• Verified traveler (6/5): - Hotel staff were lovely and very helpful, pool was gorgeous and location is great. However, the room had quite a strong and bad smell which we discovered was coming from the bathroom. Little ants also in the room at times nothing bad but seen a couple from time to time. Air conditioning also very weak and a bit noisy so anytime in the room was quite warm and uncomfortable (we did keep the tour to balcony and windows closed as instructed by staff to make sure it worked well) Overall it is fine for a short stay and the staff can’t be faulted but I wouldn’t of stayed much longer as the rooms are a bit out dated and need to be redone, the smell being the major turn off for us.
• Andreas (8/5): - Das war eine ziemlich neue aber für selbstversorger sehr karg ausgestattete sehr schon gelegene Unterkunft.. waren in der Parterre untergebracht aber da konnten wir morgens unter sonnenschutz den Kaffee genießen... Eine sehr liebe putzfrau, aber die an der Rezeption angeforderten Gläser sind nie angekommen. Im Pool sind wir nie gewesen, aber andere Schienen damit zufrieden zu sein. Würden diese Unterkunft problemlos weiterempfehlen. auch der Parkplatz der allerdings nur für maximal drei bis vier Autos reicht war sehr gut für uns. Stadt und der Kiesstrand fußläufig in wenigen Minuten erreichbar

• Danièle (4/5): - Le bureau d'accueil ferme à 16h00! Notre chambre était mi propre, mauvaise senteur dans la salle de bain. La douche était malpropre. Pas de couvertures; juste un draps. Par contre, la femme de ménage ainsi que son fils furent extrêmement gentils et dévoués. (*) mention spéciale pour eux. Mais nous ne recommandons aucunement cet hôtel.
• Kathleen A (10/5): - I liked everything---the spacious apartment, the comfortable bed and AC in the bedroom, clean pool, ample chairs and umbrellas. Lambros was an exceptional host and answered all my questions but also basically left me alone, which I appreciated. I truly relaxed for the first time in years. It was a magical place, Casa Iphigenia was my safehaven for 7 short days. Hopefully I will be back one day.
• AALOK ARVIND (10/5): - We stayed here for 4 days in July. Our stay was great and the staff including Lambros were very welcoming and friendly. This location is within walking distance of Kamari beach and has a lot of good restaurants in the area including a grocery store. Sunrise and water views from our apartment were exquisite. Apartment was generally spacious, clean and had daily room service. The pool was clean and well equipped with chairs and towels. Our kids spent a lot of time here and it is one of the best features of this place. Apartment was not equipped with good cooking utensils and did not have a microwave or oven, which was a tad bit inconvenient. Bathrooms also could have been better . Overall , our experience was great and we would go back again, mainly for the location and very friendly staff.

• Matthieu (2/5): Exécrable - /!\ A fuir /!\ Pire expérience hôtelière de notre côté. Pour commencer il ne s'agit pas d'un 4 étoiles (taxe de séjour d'un 3 étoiles). Les photos et les prestations indiquées sont mensongères. En réalité il s'agit d'avantage de studios année 70 qui seraient restés dans leur jus (avec l'usure du temps inclu dans le prix). A notre arrivée, la dame de l'accueil nous annonce que le ménage ne sera fait que tous les deux jours, qu'il faut jeter notre papier toilette usagé dans la poubelle et qu'il n'y a plus personne a la réception après 17h... un bon début mais la suite n'est pas triste. Nous avons insisté pour que le ménage et le remplacement des draps&serviettes soit fait quotidiennement. Bien mal nous en a pris, la dame de l'accueil nous annonce la veille de notre départ que les draps&serviettes étant trop sales (...) nous devons payer pour ces derniers (120E). Nous avons été harcelés jusque dans notre chambre et quasi menacés. Tout simplement incroyable. /!\ A fuir /!\

Very close to the black beach, food, and shopping! Yvannis at the front desk was the kindest most helpful person, made the whole visit so smooth for us!!! I would highly recommend this hotel for your visit to Santorini! We definitely will be staying here again!!
• Ikuko (10/5): 静かな場所 - バス停まで近く、街に行きやすい。また、スーパーも近いので自炊する買い物は便利な場所です。 オーナーは決まった時間しかいないので、チェックインの際に不在なら、電話する必要があります。窓の右側に連絡先が書いてありますが、分かり辛いです。 私達がチェックインした際には、オーナーが来たので問題なかったです。 入ってすぐの電気が点かなかったのと、テレビの設定か音が出なかったのが少しマイナス。掃除の女性に言ったが、英語が分からないようで、直っていなかった。 近隣のホテルのように、外に洗濯物を干せるワイヤーがあるとなお良かったと思う。 オーナーは親しみやすい人で、静かな場所で快適に過ごせました。
• Verified traveler (8/5): Lovely apartment hotel in Santorini - Very good apartment hotel in Kamari, a lovely town in Santorini. Yannis was an excellent host and had lots of good advice for travelling. In terms of accommodation, the suite was gorgeous however the kitchenette was less equipped than we would have liked, but we may have been a bit ambitious... Nevertheless, I think the communication between the hotel staff and the cleaner could have been improved. Immediately after we checked in (about 2.30) the cleaner let herself into our room despite the apartment being ready. We didn't initially mind but the same thing happened around 9am on the day we were checking out, when we were still in bed. I'm sure this could have been avoided if she had spoken to the main desk who would have known we hadn't checked out yet, or if there were do not disturb signs available. Ultimately this is just a minor thing and I would still recommend the hotel to travellers visiting Santorini!

We were greeted in the loveliest way and felt very welcome upon our arrival and through our entire stay. Our room was nice - great bed and an even lovelier view overlooking the sea! W The location was great; close to the beach and a lot of nice restaurants - would definitely recommend 10/10 😁

• Deonna (8/5): - Santorini is very expensive in general. But for hotels its astronomical. When yu visit a place like Greece, and if you've never been. Finding a hotel when there sre not a lot of familiar names out there, can be quite difficult. We found this hotel using the "package" feature on Orbitz. Thankfully, this hotel lived up to the photos! Please change expectations tho bc if yu dont, traveling in Greece will be quite rough on yu. 1st off. The room was huge, with minimal furniture. This was a nice touch since all of our rooms in Europe have been smaller than a dorm room. It even had a day bed, fridge and kitchen. The bed was a queen size, with no blankets. The only thing I didn't like is the fact that you absolutely can NOT flush toilet paper in the toilet at this property. The property is located in Kamari Beach which has row to row restaurants, bars, shopping. The beach is about 1 block from the hotel and the sand is black from the volcano! We took taxis everywhere we needed to go (no uber), and average to get to Fira was about $30.00 and to Oiya about $40.00. I recommend this hotel, but only if, yu keep an open mind.

• Cedez (8/5): Great location in Kamari - Our first time visiting the island and there were some hiccups but as to be expected. Room is large with air conditioning and it kept clean throughout your stay. I liked that there is a safe in your room for your belongings and the hotel staff was amazing. The ocean views are nice and the hotel can be accessed for 2 areas that makes it convenient for you. The pool is clean and there is an outdoor shower and toilet available if you need it.
• Heggy (8/5): Nice hotel with friendly staff close to the beach - This is a small well maintained hotel. I should say that the picture does not correspond to the hotel. The room was large, bright and quiet with a little balcony. The kitchenette and the bathroom were clearly outdated and the latter not shiny bright. We were told that in the deluxe apartments these two were renovated (ours was a superior room). The main problem we had was that there was no wifi during our stay, but that may have been punctual only. Finally, the manager at the lobby was very friendly and nice and tried to do all to make up for this.

Au début de notre séjour nous n’avions pas eu le type d’appartement réservé cependant au bout de 2 jours le personnel nous a transféré dans le type d’appartement que j’avais réservé initialement. J’ai donc été ravie par la démarche du personnel.

• Aura (10/5): - This was a fantastic trip! Stelio was our host and checked in early and showed us personally to the room! The hotel is in a quiet romantic area, the room is very roomy and the showers are remodeled with hot water. Full kitchen with dishes and lovely pool. Host had great recommendations and was very accomodating, walking distance to supermarket and bus stop- would stay again!
• Sanne (8/5): Godt til prisen. Rigtig god beliggenhed - Dejligt lejlighedskompleks med rigtig god beliggenhed, et par minutters gang til star den og by. Den del vi boede I er nyistandsat med rigtig pæn indretning. Vi syntes dog der var en del støj fra lejligheden i stueplan der beboes privat. En del uro om aftenen fra en af hotellets ansatte og hans venner, bla. ved poolen og cigatetskodder på fliserne u. solsenge.
• Verified traveler (8/5): Nice hotel, still improving - A very nice and new hotel. Looks better than a lot of other hotels nearby. Very close to kamari beach (2 minutes walking) and all the restaurants/shops on the strip. There are a lot of other hotels right on the beach, which look nice in their own right, but would definitely recommend this one as despite it being close to a busy area its actually very quiet. Also walking distance from bus stops to fira. Slick looking rooms, house keeper kept it very clean. Wi-fi was a bit hit and miss but they seemed to be trying to fix that while we were there. Help desk/reception was very helpful though with great knowledge of the area, he even offered us a lift one evening so we could make it to the cinema! Although it was good from the get go they're still adding little things here and there to improve it more so I imagine it'll be constantly improving and will likely only get better. One more thing worth mentioning. Be careful when you pay, we had to go to a neighbouring hotel (something about them not having the tech yet). We had already paid through expedia before arriving but they initially tried to charge us again. When we bought up the fact they did apologise though and we just had to pay the tax (only €3.50). We gave them the benefit of the doubt and wrote it off as a genuine misunderstanding. Just figured I should mention it in case it was an intentional attempt to fool us into paying twice. I personally don't believe it was though. Overall, a great stay, good location and hotel.
• Yamir (2/5): - We made a reservation on a new white clean room with a modern bathroom. At least we thought we did, when we got our room it was old some smelly like humidity and the bathroom was green old and without any hot water during the morning or late night. The kitchen was pretty disgusting no stove like in the picture it was a two burner individual unit. This room was old, when we ask why this room was so different we got brush off the question and they offer to go to another sister property for a free drink. Which we didn’t accept, NO HOT water very sad to been trick like this. Is called False advertisement. Never again
• D & V (2/5): - Hotel not as described, pictures are false and do not represent the rooms at all. No reception. Wi-fi did not work. Shower was broken. 90% of the time there was no hot water. No room phone. No one was there when checking out, or where to leave the room keys.
