Die Betten sind die besten, in denen wir je in einem Hotel schlafen durften. Die Ausstattung ist wirklich vom Feinsten und nicht, wie leider so oft, bei genauerer Betrachtung, nur Plagiat. Das Frühstück wird enorm liebevoll bereitgestellt und es ist für jeden Geschmack und für die Befindlichkeiten aller Herren Länder und sonstiger Verträglichkeitsbesonderheiten was dabei. Das ist gar nicht trivial, die Gäste heute sind so schwierig.... Und vor allem, was für eine nette und persönliche Betreuung durch das Team. Profis durch und durch. Ganz toll

Auch die Lage des Hotels war hervorragend. Wir konnten alles gut zu Fuß erreichen. Es gibt viele Lokale, Bars und Cafés in der Gegend. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und wir haben uns wirklich sehr wohl gefühlt! Die Zimmer sind ein bisschen klein mit wenig Ablage. Das hat uns nicht gestört, da wir nur zum schlafen im Zimmer waren.

The location of the property is excellent, very close to everywhere. It was very clean and comfortable. One of the thing that impressed me the most was the staff. The room was quite small and the layout made it feel more cramped. I didnt like the styling of the furniture, colours etc very much, but that may just be a personal thing. I found the communal areas to be dark.

All of the staff were friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help with anything we needed. We also really enjoyed the breakfast served on the rooftop — a perfect way to start the day. • Irena (8/5): Za tu cenu bych očekávala více. - Hezká prosklená restaurace v sedmém patře s pěkným výhledem. Snídaně byla skvělá. Byli jsme jen na jednu noc, takže jsem nezjistila co by bylo špatně. Jen jsem byla trochu rozladěná z velikosti pokoje, protože byl inzerován jako large a to nebyl. Výhled byl do dvora. Rozhodně cena neodpovídá kvalitě, trochu vybydlené za tu cenu. Ale jinak ok, personál příjemný, pokoj a koupelna vše čisté, pohodlná postel.

Nous avions une chambre spacieuse bien équipée avec petit balcon. Le petit déjeuner est remarquable par sa variété. Le personnel est efficace et très aimable. Les quelques marches que l'on rencontre dans l'hôtel sont déroutantes mais font partie du charme de cet hôtel ancien.

The room was small but well designed with a comfortable bed and good sized ensuite. Breakfast was tasty and very good value, and served by lovely hotel staff. Το δωμάτιο ήταν λειτουργικό και πεντακάθαρο με εξαιρετική ηχομόνωση, μεγάλο κρεβάτι, άνετο στρώμα που εξασφαλίζει ποιότητα ύπνου. Το πρωινό στο roof garden, γευστικό και πλούσιο. Βολικό πάρκινγκ πολύ κοντά σε συνεννόηση με την υποδοχή. Που μείναμε μόνο ένα βράδυ. Θα επανέλθουμε..
• Ronja (9/5): Wir haben uns super wohl gefühlt und kommen gerne wieder! - Uns hat der Aufenthalt viel Freude bereitet, ein tolles Hotel mit super zentraler Lage, sehr nettes und hilfsbereites Personal. Die moderne Einrichtung ist wirklich gelungen und trotzdem behält das Gebäude seinen historischen Charme. Die Dachterrasse ist immer zugänglich, das haben wir sehr genossen und dort auch mal eine Pause von der lebhaften Stadt eingelegt. Das Frühstück ist der vielfältig und kann auf der Dachterrasse eingenommen werden. Auch ein super ausgestattetes Gym gibt es! Wir kommen gerne wieder und würden das Hotel auf jedenfalls weiterempfehlen. Das einzige Manko wäre die Zimmergröße. Mit zwei Personen und zwei Koffern ist es doch etwas eng. Wir wussten nicht wohin mit unseren Koffern und unseren Klamotten. Aber das ist Jammern auf hohem Niveau. Diverse Aufenthaltsräume im Hotel können das kleinere Zimmer super ausgleichen!

Breakfast .... coffee was bad both machine and filtered, we tried greek: meh. At the little cafe downstairs was good! food wise there was variety,but sweets were very sweet, and savoury was indifferent. I would not book breakfast again. On the balcony the beautiful plant was dying and the dead leaves were full of spider webs. We watered it and the next day showed signs of recovery. I forgot to mention it to the staff. The water in the custom water bottles in the fridge was smelling of mould.

Επίσης η εσωτερική διακόσμηση είναι πολύ προσεγμένη και γουστόζικη. Η πόρτα του μπάνιου ήταν ελαττωματικη με αποτέλεσμα να υπάρχει διαρροή νερών την ώρα που έπαιρνα μπάνιο προς τον υπόλοιπο χώρο του αποχωρητηρίου.

• Michael (8/5): Schönes Hotel, wenn man das richtige Zimmer hat - Sehr schönes Design im gesamten Hotel. Personal war das freundlichste was ich seit langem erlebt habe – vielen Dank. Leider hatten wir das falsche Zimmer. Buchen sie nicht das XL Zimmer weil sie denken es sei besser – das Gegenteil ist der Fall. Man muss z.B. übers Bett steigen um das Fenster zu öffnen. Ausserdem ein Zimmer mit Fenster auf die Strasse und nicht in den Innenhof. Der ist total eklig und von 20 Tauben bewohnt. Die Rooftop Bar sieht nicht so aus wie auf den Bildern. In echt hat sie eine Glasverkleidung die man nicht öffnen kann oder wollte. Muffige Luft – sehr ungemütlich.

The hotel is in a great location as it was walkable everywhere. The breakfast was fresh and a good start to the day. There is a great coffee shop attached to the hotel and we went there daily. The bed was very comfortable and we slept great, but we had the Platform bed which is difficult to get in and out. It is probably easier for younger people. We would absolutely recommend the hotel. The Platform bed was difficult to get in and out but was very comfortable otherwise.

Also the breakfast was very nice and tasty… Not a real 5 star hotel, room didn’t have good isolation and during the night it became very cold inside, the other bad thing is windows and bed are so close each other which is totally not good. Definitely not so good for the amount of money it has!

• Sabrina Ellis (10/5): LOVELY MODERN HOTEL WITH MANY AMENITIES! - The staff, they were so warm and hospitable! Very accomading and efficient I must say. The hotel was very well staffed with at least 2 people at the front desk! Very nice breakfast with a lot of options. Very convenient location. This location was perfect for me and Very central. I went on a couple of tours and the hotel was a 2 minute walk to the meeting spots! Loved the modern decor, everything looked so new and clean! Only that I would have liked the breakfast room to be larger. It was cramped.
