• Yahel (8/5): Thank you - Great locatio,. clean, quiet, enough space, very nice porch to sit at. The only bad thing was there was no hot water for shower at night (afternoon and morning there was). Second thing is there was a smell of some chemical liquid or something inside the room (I did not recognize the source nor the material). Besides it was excellent, very helpful in storing luggage after checkout, the digital key worked very good, thanks!!

De keuken was matig uitgerust: geen broodmes of ander goed mesje bijvoorbeeld. Zoals bij eerdere reviews aangegeven was er inderdaad veel geluid aan de voorzijde van het appartement. Oordopjes meenemen.

• Saulean-Milescu (9/5): Very well located in the center with all you need for a good stay. - Central location,modern and had all you need except for some chairs for the balcony.Very well positioned and close to all the important spots, so you could access them by foot. They clean the apartment every day which is nice.Even if it is small,you have an elevator which is really usefull. Maybe they can improve the lighting of the apartment as it seemed a little dark if you close the blinds of the windows. I won't say thst this is bad but: -There was a cat that cryed all night and almost all day in the building next to ours.I don't know if during the year is the same,but the uninhabitted building next to the location,as you are looking from the street to your right, must be the shelter for some abandoned cats that cryed all night. -The parking in the area is not possible only in some private parkings,very crowded and you had to let them the key of your car during the park,that for me was not so comfy. -The fact that you are adised not to throw the paper in the toilet could be unpleasent. -

There is so much to see and do within a short proximity to the accommodation that you will end up not spending much time there. The air con did the job and the WiFi was reliable. Lots of space as well. The staff came in and cleaned without us even noticing, much appreciated. The balcony is a bit of a tight squeeze, don't expect to sit out there for breakfast. A few door knobs could benefit with repair. The shower is also pretty cramped but has good pressure.

Door handle fell off and even after they said they would come to fix it they didn’t. And my daughter to stuck in bathroom for a while. Noisy at night for bedrooms facing the Main Street. Shower was narrow and not safe.
• Terry (10/5): Absolutely fabulous! - We really enjoyed our stay in Athens at UrbanStay. The hotel is in the center of activity. A plethora of restaurants are close by. It’s within easy walking distance to Plaka, the Acropolis, the Parthenon and the famous flea market. If we’re ever in Athens again, we’ll choose UrbanStay.

• Jean (10/5): in general I like the location since you are in the middle of the night life , a lot of pubs and restaurants. - The location and the design of the building 1- A little of maintenance for a a small things like the hanger towel in the small bathroom is broken . 2- the flush toilet in the big bathroom should repair it cause always water leakage inside the toilet.

Las puertas del baño no se cerraban, la puerta de entrada se podría abrir con un golpe, mucho ruido por las noches con la música de los bares muy alta, los sofás y sillones sucios sin funda, las sillas de las habitaciones llenas de manchas, paredes también sucias, la esponja para limpiar platos con cosas incrustadas y sábanas con pelos. No lo recomiendo para familias.

• Moran (6/5): Pleasant - ⸻ The apartment is centrally located, near the Chabad House. ‏t has two bedrooms, but one of the rooms does not have air conditioning only a ceiling fan. ‏In the July heat of Athens, that’s simply not enough. ‏The living room has a small AC unit that isn’t really sufficient, and most of the time it was quite hot. ‏It’s also important to note that on weekends, there is extremely loud noise from the bars downstairs until the early hours of the morning — making it impossible to sleep. ‏At some point, we ended up moving one of the mattresses into the inner bedroom and slept there together.

• Stephanie (9/5): Centrally located in a safe area - The location of the hotel is ideal: centrally located but still in a safe area which is amazing. There's a pub down the street which can stay until 2 am but this is expected when you wanna stay in the center. The apartment is spacious and clean. The complimentary water was nice too. Overall I'll definitely go back when I visit Athens again. These are minor issues but I'll mention them. It took us some time to get the right code for the door but the host was very responsive and it worked out eventually. It would've been nice if there was a tissue box, a towel in the bathroom, AC in the sscond bedroom. But overall all of these don't influence the good stay we had at the place.
• nathalie (10/5): specious clean in best location - very specious and clean apart in an amazing location. comfortable bed and a good team. when i needed something they responded very fast. they came nocking on the door to ask if i need anything in the apart. they even gave us toilette papers in a big quantity to accommodate us and left us cold water in the fridge which was very helpful after long travel. at the end they even arrange for our taxi very reliable on time. i thank you and definitely will come back

The room was beautiful the door lock fixed and the staff wonderful! Ensuring we had transfers to and from the airport, Maria the housekeeper and Evi our service representative were fabulous! Maria took extra good care of us daily and gave good advice! The only thing if you don't enjoy the night life there is a loud Cuban bar next door! Bring earplugs and you are just fine!

Only thing, there are bars in the street and on Thursdays there are parties in the street as well so if you have problem with noise... For us it wasn't a problem and it was the second time we stayed there and loved it (joined the party..)

The room was big and clean, and stuff was responsive and helpful . There was really loud noise sometimes, but just on the weekends. we had to use white noise to cover it. Also, the room is opened with an app that didn't actually work most of the time, which was kinda annoying, and the wifi was really weak

Easily accessed with the train station nearby and lots of food options. Very happy with the location and the property. There is a little bit of noise that comes from the restaurants nearby on a Saturday night (something the owner can’t control). This is also part of the charm of the area and we were staying very close to Christmas which would have added to the atmosphere .

View from balcony on a picturesque street. 2 bedroom and 2 bathroom apartment was spacious I liked it all. There is noise late at night from nearby bars but didn’t effect my group
• David (8/5): Very good - Needs earplugs for each bed!
• Hala (2/5): - I was on island and My fairy got cancelled so I had to cancel my booking, and I begged these people to refund me. Because I had no place to stay and needed money to book another place. And they refused after trying many many times. So disappointed.
• Olaf (4/5): - Die Appartements befinden sich auf einer Partymeile mit lauter Tavernen. Wir waren Freitag bis Sonntag da, und die extrem laute Musik schallt bis tief in die Nacht ins Zimmer. Danach werden noch die Stühle zusammen geschoben.... Erst ab ca. 3:15 nachts wurde es leiser. Von daher rate ich definitiv von der Übernachtung hier ab. Eine Unterkunft ohne passablen Schlaf ist nichts wert. Das Appartement war ansonsten okay, tlw. einfach, tlw. ganz nett renoviert, und zentral gelegen.
• Pavlos (9/5): Superb - I enjoyed my 6 nights stay. Great location in the center of everything (bars, restaurants, metro). My room had a big balcony which i enjoyed 🚬. They cleaned my room every day. Thank you.
• Michal (9/5): Great location - Nice and bid room. Great location! I was planning on sitting in the balcony but it is very small and you can only stand there for a few minutes, not sit for a drink
• Shelly (8/5): Very good - Great location in the middle of Athens. spacious apartment. Good parking options nearby. Old fashioned and small bathroom. Windows are not insulated well, so there was noise from the street at night. Nevertheless, it is very suitable for a family to stay one night in the city center.
• Jelle (9/5): in party street - the location is fantastic but you need to be prepared for the noise from the bars. we did not mind so much bit if you are an early sleeper this place is not for you

• KATHERINE (8/5): - It is located on top of a busy street where bars are open late on weekends so needless to say, it isn't quiet. However, it was centrally located to many restaurants and Monastiraki area! The suite was secured and the lift was an added convenience! We had minor issues with water dripping from both AC units. Our room comfortably fit 7 of us with 1.5 baths.

• Gary (9/5): All in all a great place to stay in a central location and great value for money - The Room was great, There was a lovely lady at the reception that directed us to the correct room. I enquired about an iron and the host (Takis) was great with the response and we soon had one. The room was very comfy and spacious with all facilities and met all expectations, it was very clean and tidy, also had information about the city. Although this wasn't a problem for us you are on a busy street by which I mean with restaurants and small bars not traffic which I could imagine could get noisy at times but creates a great atmosphere for the area. The tv could be more modern giving you the option to sign into your streaming accounts like netflix/prime.

• Annie (9/5): Overall is good except the above two issues - The location Accessing of the property. If you don’t have your country sim card on your phone, you will not be able to get your access code. They said they emailed through booking.com but I did not get any email for access code no. They should give you their access code as soon as you make the payment. Also local bar loud music stayed on until 12:00 am.
