Erwin (4/5): Minimalistische Zimmerausstattung - geräumiges Zimmer (ohne Tageslicht) mit minimalistischer Ausstattung: kleine Kommode, keine Aufhängmöglichkeit für Kleidung. Für 2 Personen nur 1 Sessel, kein Tisch. Die Betten hingegen waren sehr gut, mit ausreichend Decken für die kalten cuscenischen Nächte. Frühstück ist ok. Trotz mehrmaliger Urgenz erhielten wir keine Handtücher.. Warmwasser im Zimmer funktionierte nicht immer, daher war Benutzung des Ggemeinschaftsbades erforderlich. Das Hotel liegt sehr günstig, erfordert aber Kondition, da es nur über viele Stiegen erreichbar.ist...
Khym (10/5): - It was very comfortable and affordable. The owner is very flexible in whatever we plan as soon as we arrive in peru. This actually feels like home after a long a few days we were gone trekking in the mountain. I always look forward to coming back to place after every adventure. We were practically move to 4 differrent rooms everytime we come back. Thanks to this hostel ... i had tons of fun with all my peruvian adventures. It gave me such a huge relief to be here in peru.
Otilia (4/5): - I had booked a room with private bathroom and because I arrived earlier than the checkin, Luis, the receptionist offered me a temporary room with common bathroom to have a rest, mentioning that he will change to the room I booked in the afternoon. Arriving back at the hotel in the afternoon, the room was not available, as the keys were with "someone else". After 2 hours waiting for the key to arrive, Luis actually mentioned that the fact that he gave me a room earlier was enough and he cannot have the room I booked because he cannot ask the guy with the key to come back to the hotel. After a heated discussion with him, he moved me to another hotel, with private bathroom, but so cold that I actually had to sleep with the winter jacket on because the guy didn't have another heater to offer me. I was extremely dissatisfied with the fact that what we talked in the morning valued nothing in the afternoon. Very bad customer service in a hotel in which at least this they could offer.
