• Helen (7/5): Enjoyable easy going stay - Position is great we could walk to nearly every place we needed to go to. A bad leak in the main bathroom, (reported to staff). Workers on the roof stared early so no sleep in possible, but no big drama.

• Raksha (10/5): A Relaxing and Luxurious Stay - We had a wonderful two-night stay at the Boathouse Luxury Apartment. The apartment was spacious, spotless, and very well maintained. Everything we needed was thoughtfully provided, which made our stay comfortable and stress-free.The space felt modern, neat, and welcoming, with plenty of room to relax. The location is also fantastic, convenient and perfectly situated, making it easy to enjoy the surrounding area.Overall, it was a lovely place to stay and we would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and well-appointed getaway. 🌊✨ Next time we will get a room closer to the pool area.

Very clean apartment. The apartment had everything you need to cook at home (we ate out though). Full sized fridge and a few staples like salt, pepper, oil etc. Very well appointed with all utensils plus games, books etc. Within walking distance to the pub and some cafes and restaurants. Our air conditioning broke down on day 2. ALL the air conditioners stopped working (living room and bedrooms). When reported, management arranged for someone to check it out very quickly. Unfortunately, they couldn’t fix it. We were very grateful they for the extra pedestal fans provided but it was still really hot and steamy which made it quite uncomfortable for the rest of our stay. Apparently it was unusually hot/humid weather. Prior to the the AC breakdown, it was still very hot and stuffy in the 3rd bedroom which didn’t have an AC. It did have a pedestal fan. The single beds were narrower than normal.

• CAROLE (5/5): Last time better, property inside overall needs a good clean and pest control. - Second stay we love the location and pool. Room was dirty, we had to wash all dishes and appliances down inside and out. Think the dishwasher needs update as it doesn’t work well. When asked for cleaning products at reception was told ‘well it’s this time of year’. We saved for six months to afford to come this time, pay a higher rate for January we still expect clean dishes and kitchen at check in.

I was contacted by host (and I assume other guests as well) regarding a pair of prescription sunglasses that had been found. They weren't mine but I thought the fact that the hosts contacted all guests individually to check was very thoughtful. Getting luggage to room from parking was also very convenient. Not much, apartment was a bit dated but very clean, tidy and had everything we needed.
