- Fiorella (3/5): - The arcade and pool were nice… Stayed here recently and unfortunately had a pretty disappointing experience overall. The location to the parks was great, and the pool/arcade area was nice, but the actual hotel quality did not match what we expected from a SpringHill Suites. What made this especially disappointing is that we previously stayed at the SpringHill Suites Orlando at Millenia and had a completely different experience there. That hotel was honestly 10/10 — everything smelled clean and fresh, housekeeping was excellent, breakfast was much better, and everything in the room actually worked properly. Because of that experience, we expected this location to be similar, but it was the complete opposite. There were multiple issues during our stay here: - The fridge did not work and smelled terrible - The room locks did NOT work properly at all, which was honestly concerning - Housekeeping never serviced our room during the stay - The AC made a loud high-pitched noise during the night - Pillows had visible stains on them - There were also visible cracks in the ceiling that honestly looked concerning and made the room feel poorly maintained - Parking was expensive The breakfast was also honestly one of the worst hotel breakfasts we’ve had. The eggs seemed undercooked, the pancakes were stale, and the sausage was not good at all. The bed itself at least appeared clean, and again, the location was convenient, but overall the hotel felt poorly maintained compared to other SpringHill Suites locations we’ve stayed at. This property definitely needs better maintenance and upkeep. We were genuinely surprised by how different the experience was compared to the Millenia location. Very sad after this experience kind of ruined the vacation i should have gotten atleast a partial refund for how TERRIBLE room s242 was but did not want to bother the nice staff. do NOT choose this location.

- Artem (8/5): Pleasant stay at a decent place - The rooms were spacious, there was a lot of space to park our car and the location worked out great for us as it was close to get to DisneyWorld (either by car or by taxi). The staff was also really kind. The breakfast were a bit mediocre and lacked variety. Some of the food was a bit cold already and the water in the machine smelled like pool water. Also, the room from our room was to a internal car parking.
- V9294KVronnies (8/5): Great Customer Service - Stayed on Townplace side. I want to make sure I leave a review as the team here was amazing. I first checked in April 9-10 before going over to the World Center. Elida was very attentive and helpful in the check-in process. I am the type of person that cleans the room before I do anything and I was impressed how it seems like the house keepers do a pretty thorough job. Because of the experience I had this night I checked back in on the 12th-13th as my flights were canceled. After sitting at the airport for a few hours I was a little frustrated. I called to confirm that I was coming since it was late and I didn't want them to cancel my reservation. I spoke with Lewis. When I asked what time the kitchen closed he let me know it was open for just a few more mins. He transfered me to Kevin who took my order and when I got to the hotel my food was ready and already charged to my room as I requested it. Love assisted with the checkin process which was smooth....even after requesting to change from a king to a double. She gave me no issues. The morning of checkout Frances helped me with a few things. The fitness center is nice. The only reason for the 4 stars is that the rooms are a lil outdated and the wipes in the fitness center wouldn't come out of the canister so we couldn't wipe down. I had to wet a towel and clean. Other than that.... a good experience.

Maria walked around and refreshed drinks. She was quiet, sweet and respectful. My only frustration was that it advertised as shuttles going to all of the parks. This was not the case. The ones it went to was very limited on one time per day going and returning. We spent a lot of money on Ubers. This is the only part of the advertisement they should change. Other than that I highly recommend this place!

- emilyjO8005TR (10/5): Great place to stay with littles - We stayed here for our family trip to Disney and all I can stay is great job staff! Everyone was so nice and on top of everything! Our rooms were clean and stocked up with everything we needed. The breakfast was great too! Horianna and the rest staff was on top of breakfast making sure it was all stocked for guests and also making sure it was all clean. We will definitely be staying here again

- NorthStar15554737406 (10/5): Breakfast review - I had a wonderful experience during breakfast thanks to the incredible team Eliza, Shirley, Jerica, Hanna, and Sandra. Their service truly stood out. From the moment we arrived, they were all very attentive, consistently checking in to make sure everyone was doing well and had everything they needed. The entire buffet area was kept spotless, and you could tell they took pride in maintaining a clean and welcoming environment. They were also on top of everything making sure all food items were fully stocked and fresh at all times. Not once did anything run low, and everything was presented beautifully. What really made the experience special was how they made us feel. They went out of their way to ensure we were enjoying our breakfast, creating a warm and friendly atmosphere that made our morning even better. Thank you all for such amazing service it truly made a difference in our stay!

- Reyna (9/5): Mother Daughters trip - I liked everything. The staff was very nice and helpful. Breakfast was wonderful. The only thing that I didn't like and this could be something I just overlooked before I booked our stay, was they charge you $25 a night to park. They tell you at check in and there are signs All over the parking lot. Just would have liked to know before we got there.

- Bobbie (7/5): Transport to Disney is horrible - Free breakfast , clean The transportation is a joke … you take one bus to get on another bus … you waste an hour and a half to two hours when traveling to get to Animal kingdom and Magic kingdom !!! Call get the details don’t just go off my word but please be warned and know !! We used Lyft after that first bus ride ! It was that bad :(

- treishag2016 (10/5): Happy & Safe Solo Traveler - I booked this reservation via 3rd party site because it was cheaper than Marriott's. I called ahead and spoke with Frances to advise I was arriving after 9pm. She noted my reservation and assured me there would be no issues. I arrived at 12:45am and checked-in with ease and comfort. My double queen bed room was delightfully warm, clean, well appointed and large for this solo traveler. I had a sofa and desk. It included a partial partition from bedroom area. I had a tv, bathroom and walk-in closet. My room overlooked the pool area. Breakfast was included and they had an orderly setup. There was a hot breakfast lane that included eggs, sausage, potatoes, and Mickey Mouse waffles. There were pastries, muffins, oatmeal, and bread. Decent amount of seating for groups or solo travelers. I had the pleasure of meeting and being checked-out by Frances. She deserves accolades for her professionalism and customer service. We laughed when we realized we "knew each other" from our telephone conversation. I had an easy 5 minute walk to public bus to get around Orlando. Highly recommend this hotel and would consider staying here for the future given the value I paid and amenities received.

- SamFausto (10/5): Business or Family Trip - HIGHLY RECOMMEND!! - We had a great and comfortable stay at Spring Hill Suites Lake Buena Vista. Elida, greeted us and checked us in quickly into our room. She also waited on us a few times during our weekly stay at this property, and she was always very attentive. Billy Ray, the bartender, waited on us one night and he too was extremely accommodating. We ordered our food towards closing time and he waited and chatted with us until we finished eating. The entire staff was amazing!! Highly Recommend!!!

The concept of continental breakfast is good but not enough seating or food at times, not worth the hassle and extra charge when you can stay at nearby great hotels for less. Also, guest services was a hit or miss, sometimes they would answer and sometimes they wouldn't. And when you ask for a certain quantity of towels, toilet paper, blankets, etc, they would not bring the correct quantities you asked for.
