• Maria Neus (10/5): Insuperable!!!!! - Nos encantó todo!!! La ubicación de 10, en el centro y a la vez mucha tranquilidad, no se oía nada de ruido. La limpieza de 10, absolutamente limpio. El apartamento muy amplio y muy cómodo, exactamente igual que en las fotos. El acceso al apartamento también super fácil, con la aplicación ya se habría la puerta sin hacer falta poner los códigos cada vez, comodísimo. Y personal también absoluto de 10, muy amable y muy atento en todo momento con nosotros. En definitiva, cuando volvamos a Jerez, volveremos seguro!!!!!!! Nada Todo más que perfecto.

• irene (10/5): Excelente - El alojamiento es excelente. Estuvimos en un apartamento con terraza, salón y cocina y la experiencia fue la mejor. Hacía frío y los aparatos de calefacción funcionaron a la perfección. La cama extra grande es un lujazo y se duerme de 10 en ella. Está situado en todo el centro de Jerez lo cual facilita mucho los desplazamientos a pie. No quisimos pagar parking pero encontramos una calle con aparcamiento de zona azul a tan sólo 300 metros. Lo recomiendo cien por cien

• Javier G. (9/5): Estancia moderna para descubrir un Jerez muy histórico. - Alojamiento muy céntrico pero a la vez en una zona muy tranquila. El trato del anfitrión, excelente, y la calidad del alojamiento superó lo esperado. Recomendadísimo! Si tuviese que resaltar algo, el baño es algo pequeño y con poco espacio.
• Cristina (10/5): Apartamento ideal - La ubicación es perfecta, puedes ir andando desde la estación y está a pocos minutos del centro. Ademas, muy limpio y muy buenas calidades de los servicios.
• Carolina (10/5): - Por culpa de booking no pudimos disfrutar de la estancia en astuto 21 porque me cancelaron la habitacion a ultima hora. Menos mal que el dueño me pudo reubicar en otro de sus hoteles . El Astuto hotel boutique. Fue maravilloso. Un sitio con mucho estilo, el personal magnifico, super gentil. Es un sitio alejado de ruidos y sin embargo en pleno centro de jerez. Un 10 para ellos y un 0 para booking que aun estoy esperando el reembolso
• Ana (7/5): Atención al cliente mejorable - La ubicación era perfecta y las instalaciones muy nuevas,la chica de la limpieza muy atenta y amable. No estaba preparado para 4 personas,solo 2 sillas,nos turnábamos para desayunar, la atención al cliente no es buena ,todo por la pagina web,el teléfono no lo cogen, tuve un problema con el código de la puerta y me lo soluciono la chica de la limpieza.

• Manuel (8/5): Calidad precio muy buena. - Todo muy limpio, muy tranquilo y bien situado Pedí más información al encargado por wasap sobre la dirección del parking que había a 1 minuto y me volvió a mandar la dirección del alojamiento, por lo que tuve que buscarlo por internet.

• Anabel (10/5): Comodidad - Un lugar muy cálido, la cama era espectacular, super grande y cómoda, podrías perderte en ella 😍 Después el salón también está muy bien, tiene un sofá cómodo con televisión y una cocina equipada con todo lo necesario. Está todo super limpio y da gusto entrar por la puerta, volvería a repetir sin duda! He pasado una estancia maravillosa

• Raquel (9/5): Esperaba un apartamento y me encontré una habitación - La ubicación. Está muy céntrico y cerca de todo lo más relevante de la ciudad, además está situado en una zona muy tranquila Esperaba encontrarme con un apartamento y resultó ser solo una habitación de hotel. Por lo demás todo perfecto.
• Karen (6/5): It was unfortunate that our experience was tainted by the electrical issues. - Good location Quiet Very efficient checking in process Comfortable bed Electrical appliances in the kitchen were plugged into an adapter that was situated in a kitchen cupboard under the hot water tank that was dripping onto the electrical cables. This is dangerous and the adapter should not have been situated there. We reported it to the owner who did offer to send a maintenance man that evening but we had unplugged all the appliances and moved them elsewhere already. He promised to get it seen to when we had left the following day.

• Kirsten (10/5): Perfekt - Die Wohnungen liegen recht zentral mit kurzer Gehzeit in die Innenstadt. Ein Parkhaus findet man direkt ums Eck und es kostete 9,50 € für einen Tag. In der Wohnung fühlten wir uns sehr wohl. Es war alles da, was man so benötigt, um z.B. selbst Frühstück zu machen. Die Betten waren super bequem und hatten richtige Decken, was in den südlichen Ländern ja nicht immer üblich ist. Wir hatten Probleme an der Haustür die Eingabe des Codes zu finden, da die Sonne dermaßen auf das Display schien, dass man nichts erkennen konnte.

• Cruz (4/5): - Decepcionante ,está muy sobrevalorado,la habitaciones están sin aislar se ollen todos los ruidos de arriba y alado la escalera es exterior y metalicay hace mucho ruido cada vez que sube o bajan , el baño es diminuto y no funciona el extractor, las toallas son viejas y no secan nada ,te cobran como un hotel pero no te dan ningún servicio
