• Rishabh (7/5): Good inexpensive hotel but comes with minor issues - The hotel is clean, food is awesome. Staff is helpful however they can be really late with your requests as they don't have enough people. Parking is just outside the hotel and it's spacious. For a third person in room they just place a mattress on the floor without any folding bed. Additionally even though many things are listed as amenities but a lot of things were only available if you call and request like hair dryer, iron (it's available without iron board), slippers, kettle is working in one room but not working in another. Shower area is a little off looks really old and dirty.

• Praveen (5/5): Passable - Food was excellent. Staff was very good. Room was horrible. The bathroom smell was all over in the room. Worse than a 3rd class train waiting room. Outside noise was a problem. A room service phone was right in the hallway, next to my room, ringing very often, and was loud enough to wake anyone easily. So hotel acoustics are not good for resting, sleeping, etc. Late night rooftop party certainly added to the pain.

• Hemant (9/5): 2 nights in Udepur - Food was excellent . Rooms were very clean and amenities were super good. Showers with hot water are of excellent quality.. Breakfast and tea were wow.. The balcony from outside was dirty because of the pigeons so they should keep the net to avoid it..it is not impacted to the guests at all but better to fix it

• Shahnaz (3/5): Horrible experience. Hotel needs a total refurbishment - There was really nothing much to like at this hotel. The al carte food we ordered was very tasty and well prepared. Breakfast is an Indian veg buffet and is OK. The staff do try their best to help wherever possible. There is onsite parking. We had one of the worst experiences at this hotel. The telephone in the room that was allocated didn’t work. The 2nd room they gave us didn’t have a luggage rack. Where is one supposed to keep your bags. We had to use the table. So, we were short of table space. The safe didn’t work. It took 2 days to finally repair it. They obviously dont check all the facilities in the room before allocating it to a guest. The toilet in this room was tiny. When I complained that some evenings we didn’t have hot water, they said you have to let the water run for 10 minutes to get hot water. What a waste of water. The body and hand wash soap were of poor quality. The sofa in the room was stained. The leather of the writing table chair was torn. The restaurant chairs were stained and paint was peeling off. This should have been informed to us in advance. If we were aware that credit card is not accepted, we would not have booked this hotel. As an international visitor we don’t have access to PayTM or any other Indian online facility. It took a good 45 minutes to sort this out as the reservation guy had to provide us with a link for payment. All in all, I think the communication between the departments is very poor. I had to remind them that I had paid a 50% advance. We paid over US$ 72 plus taxes for this hotel. A total waste of money. The hotel is desperately in need of a refurbishment. Everything is jaded and old. Will never stay at this hotel ever again.

• Mukesh (7/5): An average stay this time compared to pre Covid’s stay - Staff at reception very gentle and helpful. Room size is perfect It needs some renovations now. Breakfast choices are very limited and the restaurant staff is not well trained to handle the guests

• Vinay (9/5): Value for money with excellent food & superb room service - Value for Money, Food was excellent (Tawa Roti was available) & staff was kind & helpful in preparing food for kid on demand. Room service was superb. Staff served the request for early check-in the morning on arrival day. It is not resort so don't expect any kid playing area inside & there is no walking area outside the hotel since it is situated on road.

Soap that had the consistency of a jelly and without a dispenser had to be squeezed out of a bottle was both annoying and very time consuming 3. Faulty design in bathrooms like thick marble slab on top of water tap restricting face wash etc use cases with the possibility of head hitting the slab 4. Unfortunately bad location of the hotel with immense road side dust 5. No gym, very dirty pool 6. Worst of all - unruly staff who threatened to even hit me !! when I shared an aggressive feedback when prompted multiple times on not honouring my request for a special diet in breakfast food - this was totally unacceptable

Breakfast is a large indian buffet with a lot of choice so very nice to try things. Room need renovation and a little bit far from the old city (20 min by car, 300 roupies by ricksaws)

• Geoojesse (1/5): Bad - Nothing, very VERY WRONG LOCATION. You will end up spending 500 rs on Ola to go to the city and come back. Very wrong location and the food is pathetic, if you order a salad be it Russian or Ceaser salad, they will put the vegetables on tawa and fry it and the chicken also, when you ask the chef he will say here we make it like this. This is a clear case as prevalent all over India of paid reviews and everyone giving good ratings. They don't even know how to serve milk without spilling it, extremely disappointing stay.

• Sayan (9/5): Decent place for a quick night's stay - we wanted a hotel reasonably near the airport as we wanted to only spend the night. The room was nice and clean, the bed was comfortable. The restaurant was nice and the food was good and reasonably priced Though the bathroom was clean, with an excellent shower, the bathroom fittings were a bit ill maintained. Also, the glass in the bathroom shower had water stains which was jarring for a hotel that is otherwise excellent and is indicative of lack of proper maintenance and inadequate attention from the maintenance staff.

Rooms are very comfortable, swimming pool on rooftop is amazing, the staff are cooperative especially Kamlendra singh guided us from the first day vey nicely. Since hotel is located in outside of the city, they should provide cab facility, it should be chargeable.

• Prajwal (9/5): More than what is advertised! Go for it without a second thought. - The facility was exactly as advertised and just as what all the other reviews read. In fact a little more than what was advertised. We knew the accommodation would be comfortable but we didn't realise how fast days went by. The food was very good, especially when compared to all of Rajasthan. We did not use all the amenities but I'm sure those would be at par with what we experienced. Puri bhaji and hara bara kabab are a must try. There were a couple of mishaps with the room service. Coffee was very bad. I'm being rude but a good filter coffee in the menu can please even the most different critic. The location is a little away from the centre but not too much. These are all minute ones but I just couldn't give it all star ratings just because of these shortcomings.

The hotel is at a great location rooms are very spacious with great garden nd mountain views. The staff and the hospitality provided if truly commendable. They are very cordial in arranging vehicles for the city ride. Do not forget to have breakfast by their pool nd do try their hara bhara kebab.Overall a superb experience. The location, the ambience, The rooms, The staff, The food superbly amazing.
