Благодаря их усилия- заселение и пребывание в апартаментах было беспроблемными! Наицентральнейшая улица: много людей, машин и разнообразных звуков от них.Окно не открыть, в отсутствие вентиляции это бывает проблемой. Аутентичная деревянная лестница не освещена - карабкались наверх с чемоданом буквально на ощупь.

Entrada prática via aplicativo, mas é necessário ter internet no celular. O apartamento é ótimo, bem decorado, com sensação de quarto de hotel, e oferece panfletos, livros sobre a região e opções no frigobar. Vale ressaltar que o apartamento fica no primeiro andar, sem elevador. Apesar de ser perto da estação de trem, o caminho inclui ladeiras; nesse caso, é mais recomendável pegar um táxi, que o próprio alojamento pode ajudar a chamar, já que não há fila de taxis na estação.

Also brilliant was the fact that Daniel got in touch with me a few days before to make sure I was clear on parking, how to find the apartment, restaurants and bars. • Sara (10/5): - Very well appointed and located studio apartment near Plaza de la Paz. Free parking down the hill and a fifteen minute walk to the Wine Bodegas. Daniel was communicative and helpful. Bring earplugs if you are a light sleeper as the apartment building is on a well traveled street (vehicular and foot traffic). Overall a good place to stay in La Rioja!
• Roberto (8/5): - This property is good for short stay in this town, we rented for four adults and this was too small in space, there is only a big bed for two and a sofa-bed for other two people divided by a tv set in between, the room for four people has to be bigger not this one. also we found the security box broken. and only a little bathroom for all four adults it is uncomfortable.

• Heather (6/5): Lots of potential but very disappointing - Not great. It was the only disappointment in over two weeks in Spain. We and our friends had two rooms. Check-in was a hassle. Information was never shared prior to arrival. We arrived and had to call the host, who was out of town. We eventually got into our rooms, which were very beautiful, but then the button to flush the toilet broke within minutes in one of the rooms. Not their fault, things happen. We called the host, who had us facetime him. He asked us to wait for a PLUMBER TO ARRIVE. After about 30 minutes we called back and told him we really needed the room switched because we wanted to explore the town. At this point, he "upgraded" our room. It was gorgeous, but there was WATER EVERYWHERE dripping from the ceiling. We called him back, showed him the damage. We were asked not to use the bathroom/light. Fortunately, the room had 2 bathrooms. The host offered us a free bottle of wine for our trouble (the rooms are stocked)- nice. We were with friends, so we had 2 (obviously expecting the other would be on our bill). The next day, maids came in and were very nice. We left. Host calls me within 30 minutes and makes me feel like I was trying to steal a bottle! I told him that clearly I thought it would be charged to the room. He said that because he wasn't a hotel, he couldn't do that. I had to give him my credit card number over the phone. Very uncomfortable.

• Craig (6/5): Better Options - While the apartment was great, the lack of communication prior to the stay made the experience leave a bad taste in my mouth. Complex requires the use of an APP and security codes. This information was not provided prior to arrival. It took 10 minutes to get all the entry logistics figured out before we could enter. The building has no elevator, so you need to lug your bags up a staircase. Even once the entry process was understood, it worked inconsistently. So we would prop the doors open
• SARA (4/5): Buena ubicacion pero deficiencias mejorables - Apartamento bien situado pero con muchas cosas por reparar, sofa rajado, sabana con agujero, mueble que cae la tapa sola, también se nos pidio que nos duchasemos durante menos tiempo porque habia filtraciones que afectaban al local de abajo. La decoración es intensa pero eso ya depende de los gustos de cada uno. Esperábamos que estuviera mejor de lo que estaba. Sobretodo pagando un precio elevado por noche. En la descripción ponía que los menores eran gratis y primero se me pidio pagar 60€ por una cuna 2 noches y ante mi sorpresa me lo rebajaron a 40€. La cuna no estaba en correctas condiciones y tuvimos que poner una manta para aplanar un poco la base.
• Mary E (10/5): Great Location and Lovely Apartment - We enjoyed the Gran Reserva Suite as it was spacious and we particularly liked the comfortable bed and the ability to walk everywhere. The local free parking was close and easy to use. Only issue was that the great huge jacuzzi tub water was not hot enough to enjoy - perhaps the hot water was used by other guests?!

Comfortable, big and the host gave us great tips. - Great location and comfortable apartment with little extras such as coffee, sugar, salt and let you use the kitchen without having to go to the supermarket. 1 block away from main square. It was easy enough to find free parking. Much better than a hotel since it had a room with a very comfy bed and a living room with a big sofa, and tv. Daniel was great communicating and giving us tips There was no elevator, only one story to climb, but it should be advised. We didn't have a problem since we only had carry on luggage. The decoration was modern and new, but was a bit tacky.

It’s on the first floor and there is one flight of stairs so it’s not wheelchair accessible. Very easy to find and access otherwise. It had everything we needed for a couple of days stay. The bed was really comfy and it was also lovely and warm - which was great as it was very cold whilst we were there (snow on one day)! Dan the host was excellent - checking in to make sure we had everything we needed. I’d definitely recommend this place as a great location in the centre of the Rioja region. Nothing not to like!

• Antonio (6/5): - Creo que con una bañera de hidromasaje no voy a decir albornoz pero unas zapatillas de baño sí debían de poner a disposición del usuarioToallas escasas.La cama son dos colchones unidos,que llamarse "suite" es por algo más que tener buen gusto en el diseño del interior.Falta seguridad.El frigorífico muy pequeño y yo cambiaría la lavadora por un lavavajillas que es mucho más práctico.Veo la suite un poco dejada,un sillón chaisse longue con un buen roto(se aprecia que lo han roto con la ventana )las ventanas no tienen cortinas,tienen contraventanas,pero no cortinas y,aunque desde el exterior hace espejo ,si enciendes alguna luz, entonces te ve todo el mundo Se me olvidaba: En la ducha falta una esterilla en el suelo o unos agarraderos porque resbala cosa mala,...y unas velitas(3) que hay en un estante en la zona de ducha solo funciona una de ellas. Gorros de ducha solo había uno y faltaban también cepillos de dientes ya que a ese precio sería lo más normal.

• trevor (10/5): - This is a super apartment in the centre of Haro absolutely great for visiting all the bogedas some great wine tasting to be had which are an absolute must. For a traditional building this apartment has been restored to a high modern spec. Very well equipped and comfortable. It has a spacious living room with kitchen area off and a very comfortable bed. Would have no hesitation in recommending this apartment.

• Ka (10/5): Exceptional - The apartment was very clean. Water pressure of the shower was really good. Both the bed and the sofa bed were comfortable. We parked the car on the street just outside the apartment for free from 8pm to 10am next morning. The owner got in touch a week before the check in and gave very clear instructions on how to get the digital key. This was by far the most convenient way to pickup a key! On the day of check in, the owner texted us to make sure everything was good. He also helped us to make reservation at a great restaurant nearby. Our stay was absolutely wonderful!
• Alison (9/5): A lovely apartment in the heart of Haro - A stylish and comfortable stay in a well-outfitted apartment. It is truly right in the middle of Haro, for someone who wants to stay in the heart of this town. Free parking is quite nearby-only a 3 minute walk. but as a solo traveler this made moving my bags in and out difficult (there is nowhere legal nearby to stop for even 5 minutes), and returning late in the evening it was very deserted walking back to the apartment.

Close to restaurants and bars. Very clean and everything was thoughtfully arranged in the room. There is nothing we didn't like. Thank you Daniel.

• Yannick (10/5): Superbe appartement. - De passage a Haro en famille (2 enfants), nous avons beaucoup apprécié l'appartement RESERVA. Etat impeccable , alliant le moderne et l'ancien des lieux. Une très belle réussite. L'appartement dispose d'une cuisine toute équipée. Tout y est. Rien ne manquait durant notre séjour. Literie confortable. TV grand ecran avec accès NETFLIX... L'accès au batiment et a l'appartement est facile avec la clé électronique communiquée avant notre arrivée. Tres pratique. Bref je recommande a 100 %. En centre ville a 2 pas des restaurants. Une très bonne adresse.

• Michael (10/5): Great apartment - This was a great apartment, right off the main square of Haro. Near to all the wineries and restaurants. It was well appointed, newly renovated. Amenities include AC and laundry. There is a full kitchen too. Breakfast was a nice touch. Really enjoyed the stay!

• Pierre (10/5): Superb stay in Rioja. - A truly superb place, from communications prior to arrival to departure. We had opted for the breakfast which was so delicious and plentiful, it left us satisfied until the late Spanish lunches! Everything about the suites ( we had two) is wonderful. Very well furnished kitchens, extremely comfortable beds and all the comfort of a five star hotel including a great electronic fireplace. Daniel our host even recommended great villages nearby so we spent very little time driving all over the place looking for places; it was all planned for us.
• Verified traveler (10/5): Haro Wine & Soul Apartamento a gem. - Apartment was best value and was awesome we enjoyed our stay and added breakfast it was ample variety of breakfast foods. Daniel and sister Andrea have the apartments high tech with entrance to apartment latest in technology and apartment full of so many amenities wine refrigerator with wine bottles to purchase beautifully decorated and oh so comfortable. Walk away from main plaza Haro has great charm and great bodegas. Andrea was so helpful and always happy to assist. Would recommend to All.

The square is literally one minute away with endless bars and amazing restaurants to choose from. The apartment itself is created with so much care and attention to detail, the style is amazing and the beds are hugely comfortable. The extra thoughtful touches make it a very special place to stay. Daniel the host has put his heart and soul into creating a beautiful oasis and goes out of his way to make your stay extra special. He's there to answer any queries and recommend local places. all in all we had a wonderful stay and I would absolutely recommend anyone to stay. We can't wait to return.

• Stefan (10/5): Great Apartment next to Haro main square - Great apartments right next to the beautiful main square of Haro. Check-in was super efficient, the apartment was very comfortable and quite stylish. There was also free coffee, tea, hot chocolate, cereals, oil, vinegar, etc. what made our stay very pleasant. Parking was also easy - we always found a spot relatively close to the apartment (either free parking or with a meter). Highly recommendable to explore the Rioja wine region.
• Verified traveler (8/5): - First let me start by saying the location in Haro is excellent, and the design of the Gran Reserva suite is absolutely beautiful. There are many carefully thought out features in the room from soaking salts in hot tub, to a juicer in kitchen, and even a clothes washer which came in handy. The cons include the room and towels only getting replaced every 4 days. Its nice to have a kitchen but not if you if have to look at dirty dishes and come home to an unmade bed each day. There was also a strong cat urine smell near the hot tub that was off putting. Also no one to help with getting bags upstairs (this is a self-service apartment, not a hotel). We also misunderstood the extra 25 euro per day breakfast is actually just fruit, cereal, pastries left in kitchen ahead of time that you prepare yourself. We thought they would bring a hot breakfast to the room each day; it was also strange to have to pay in cash immediately upon arriving. I recommend skipping it as there is better value across the street. Finally the concierge booked us a wine tour without first confirming with us that we wanted to go. While the tour was interesting, the wine was not good and it’s surprising we weren’t booked at one of the top 5 wineries we provided the names to him. These extras were overpriced/low value and didn’t fit with the luxury experience the Wine and Soul Suites aims to provide.

• Verified traveler (10/5): - Spectacular Suite! Beautifully designed and decorated with extreme attention detail. Gorgeous, but not pretentious, and very comfortable. Two fireplaces, jacuzzi tub, large bathroom with walk through shower and adjacent powder room. Spacious living room with adjoining, fully equipped kitchen. Bed extremely comfortable with pillow menu. Everything you would need if you want to eat in. Extremely fast WIFI! Heated floors, so cozy. Washing machine for light laundry. Centrally located and walkable to many local wineries for tasting. No need to drive! Daniel, the proprietor, is very friendly, outgoing, and multi-lingual. Restaurants and bars are all within walking distance. An exceptional apartment in the middle of the Rioja Wine Region. We were going to stay at the Marque de Riscal - so glad we cancelled and stayed at Wine & Soul for a quarter of the price!

• Douglas (10/5): Best of Rioja - First, the location is amazing! It is just steps from the busy main square where you can get a real feel for local life. Inside the suite, you don’t hear much steet noise at all. A 15 minute walk will get you to at least 8 wineries, most over 100 years old. You can taste wines without booking tours! There are many good places to eat within a 5 minute walk. The suites are impecably decorated and equiped. We stayed in the Reserva suite. It was spacious and very comfortable. Communication with Daniel was awesome right from booking to check out. Being a small family run hotel, Daniel made it his goal to ensure that we were totally happy. I can’t thank him enough!! Haro is an easy drive to all that Rioja has to offer and Wine & Soul Suites is the perfect home base. You won’t be disappointed.
• Norma (8/5): The right mix of modern and old charm - Beautiful apartment, everything is new and top notch even the sofa bed is super high quality and comfortable. Great location we were sorry we only were there one night.
• Heiðar (10/5): Excellent stay in the capital del Rioja - We spent 4 nights in Haro to enjoy the food, the wine and the scenery. The Wine and Soul apartment is located in the centre. Only 2-5 minutes to the tapas bars in the centre. Daniel is an excellent host. Very helpful with everything.

• Enrique (10/5): Great Location - Excellent location. The property is in an old building that has been totally renovated. It is located just steps from the town plaza. The only issue is the lack of air-conditioning.

The apartment is beautifully appointed and the town of Haro is lovely. We only wished we had booked for longer. We will definitely come back.
