not provided in advance and after lot of communication was able to catch up. Coffee/tea maker were missing from property. Both the things were listed in the property when booked.
- marius (2/5): Je ne conseil pas ces appartements. - Il n’y avait pas de parking gratuit comme convenu donc 18€ par jour en plus. Pas de cafetière. Matin sans café. Pas de rideau à la baie vitrée donnant sur un balcon commun donc on vivait avec les voisin qui fumaient sur le balcon et nous en petite tenue dans le salon. Les cloisons entre les appartements laissait passer tous les bruits des voisins.
- CUONG (4/5): - I booked through Expedia to get an apartment 3 bedrooms and 1 sofa bed. The day I arrived I got only an apartment with 2 bedrooms and 1 sofa bed. So one couple had to sleep on the floor near...the kitchen (!!!) I called them. No answer. I wrote an email to report the problem. No reply. I emailed Expedia to tell them the story. No explanation. I never want to recommend this place to everyone. PLEASE STAY AWAY this place!
- Sawssan (4/5): Not too good. - The unit was good but not equipped to welcome a family with kids. There was no liquid soup, no laundry detergent. Only cups, plates and spoons. I wasn't able to warm even some milk for my kids because nothin to use. No coffee maker, no microwave and the back satires window had no blind so people going up and down the backstaires can see us, no privacy. At least have some soup in the bathroom for people to use. We booked for two nights, but stayed for o ly one.
- Verified traveler (4/5): Wrong condo assigned without explanation - We paid and reserved a 3 bedrooms condo for 8 persons but was given a 2 bedrooms. We contacted the host Daniel and Joe with phone and emails right away. They promised to check and get back to us with an answer but never did. Their service and attitude is bad and not up to standard. Some of my family members needed to sleep on the floor and we don't have enough blankets and pillows. The condo is not new and the cleaning condition is not satisfactory especially the floor. I would never recommend anyone to book this condo.
- Anita (2/5): - Horrible place. They mislead on expedia about having 3 bedrooms but only had 2. On top of that they didnt clean apattment till 4 pm. Check in was at 3. So it was a surprise. Then their kitchen had no microwave or coffee facilities. And on top of that i had two flights of narrow stairs slippery. No elevator So with kids it was like defeating entire purpose of wanting a condo. And electronic lock stopped working midway. We wmailed and they fixed it later. And they mislead about parking spot on premises. You have to park far away. Overall this is not for families. And if you need place friendly for kids this defeats entire purpose. I am going back to regular hotels that at least have coffee and can rent microwave
- Verified traveler (2/5): Could not get in and no response to phone or email - Because there is no front desk, I was required to submit a picture of my ID and credit card in order to be given an access number to get in. The instructions said it would take about two hours, but after 3-4 hours of waiting in front of the building in the rain with my whole family, I was forced to find a hotel room elsewhere (which cost A LOT of money since many hotels were booked to capacity). After many emails and phone calls, no access code was ever given to me. I continued to receive automated email messages that ignored my questions regarding access codes. Then, after I could not access the room I reserved, I requested a refund...and of course, I have yet to receive a response. This was the worst experience I ever had with a room reservation in my life! I could not afford to stay in Montreal and see the beautiful sites due to this immense blunder caused by Destination Stays.
- Verified traveler (2/5): - We had terrible experience staying in this house. No kitchenware, not even microwave. The house looked like newly renovated but lacked basic amenities. The bathrooms did not have fixtures to hang towels. The beds were not good. I think these are basic things you expect in a motel but this facility lacked even those. We emailed the destinationstays about it. While they responded acknowledging the email, did hardly anything to correct it.
