- Verified traveler (4/5): Very poor service - Very disappointed with this hotel apartment due to the service we received rather than the apartment itself. On arrival we had no clue where to go or who to contact to find out where the apartment was within the apartment block numbered "19". After 30 mins someone arrived and we were shown to the apartment. We were shown around the apartment and then asked to hand over 60 euros in cash immediately! I was aware that there was a fee for cleaning and taxes but i was advised in the T&Cs that i could pay this at the end of the stay at the apartment and that it could be paid by credit card - not the best welcome! Also it took me over 2 weeks to obtain any sort of receipt for the cash handed over and I had to chase repeatedly to receive this - this was a business trip so a receipt was essential. I will not be staying here or using hotels.com again if this is the typical service!
