There was all important areas and were nicely equipped, all devices and furniture worked perfectly and were thought for comfort of guests stay. I liked balcony sitting, room table[could be used like cosmetic or writing desk] and dinning areas, which could be also used comfortably for 3 separate people on devices or small workstation. Other likeable: spacious shower, view from balcony was spectacular. Shops, restaurants and beach was only 5houses down, which is super close for this town and majority of southern part of Croatian coasts. Airconditioning worked perfectly. Host was friendly, helpful, at hand. Linens and towels were cleaned every few days or on request. Liked quit house hours rules, appropriate strength of internet, coffee dripper, electric stove, microwave, washing machine, cooler with freezing shelve, tv satellite, small sandwich grill provided in our apartment, hangers in important places, huge mirror… -

Okolica spokojna, blisko do restauracji, sklepów, nadmorskiej promenady. Apartament duży, przestronny, z balkonem. Kuchnia dobrze wyposażona, łazienka również. Cały obiekt bardzo czysty. Gospodarz miły i pomocny, zawsze uśmiechnięty. Chętnie tam wrócę!! Polecam!!!

- Susan (10/5): Cavtat is a beautiful, peaceful & charming place.The perfect base to visit busy Dubrovnik & to relax - The location is perfect with stunning views. It is only a 2 minute walk down a steep hill & you have everything at hand: supermarket, bakery, bank & ATM's, bars, restaurants, bus station, taxis, the old town, harbour on one side for boat trips & water taxis to Dubrovnik and a marina on the other side, with more bars & restaurants. There are some lovely walks to around the peninsulas, plus exploring all the little alleyways. Mato the owner is available at reception every morning & evening & regularly brings clean towels & removes rubbish from the spotless apartments. May be the weather could have been better 😁

Das Apartment selbst war sehr sauber und im Vergleich zu anderen Appartment in Cavtat großzügig geschnitten. Toll war auch, dass wir alle 2 Tage neue Handtücher bekommen haben. Mato, der Besitzer, hat sich rührend im uns gekümmert und sichergestellt, dass alles in Ordnung ist. Wir kommen gerne wieder! Wir fanden die Schlafcouch nicht so bequem wie das Bett.

Just a few minutes walk into Cavtat (approx 15mins in taxi to Dubrovnik airport) Super close to the marina, beaches and restaurants. Great host who made us feel very welcomed.

Towels changed so often we never expected that! Anything we needed Mato was very obliging! He was at the complex very often and truly is a legend!!! Great sense of humour!! 😆 we felt extremely safe late at night and Airport 10/15 mins away!!! Bus to Dubrovnik mins from apartment and only takes 35 mins to centre! Short walk then to old town which is so pretty! Very hilly back to the bus so be mindful if disabled- Uber would be best for your return to Cavtat Read many reviews before booking anything and every review here is bang on accurate!!!!! Don’t delay in booking!!!!!! You won’t be disappointed!!!! 🙌 Steps and hill is steep but we actually grew to enjoy the excercise believe it or not! Only 3 mins down to the most beautiful bay we’ve ever seen! Small stop coming back so double this time! Not for prams, disabled, unfit!!! Lost weight though so happy!!! 😁

The area is very quiet and peaceful, yet just a 3-minute walk to the town center and the bay—an ideal location. The fully equipped kitchen was perfect for cooking, and the bed was very comfortable. The space is much larger than a typical hotel room, which made it feel open and relaxing rather than cramped. The host, Mato, was incredibly generous and helpful—he allowed me an early check in, and was always available to answer any question. All the facilities you’d hope for supplied. Excellent service and great view from balcony adjoined to one of the bedrooms. Nothing to say here. Good value for money in the absence of a pool etc.

- Rachel (10/5): Exceptional - Fantastic location close to the centre of Cavtat. There are lovely views from the balcony and plenty of space in the apartment. The kitchen was well equipped and there was a washing machine and clothes horse which was so handy for cleaning and drying clothes after days spent swimming in the beautiful Adriatic Sea! The apartment was very clean and we were provided with fresh linen and towels regularly. Our host Mato was excellent. He was easy to contact, kind and helpful, and we even tried his family wine, which was delicious! We will definitely stay here again on our next trip to Cavtat! Thank you Mato for a wonderful stay.

- James (10/5): An excellent 4-star apartment with a view and close to everything. - The host is top-notch and was very helpful in terms of direction and local assistance. The unit was spectacular. Everything we needed was available. The balcony was spacious and the view outstanding. We did not have a car, but there was an onsite parking spot available. The host even provided rides from and to the airport. Also, we walked to the bus stop where it is a short 30-minute ride to/from Dubrovnik.

- David (10/5): Hidden Gem! - Mr. Rilovic was an excellent host and he really made me feel welcomed! He was a wealth of knowledge on the do's and don'ts. The place was very clean and comfortable and had everything you would need! It's a perfect spot to be away from the hustle and bustle of Dubrovnik and still enjoy Beautiful Views and great food! Mr. Rilovic cracked the code on Excellent Customer Service! He called me the day before I arrived and the day that I got there! He made sure me and other guests got to the airport! Just a stand-up guy! I may just stay there again just because of him!! The only thing I didn't like was walking back to the room because the stairs were so steep! It was great going down but hard coming back up! It did help me close all my fitness rings though!

Mato, our wonderful host collected us from the airport (for a reasonable fee) & drove us to the apartment. We were stunned as it was absolutely perfect. We had an apartment with a terrace presenting a beautiful view over Cavtat. Mato is a very attentive host always asking if he could anything, he is such a lovely man, a shout out too for his nephew Borge who drove us back for our return journey at 4.30am.

- Amanda (9/5): Superb - Awesome location, a 3 minute walk to town, yet quiet at night. Super comfy beds, great shower pressure, good washing machine and attentive host. My only suggestion is to add a few basics to the kitchen, such as oil and vinegar and a few spices.

Our apartment was well equipped with aircon in all rooms. Mato, our host, was so welcoming and kind. Nothing was too much trouble. He arranged for pick up from Dubrovnik and he drove us to the airport himself. We loved our stay in this beautiful town.

Mato was an absolute gentleman and fantastic host. Great communication, and always on hand if we needed anything. Would definitely stay here again! We liked everything!

Mato and staff were polite and friendly. Clean towels every few days and well equipped with kitchen essentials. Air conditioning was very effective. Mato was a great host and collected us and dropped us off at the airport which was easy. We were also able to do a late checkout as we had an evening flight. Nothing. I notice many comments about the property being on a steep hill which is true, however most of Cavtat is on a hill. The benefit of the hill is the beautiful view from the balcony.

- Jennifer (9/5): Beautiful Cavtat - The view from the balcony was spectacular. The accommodation was clean, and all amenities were well maintained. There were lots of clean towels. The owner manager was very helpful. We only booked on the day as there had been an issue with our previously booked accommodation. We were so pleased Rilovic was available 😀 The walk from the town to the apartment was steep but achievable, which can be said for most / all of the accommodation in Cavtat but that's how you get the views.

- Deborah (10/5): Spectacular view in the heart of Cavtat - Very clean and new facilities. Our apartment was a great size for our family with two young teens. Easy parking and an incredible view of Cavtat. Mate, our host, was very professional and welcoming. Nothing at all to do with the apartments, but the walk up the hill from the town was quite steep. Good exercise after a long day at the beach though.

Excellent location in the centre of Cavtat just a 2 min stroll to the sea. Air con was just OK - brought temperature down from hot to warm but never got cool even when set to 16.

- Stuart (10/5): Great apartments & a fantastic host - Very clean, comfortable apartment in a great location & with beautiful views out to sea. The host, Mato, was incredibly helpful with accommodating our stay, offering advice & providing a lift to the airport at the end of our stay too. Five minutes to the main bars & restaurants, with the coast really close by too. Only minor things would be to have some shampoo / body wash provided & a double mattress rather than two single mattresses on the bed. Minor things that certainly didn't detract from a great stay!

- Catherine (9/5): Excellent apartments - A.lovely apartment, well equipped kitchen, great bathroom with a good powerful shower, large comfortable bed. We stayed in apartment 1 which has it's own terrace, with Sun beds provided and an amazing view. Host Mato was a gentleman, helpful and courteous. He allowed us to check in early and also use the apartment for the full day on the day we were leaving. Would highly recommend booking these apartments. Apartments at top of a steep bank, but we used to walk around the main road to access them. Took a couple of.minutes longer to reach them. A pool would have been a great asset.

Staff were great, even gave us a umbrella for the rain and a late check out. Place was spotless and very modern. Thank you Would be good to have a lamp in the living area and a small coffee table but great anyway.

- Diana (8/5): Very good - Great apartment, very spacious and clean. The bed was comfortable and the kitchen was well equipped. Mato was extremely friendly and helpful and even let us stay until we had to catch our flight, plus he organised a taxi to the airport was us. The location of the apartments is very central, lots of uphill stairs though which we didn't mind but weren't aware of prior. We didn't have shower gel / shampoo provided
