The townhomes had a modern aesthetic that catered to make us feel right at home, and the house was stocked with all the amenities we needed to make this an enjoyable family trip. Highly recommended and will stay here again in the future.

- Adam (10/5): Another great stay! - We really enjoy staying here and have on multiple occasions. Getting into your room without the typical song and dance is such a relief! Our room wasn’t quite as clean as past visits, but we will come and stay again. Can’t say enough how much we enjoy this place. Perfect location to stay after a night in downtown Jonesboro.
- Nancy (10/5): Awesome Place - This is a unique place. I really enjoyed the check-in process and it felt like a small apartment. The fun decor was a plus annd the bed was very comfortable. Nice to just walk downstairs to a coffee shop with breakfast.
- Ashley (4/5): - The building and apartment were cute and clean, but we had an issue with our bed frame being wonky, and my husband & I ended up putting our mattress in the floor that night. The mattress was hard as a rock, which honestly had nothing to do with it being in the floor. We woke up sore, and I was ready to leave. I did text that morning explaining our situation but I feel as if the Owner assumed I was lying, although I had mentioned to the Manager the day before that the bed was wonky. I did text at 6:16am about the bed, and I was gone by 7:05am. No one came to look at the bed nor offer us another room during this time. I texted the Owner when we left at 7:05am and I was not offered another room until 7:30am. I thought it was in bad faith to offer us another room after we had been gone for almost 30 minutes. Also, I felt the Owner almost berated me for not contacting them in the middle of the night. Then, I texted how no one rushed to help me that morning though, and she texted me back with an attitude about how she offered me a resolution immediately, so to say she didn't help me immediately was false, but from 6:16am to 7:30am was not immediate. Basically we had a lot of bad communication, the Owner was agitated and I felt she thought I was trying to scam them. I did ask for a refund for the 2nd night, since we left at 7:05am but I left before I got a response. The bed and mattress were so bad I was willing to take a loss. Poor customer service, not even an apology.
- Chelsea (6/5): - Property was awesome, but couple things we didn’t like. The bed was hard as a rock might as well laid in the floor. The parking lot is small so if there’s something going on you have to park across the road in a lot that seemed a bit sketchy. Besides that the property is awesome we would definitely try it again but maybe get a different room hopefully with a different bed.

- Shatara (6/5): - My first condo(3bedroom) was filled with roaches and the cleaning service sucked. The place itself is nice looking. Moved to a 2 bedroom was much better. But again whomever they're using for cleaning services needs to be fired.

- Shashuna (8/5): Family trip - Everything was good, but previous customers must have stolen the Roku remote, there was no laundry basket or broom or vacuum. But overall it was nice. There was a situation at first with the owners not being able to find my reservations but we got it straighten out. Just make sure to let them know if you went thru a third party.
- Leslie (10/5): Amazing stay! - Perfect stay for driving through on a road trip!! Very spacious apartment style room. Easy check in and great communication from property management. Walking distance to food trucks and entertainment downtown. Overall, perfect.
- Joyce (8/5): - Walking distance to downtown and loved the Porch 30 Venue next to the property. The bed was comfy enough and the unit was clean. We could not find a hair dryer. The only issue I had was there was a loud group that came in late and then you could hear the guest next door at 6:30 a.m. vomiting several times in the bathroom.

We were there July 4 weekend, which is perhaps why the promised gym and breakfast amenities weren’t actually available, but this should have been communicated before booking. (I messaged the owner about breakfast on day one, and staff came and unlocked the lobby area. There was no one making coffee or anything. Just bars, etc. to grab. Locked up on day two.) Cleanliness was lacking: when we arrived, we found that the counters hadn’t even been wiped down (coffee stains, etc.) and there wasn’t even cleaner or wipes for us to do it ourselves. Hair of all colors not our own in the bathroom. Check-in was fine, all digital keys and communication. The listing advertised the place as pet friendly, which was a big reason for us booking here, but then when we arrived, we discovered in the book in the apartment that pets weren’t to be allowed on any furniture, and the fees listed were outrageous. ($50/night of your stay for pet hair found in the bed or on furniture…) Also, pets have to be crated if you leave them there. We had our crate, but what if we hadn’t? It just all made me nervous to stay there with my pup. Just seemed to miss the point of being “pet friendly.” You are or you aren’t, and it’s cool either way, but just advertise clearly what guests should anticipate - BEFORE booking. Bed was comfy, good shower, decent location. I know it’s a newer place; hopefully they’ll work out the kinks.
- Verified traveler (8/5): - If you are traveling with family and want more room, this is definitely a much better option than a hotel. We just stayed for one night but I could see a family staying very comfortably for multiple nights. The only issues we had were with the mobile key app system (the app did not deliver our key until 1:30a but luckily someone ran over with a key fob to let us in when we arrived) and breakfast (a grab and go breakfast was supposed to be available from 7a-9a but no one was there when we got there at 8:50a. Granted we were pretty close to the end time but shutting down 10 minutes early with no note on the door and no way to contact anyone was disappointing). But overall, we would stay there again. The owners have done a lot of work on their properties and it shows.
- Bryan (10/5): Fabulous! - We had a wonderful stay. Our apt/room had all the creature comforts of hone. It was very modern with a stylish yet simplistic decor. Access to our room was very high tech. Signage was great and directions from the owners dead very thourough and concise.

Only to find we were locked out when we tried to get in. Thankfully it only took a couple calls to finally get us in again. Not forsure if it was the Open keys that didn't get the info of they weren't given it. Of course we will forsure stay ahain and this issue will not happen again.

- Penny (10/5): A Great Place - Wonderful place to stay! Only 2 blocks away from St Bernard’s Medical Center. Only issue we had was the TV not loading, but understand it could have been the weather slowing it down. Also need a blow dryer in the bathroom, other than that it was great!

- Larry (6/5): Could be good - During our stay, was a large group right down the hall. Sounded like they were standing in our room when they talked. Whole place has a dorm kind of feel to it. Younger crowd will love it. If you're looking for quiet.. not the place. Finger prints etc on a lot of surfaces show that it was not properly cleaned between people using the room. Good food near by was a saving grace.. used condom on the ground by the sidewalk... not so much

- Verified traveler (8/5): - Loved the nice big living room and large bedroom. Love the full size refrig and stove. Unfortunately didn’t like the bathroom at all. Too small for two people. There is no counter space for makeup, hair spray, toothbrush, etc. the simple ledge around the sink isn’t enough. Didn’t line that there is NO closet. At least we didn’t find it. A simple pull out bar from the wall isn’t enough. In fact, ours was simply hung with a Molly bolt at the top and when we hung our clothes, it pulled out of the wall - so we had no place to hang our clothes. Don’t like the ideas of having to use one’s cell phone to open the door. It’s cumbersome if you’re carrying anything. Also, if you come back to the room and your cell phone is dead how do you get into your room? Lastly, both doors going out fo the building to the breezeway need work. One hangs up and the other is very, very loud. Management - go walk through each door and you will see what I mean. We were attending a venue next door and loved being able to literally walk 100 steps to our room. Thanks.

Could enjoy breakfasts and happy hour right in our unit and have the comforts of home that a traditional hotel room doesn't offer. Loved being able to do a load of clothes before leaving town and coming home with clean laundry! Furnishings and decor were very welcoming and everything was clean and well maintained.

- Leslie (6/5): House and not condo. - I had stayed in Jonesboro at this “hotel” in the past and stayed at a new condo. The condo was within walking distance to downtown restaurants. This time it was an older home further from downtown. I had expected to stay in the condo complex again and didn’t realize that wouldn’t be the case. While the accommodations might have been even better on another occasion it wasn’t what I expected.

Walking distance to great restaurants but if you feel like staying in the kitchen has all you will need to make a meal. I honestly can’t think of one negative thing about these apartments.

Had to use the drawer pull which was held on by one screw despite design for two.no trash can in the kitchen. Was clean. Bed was decent. Would prefer ceiling fan over stand fan in the bedroom.
