- Alfred (9/5): Excellent - We had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The staff were very courteous, friendly, and always ready to assist us with a smile. The food was excellent with a great variety of choices, and the facilities were clean and well-maintained. Our kids especially enjoyed the swimming pool and the fun activities prepared for guests, which made our stay even more memorable. Overall, it was a relaxing and enjoyable experience for the whole family. We would definitely love to come back again.

- Ludy (7/5): Its was ok but, wont come back😆 - I like that it has the amenities however the women steam and sauna is not working, the mens has a foul smell- the gym view was amazing- it is walkable from the metro station- they allow us to check out late We sign up for halfboard and when we get down for dinner , we were given a menu- we were expecting a buffet since we paid for halfboard . either you choose a salad or a soup , the food was 🙃 .one of our friend who ordered a fish dish- took them almost 40 minutes to serve it and the portion was soooo small that we end up ordering food in talabat- so much for a halfboard😂😅🤣- i think they need to be more transparent on this- the brownie dessert taste like a big chunk of sugar was dumped on it.,

- Gaffud (10/5): - First time to try Canopy by Hilton and the rate was good including half board..Check in is really fast,Zeenat the receptionist is really nice..I was expecting less option for dinner and breakfast cause of the cheap rate but when I went for dinner and breakfast, I was amazed for all the food options..really good, lots of option specially breakfas..Lobby is good,smells goood, clean..overall it was perfect experience..definitely comeback again.. Just disappointed cause we never try to swim cause its to crowded during out stay but overall it was good..

Also, Ashwin was very helpful. Hotel is very nice. Food quality is outstanding. I extended my stay because of the friendly atmosphere and hospitality. Chef Elias made an incredible pasta. I don’t want to leave any names but I hope I remembered all: Sabita, Jackey, Eshan, Eve, and Mr. Rajii. I loved the green farm which is taken care by chef Kevin. It is wonderful to know that all green vegetables have been grown here at the hotel. Nothing
