• irit (8/5): מהווה תמורה למחיר! - שלום, מדובר על חדר של מלון בבניין. החדר היה מאוד נעים. מיקום מצוין, צמוד ממש לעיר העתיקה של קומו. המלון נתן ארוחת בוקר ביתית, בהחלט מספקת. אם מגיעים עם רכב יש חניה חינם. ממוקם ממש קרוב לתחנת רכבת ( ממנה הגענו ממילאנו), מרחק הליכה של מס' דקות. מארחים מקסימים. החדר היה בקומה עליונה ואין מעלית מי שזה מהווה קושי, בעייתי לנו לא הייתה בעיה אך כן הייתה לנו בעיה לעלות את המזוודות ולהוריד ובזה עזרו לנו.

• Martin (9/5): This was a great place to stay for our visit to Como. - Simple accommodation in a fascinating old building. The owners and staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. Marinella greeted us on arrival and gave us lots of useful information about local restaurants and attractions. Her husband gave us a lift to the station when we left, which was most kind and greatly appreciated by my wife and me. Our room was very comfortable. The location is ideal for exploring Como old town, being a few minutes walk from the cathedral and the lake. The split level room made access to the bathroom in the night a little difficult. However, we accepted this when we made the booking.

• Didier (9/5): Très bon souvenir du site et des lieux visités (gêné par une météo non clémente au début mai). - Magnifique demeure, mêlant ancien et moderne, très bien située à moins de 15 mn du bord du lac et du centre ville. Etablissement très bien entretenu, propriétaires et personnel sympathiques . Le petit déjeuner proposé est autant qualitatif que quantitatif.
• Gabriella (9/5): Great location - Great location and a beautiful building with lovely interiors. The host was very friendly, flexible with our arrival time, and gave us some great recommendations. We were three adults and spent most of the day out exploring, only returning in the evenings, so it was perfect for our stay. Everything was very close and convenient. The breakfast was good and the staff were all very nice and welcoming. The only downside of our stay was the electrical outlets, which seemed quite old. Our chargers heated up very quickly when plugged in.

It is also close to the train station Como Lago. Staff was friendly and check in was easy. Owner did a map of where to visit whilst staying in Como. I can’t think of anything as this property was decent.

• Iris (9/5): Ruhiger Rückzugsort mitten in Como - Gemütliche, persönliche, freundliche, sehr saubere und ruhige Unterkunft mitten in der Stadt, 3 Minuten zum See. Sehr bequemes Bett! Koffer konnte man vor und nach dem Aufenthalt unterstellen. Da es ein sehr schönes historisches Gebäude ist, klemmt auch schonmal eine Tür. Man muss wissen, dass man 3 Treppen steigen muss, um zum Zimmer zu gelangen und dass es ein ordentliches Frühstück gibt, aber kein 4 Sterne- Frühstück- für mich war es vollkommen in Ordnung!

• Joanne (9/5): Helpful hosts and convenient location made our stay enjoyable. - Location and Staff! Great breakfast. Our hosts even drove us to the train station when our visit ended. So close to old Como and full of atmosphere. The stairs- only difficult on arrival with bags. We had help with our bags when leaving.

Staff were all very friendly & gave us a load of recommendations for restaurants etc. Breakfast is enjoyable with a small continental selection & eggs available on request. Beds very comfortable and the bathrooms are also. Location is close to both the ferry and town centre which is very convenient & nice to stay in an interesting historic building with lots of character. Nothing (only thing of note is the plugs are type c rather than type f so you might need a slightly different adaptor which we got caught out by)
• Denis (3/5): - We are outraged by our stay at this place. We chose it because it had a rating of 9 or higher. When we checked into the room, we discovered that it was an old house divided into rooms, furnished with old 1960s furniture that creaks and is falling apart. Secondly, in order to charge a phone, you have to adjust the sockets several times, and they do not support standard European plugs. Furthermore, we were surprised by the towels provided. They were essentially just rags—ordinary cloths. There was also a TV in the room, which only worked in Italian and had no internet access. The windows faced a noisy street. And most importantly, what shocked us the most was the breakfast. It was simply terrible. For breakfast, we were given two small croissants (one with chocolate, one plain), two small pieces of meat, and two small pieces of cheese. The only bread available was brown bread. There were two boxes of cereal, one of which was empty, along with some jams. We are very surprised that this place received a rating of 9. It does not even deserve a 7. We are dissatisfied and demand compensation for the inconvenience we experienced.

Der Parkplatz im Innenhof groß genug, die Zufahrt für einen SUV eng, aber machbar Unser Bett war in einer Dachschräge, nichts für unbewegliche Menschen, aber ansonsten kein Problem, zwischen Schlafzimmer und Bad war eine Treppe, etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig

• Roland (9/5): In alten Gemäuern gut geschlafen - Die perfekte Lage, ganz nah am Zentrum und am See. Der freundliche Service und das unkomplizierte Einchecken. Sieht zwar von außen absolut ruinös aus, aber innen alles sehr schön und sauber. Frühstück war absolut ausreichend und gemütlich, alle an einem Tisch. Der Weg dorthin ist etwas schwierig, wir kamen mit dem Taxi dort an und mussten erst im Innenhof den Eingang suchen. Der äußere Zustand ist nicht unbedingt ansprechend, aber innen alles top.

Die Putzfrau war sehr nett und Sie war die einzige Person, die man von der Verwaltung getroffen hat. Sehr mageres Frühstück. Man bekommt zwar Ei, aber bis das gekocht ist (auf Anfrage) hat man sehr wenig Auswahl und sitzt erst mal da mit Kaffee. Ein mal nur zwei Scheiben Käse und Brot für Zwei Personen.

• Jed Andrew (7/5): Hospitalidad y estética excepcionales, pero no tan accesible - Lo que verdaderamente marcó la diferencia durante nuestra estancia fue la impecable atención del personal. Su trato no solo fue amable, sino genuinamente proactivo; las recomendaciones locales que nos brindaron fueron un valor añadido inestimable para enriquecer nuestra experiencia. Asimismo, el establecimiento posee una identidad visual fascinante. Su decoración, de carácter ecléctico y tintes clásicos, crea una atmósfera singular que transporta al huésped a otra época, logrando que la estancia sea tan divertida como memorable. Como punto de mejora, la señalización de la entrada principal resulta algo complicada. Debido a su ubicación discreta, el acceso inicial fue complejo, lo que nos obligó a contactar telefónicamente con el alojamiento para orientarnos. Por otro lado, es importante tener en cuenta que las habitaciones se encuentran en la tercera planta. Al carecer de ascensor, el traslado del equipaje por las escaleras supuso un pequeño desafío.

Die Lage ist sehr gut, in der Nähe der Altstadt und dem See. Die Tipps der Chefin waren sehr hilfreich. Es war alles sehr gut. Es gibt nichts zu bemängeln.
• nadia (10/5): Great place to rest your head in Como - Loved the bathroom in our room so big and the shower was amazing. Lots of room to move around. Clean and the bed was comfortable. Location was amazing a short walk to the old town and the water. The host was very nice and gave us some amazing recommendations on where to eat we went to three of them and they were great. Tasty breakfast. The room would have been nice to have more windows but it didn’t ruin our stay at all

• Patrizia (9/5): - Insgesamt hat es uns gut gefallen. Wir konnten nach Absprache schon früher einchecken. Das Frühstück mit allen Gästen an einem großen Tisch, fanden wir sehr interessant. Sehr viele Treppen hinauf zu den Zimmern, für Gehbehinderte nur schwer oder gar nicht möglich. Der Bewegungsmelder sollte anbleiben, wenn sich Menschen auf der Treppe befinden. Die Matratze war eigentlich bequem, aber irgendwie in der Mitte erhöht und so hatte man das Gefühl hatte zur Seite zu rutschen. Wir hatten zwar eine Badewanne, aber der Wasserdruck zu gering, um sie nur einigermaßen zu füllen. Sehr laute Musik, bis spät in der Nacht, da muss wohl irgendwo ein Club sein. Beim Frühstück gab es nur Toastbrot. Andere Brotsorten hätten den Toaster sehr entlastet.

The Signora was charming and very helpful attentive - It is a beautiful old building and the rooms and bathrooms are big with nice high ceilings. It is in a quiet street but close to everything you need for a short holiday at Lake Como.

Le tout était très propre. Aucune mauvaise surprise, tout était parfait. Etablissement très bien situé. Très bonne communication avec l'hôte. Elle nous a fourni un plan et des informations sur les choses à faire et à voir sur Côme.
