Madelyn (10/5): Amazing 🤩 - As soon as we arrived we were welcomed with open arms and a refreshing welcome drink. Amy and Pedro are amazing hosts and all the staff are friendly and helpful making your stay relaxing and hassle free. The room was comfortable with a beautiful view of the sea to wake up to and then mosey over to the restaurant for breakfast. We had all our meals at the restaurant which were delicious and there was a great variety to choose from. Our diving exceeded our expectations it was just so beautiful and a big thank you to Niko our guide and all the boat crew who made it so relaxed. Arkipelago definitely will be back !!! Nothing.
Reah (10/5): Excellent accommodation hospitality and very helpful - OMG! we HIGHLY RECOMMEND this place!!! for their hospitality, accommodating, and for being considerate. the owner Ms. is very thoughtful. Amy is very kind, she is the charm of this dive resort. when we arrived at the place they welcomed us with warm greetings and cold drinks perfect for the sunny weather since we were so tired from the commute and ferry. we arrived a bit early but before that the management sent us a msg asking if we needed help or service going to the hotel from the port. we booked the double room through booking.com but they only offer standard room or family which isn't really stated on booking.com, but even so, Amy was very nice and helpful and thoughtful to upgrade our booking to 2 big beds with pool view since we have kids, so that we could watch over the kids while they are swimming and they also provide us Cot for the baby. next they were our anniversary, and Amy prepared a cute super tasty strawberry cake as a gift! 🎂 that was so sweet of her. on our 3rd day i avail their discovery Scuba diving with guide for 4000 pesos inclusive with the guide boat tank and gears, i was flabbergasted when saw the massive Pawikan for the first time and unbelievable habitats under the water.. super alive coral reefs and different kinds of fish it was a fun experience. Amy made sure ill get the best experience so she gave me a slot exclusive all for me only.. they were generous enough to lend my husband gears as well for free diving as he follows me where ever i go during my scuba.. they even looked after my baby and kids during that time. I was so grateful.. then later on out 5thday thats supposedly our checkout ,we realized we havent had enough diving so we extended our stay for a night, and amy was still generous and thoughtful to give us the same room with same rate. Thank you Amy and her husband and of course their staff for making our vacation special and fun.. we will definitely come back to this place! The wster need to be filtered since its salty. Youll feel youre still not clean after shower

Clas (2/5): Hotel was the worst. But Sabang and Puerto Gallera is nice. - Nothing . I have lived in 14 hotel and this was the worst for the money i paid. Nothing. I booked a sea view and got a view strait in to the kithen where all the staff could look in to our room. We had to use the curtains all the time and it was like a cave. The pool was full of divers all the time and it was right outside 3 apartments with folioscreen so you didnt know if they were watching you or not. The safety box were not monted in the Wall so We couldnt use it. No iron or hairdeyer in the room. We had to ask. We got a deadly dangerouse iron from probobly 1972. Cold was not safe

Charles (10/5): Arkipelago is an excellent resort - great diving - very friendly and professional staff - Everything was well-organized. We were met at the boat, giving an introductory briefing, shown our rooms and organized for diving in a few minutes. The staff did an outstanding job of greeting us, getting us settled and equipped. Our cohort of divers met for the first dive and it was wonderful - the great divemasters made me feel very confident and safe. The restaurant is very nice - great food and great staff. Wonderful breakfast and some nice craft beers too! I was a solo traveler. but felt very welcome here.

Howard (10/5): Superb - Arkipelago is not just a diving resort. They provided extra service like a travel agent to sort out my headache in booking the transportation to and fro the resort from Manila at the peak season in the Easter long holiday. Their staff Joy even followed us up during the journey to ensure we were arrived safely. I would like to give extra credit to them so that I could enjoy my fun diving in the 2 nights stay. Amy has trained a good team of staffs to serve their guests. Could not stay longer :(

Fik et fantastisk værelse med havudsigt ,til de sidste dages ophold. Renligheden og personalet helt i top. Belligenheden i tilpas gåafstand til byen. Til hjemturen bestilte de færgebillet og afhentning med båd fra stranden til færgen. Ophold på stedet kan helt klart anbefales

Andrew (2/5): Awful Hotel - Supposedly a beach and dive resort, the place is really a hostel catering for Korean divers. Arriving in the resort, we found that there is no access to the hotel. So you carry your luggage along the beach. There was help at check-in but nothing at all at check out. Unfriendly staff at check in and I think this is the only hotel I ever stayed where you complete a registration form for every guest. Bar and restaurant unuseable due to a gaggle of divers and diving gear. Beach very dirty. To top it all, guests running around in the evening, shouting at prostitutes, all in front of my young children. Hotel staff oblivious or did not care. Unless you are a diver and you need a hostel, avoid at all costs!
Michael (8/5): Great for price - The hotel is in a great location and is well maintained and clean. The pool is small and used mainly for dive training. Next door is a beautiful pool area with cheap day passes available that is great for family. Laundry service very convenient. This hotel is much cheaper than those adjacent and a good bargain, The three complaints are 1) linens are cheap and very scratchy, pillows are flat both of which make the bed uncomfortable. 2) the running water has a notably high salt content . 3) weak wi-fi
Shane (10/5): Wonderful stay - Staff were really welcoming and amazing throughout our stay, particularly France who checked us in. Great room and bathroom which came with free laundry- amazing perk. Nice area...away from the not so nice area of sabang beach, so it was quiet. Still not too far of a walk to the pubs and clubs in sabang if that's what you're looking for.
