• antonello (5/5): Cassino senza bidet - Posizione e sistemazione camera Bagno privo di bidet. Un asciugamano doccia e uno viso punto. Colazione al bar convenzionato. Non in sede come reclamizzato. Fatto notare alla signora ,si rivolgeva indispettita e con arroganza
• Carol (1/5): - Room was lovely and in a great location The owner held me hostage while my partner went to the car to get coins for the city tax. She refused to take it from the card. There was no breakfast we had to walk to a Cafe and give them a slip. The .man was very rude we got one croissant. And tea. .

• Giovanna (10/5): Una grande cura per ogni particolare! - Colazione abbondante con ottimi dolci fatti in casa dalla host Anna Teresa,scelta ampia di bevande calde e fredde (the,tisane,succhi,latte,cacao,caffe’,cappuccino, acqua,latte di soia)frutta e joghurt,biscotti ,miele e marmellate e pane da toast!Tavola apparecchiata con gusto ed eleganza in una sala molto bella ed accogliente come il resto della casa! Posizione ottima vicina al centro ed a molti locali per mangiare. Nonostante fosse la notte di Halloween non abbiamo sentito alcun rumore grazie ad un’ottima insonorizzazione!!! Lo consiiglio per un soggiorno a Cassino sicuramente 👍🏻 Forse aggiungerei qualcosa di salato alla colazione magari anche togliendo qualcosa dalla parte dolce che e‘super abbondante!

• Antonella (9/5): Gentilezza, collaborazione e disponibilità hanno reso piacevole il nostro sia pur breve soggiorno. - Colazione buona, massimo ordine e pulizia. Posizione in linea con le nostre necessità. Il bagno senza finestra, anche se ben illuminato.
• Massimo (7/5): Cassino for a day - Ottima posizione al centro del paese. Buone possibilità per parcheggiare,anche se a pagamento. Tutto quel che serve è a portata di passeggiata. Colazione a base dolce con prodotti confezionati. Non era presente opzione salato. Tavolo comune per effettuare la colazione

• Angelo (8/5): Buona struttura in centro a Cassino - Colazione nella norma, la posizione è centrale, con un parcheggio a pagamento vicino la struttura. La proprietaria è stata molto ospitale e disponibile ad offrire tutte le informazioni per visitare al meglio Cassino e dintorni. Forse, per quanto riguarda il mio standard, la colazione è da migliorare.

• johnbrockett (8/5): Never again ,cheap but dangerous health issues - Location and the actual rooms were ok Breakfast was a disgrace. Rotten coffee from an old coffee bag machine. Out of date bread ,butter and pastries, health issue being told to turn off the air conditioner. Told to be quiet for talking at breakfast. Going into our rooms without our consent Leaving the doors open and turning of a/c 3 flight of stairs up to front door no lift no help with luggage. WILL NEVER BE BACK . MY RECOMMENDATION AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE

• Denise (6/5): good location and clean but host doesnt speak English. basic facilities - The location was good within the town. It was about a 10-15 minute walk from the station. The bed was comfortable and although the accommodation was small it was clean and bathroom clean and nicely decorated. It was in a central location close to bars and restaurants The breakfast was very basic served between 8 - 9 am, although host agreed to serve early as we were going on a trip and started at 7.15 am. No hot food, only cereal and cakes. There was a coffee machine but we could not use this we had to wait for the host to make the coffee in the morning. There are no tea/coffee making facilities or fridge in the room for us to make any time. The host doesn't speak any English and had to communicate via google translate. She was happy and willing to help. would not recommend unless you spoke Italian

• Denis (10/5): Denis and Krys NZ - Location/room and ensuite good size/comfy bed/nice breakfast and great host. We're able to leave luggage in our room while we went to the cassino monestry until 1 pm. Nothing really, but for guests with heavy suitcases the lift wasn't working.

• Darren (10/5): Excellent accommodation, would highly recommend. - The host was wonderfully helpful, and as others have mentioned, she did not speak any English and we don't speak Italian, but with the help of google translate we managed to get by perfectly well. We paid for the parking option, and the host kindly accompanied us to the underground car park. The breakfast was plentiful, all cold, no cooked options, but perfectly ample selection of teas/coffees/pastries/yogurt. Actually there was a toaster too, so you could make toast. We were also able to use the tea making facilities in the evening as there are no facilities in the bedrooms, this was useful. The shower was powerful, the bed was comfortable. Excellent location close to all the main areas and restaurants. Excellent value for money. n/a

• Angelo (8/5): Good stay overall - Great location, close to everything, very clean and very comfortable and the decor kept with the local traditional style of the area. The lift didn’t work when we were there so we had to hump our cases up three flights of stairs and the WiFi was so weak in our room that we couldn’t use FaceTime for example.
• Greg (10/5): A taste of Italian hospitality. - This B&B exceeded my expectations. It gave you a taste of Italian living but with your own privacy. I really liked the balcony and how the host did her best to communicate in English using Google translate on her mobile device. Not applicable.

• Boguslaw (7/5): Convenient, friendly, clean and quiet place to stay, not easy to find, rather poor breakfast! - The location is very good being overall quite central to Cassino, however the property has no exterior advertising being a first floor flat in a plain building identifiable only by a sticker on the door bell! That could be improved!The room with ensuite bathroom was spacious, clean, quiet and the bed was comfortable. The hostess was very friendly, she`s the grandmother that runs the place. Overall a very good place to stay, but take note of my reservations below. The breakfast is abysmal, probably the poorest I`ve ever had unfortunately, consisting of a piece of (very nice home made) cake, coffee, a pot of yoghurt and selection of other plastic wrapped supermarket bought little cakes and sweet biscuits. I know the Italians are not hot on big breakfasts but this was quite inadequate. The other reservation is that there was no flexibility in taking an earlier breakfast before the designated 8am start. we wanted to get off early for an appointment and had to rush breakfast. Another caution is that blue line parking is available outside the property but is only free between 8pm-8am otherwise pay 1euro/hour or get fined! The last thing, and this is very minor but annoying, is the little blue safety light in the bedroom floor step could not be turned off at night. For us who like darkness at night this was irritating. We had to cover it with clothing!

Clean rooms Breakfast was simple we had home made muffins which were delicious Would have liked a bottle of water in the room but found water in fridge the next day The elevator was broken , it would have been a blessing as we were 5 pple and we had loads of luggage it was hard to get them up the stairs

It was a short walk from the train station. We felt very safe in the unit and area. The host did not speak English, but she used google translate, so it was not a problem. A morning breakfast was provided. It would have been nice to have had fruit included.

• Gloria (1/5): Bad - Any one who has been on vacation knows timing is not perfect. I was running an hour behind schedule and tried to call the property owner, but no one picked up phone, then no one was at check in upon arrival at 5:30pm. The property owner Anna Teresa finally picked up the phone and hung up saying she did not speak English. Her son called back asking I go back because his mom is home now. When I returned, all she did was yelled nonstop in Italian via Google translate and told me parking is not available, which was reserved during booking. I finally decided to leave after she continued screaming for 15 minutes because how can one stay overnight at a place with someone verbally abusive and without a place to park my car. I have visited Italy four times. The property owner Anna Teresa was the rudest person I have ever met in the country. She should learn a lesson not to yell at costumers if she wish to do business successfully. Worst part is she dared to charge me as a “no show”, which I refused to pay and disputed with Booking.com and my credit card.
