It is just a short drive to Pine Mountain and Callaway Gardens. I would definitely come back for another stay maybe bring grandkids.

- Michael (6/5): Sketchy staff! - The hotel was very nice in appearance and clean. My air conditioning in my room never got the room below 72Ā° the entire night and I am a person that likes to sleep when itās cold it was a little humid, etc. also their breakfast was not available and then they offered to make a single plate which I agreed to than the cook and the person working told me first it would be $20 and that I could pay cash and then ask me if I had cash app to send the money. And then after I told them I didnāt carry cash. They said they would charge the $10 to my room.

We were told it would be but upon arrival we were told it was closed. The front desk clerk didnāt know how to check us in! We left to find a restaurant but none were open in Warm Springs so had to drive 40 miles round trip. If we were not mislead we would have made plans to stop before getting here. Once in our nice room we found out the tv did not work and internet very slow, poor streaming. Such a shame itās a new hotel in a beautiful location.

Had to go thru 5 doors to get my luggage from the entrance to hotel to my room. Was offered help, but didnāt accept. Breakfast was subpar. No toast, no juice, no fruit. Hot water for tea was broken. Local breakfast restaurants not open Monday thru Wednesday. Bullock House was great. And restaurants in Woodbury were good. Azaleas at the hotel and in Warm Springs were better than Calloway.

Whether it's a week's trip or just an overnighter, I'm always pleased with the accommodations offered by Aiden by Best Western in Warm Springs, Georgia. There is much to do in the surrounding townships, but there is also peacefulness to be found hanging out at the hotel. It's a gem, and I'm so happy to have found it.

- Jennifer (10/5): Amazing hotel and awesome staff! - Amazing! We came for a romantic little getaway and this was the perfect place for it! Very sweet staff, nice accommodations and we even got a room upgrade. The breakfast is basically the usual continental fare, and right now selections on the bar/restaurant are limited due it being off season, but the staff still made sure we had a great meal and a great time! Beds are comfy, blackout drapes, and the view is AWESOME. We highly recommend this hotel and will be back!

- Courtney (10/5): - We just needed a 1-night stay around Warm Springs and from the pictures it looked great. It's very close to the little town. The staff are so friendly and helpful, wanting to make sure everyone is comfortable and have what they need. The whole decor makes it look more upscale, and everything is very clean. The view is amazing! I usually do not sleep well in hotel beds, but I slept great - the bed and pillows were comfy. Lots of options for the breakfast that is included, which is a very nice plus. We didn't go to the bar or eat in the restaurant, and it was SO HOT we didn't stay outside much! Would definitely recommend this if in the area, and get a room with a view!

The room was clean and comfortable. My only complaint was the coffee. Try Starbucks or some other premium coffee - it will make an even better impression. Special thanks to Priya at the front desk.

And at the end the housekeeper told the administrators that we took the washcloths when i personally help her to pick up each towel in one place for easier clean up. The front desk staff were nice. Gaya gave us an excellent customer service, but this housekeeping lady was our bad moment. So be careful with the dirty showers the excessive mold can causes an infection. Make sure the housekeeping see all the washcloths in the room otherwise they will charge you $100 as they charge me. Definitely I will cancel my future reservation.

- Lisa (8/5): Serviceable place to stay near Warm Springs - Stayed for 2 nights to explore Warm Sorings and surrounding area. We would not usually choose a Best Western but it was the only hotel in the area. Room was 1st floor looking out on the parking lot. There seemed to be rooms with patios or balconies to enjoy the beautiful view but maybe those cost extra? Staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was just dated and average. I admit I like a fancier hotel when I travel. No complaints other than terrible water pressure in the shower but I doubt the hotel can do much about that. There were some beautiful outdoor spaces to enjoy as well as a bar and restaurant which was convenient.

- Carl (6/5): - For a hotel that is popular for the view, donāt book the most expensive room expecting a view of anything other than the parking lot. The outdoor bar area does not have heaters and closed at 7pm on a Saturday night due to it being chilly. Otherwise a great place for a getaway.
- Suzanne (10/5): - Lovely property just south of Warm Springs, GA, with spectacular views of the sunrise, an inviting fire pit in the back by the pool area, and extremely friendly and helpful staff. Our room was perfect - clean, comfortable and quiet. Coffee and breakfast were available in the morning, and the food and drinks from the restaurant and bar were outstanding. The location is just a few minutes drive from Warm Springs so it was very convenient. We will definitely come again.

We met Joy and her husband the next morning and they went above and beyond to give us area information and fun, local things to do. Joy also boxed up few mini muffins and granola for us to take on our hikes. She also hollered out the front door when we were leaving, and I forgot one of my bags:) They gave the kind of experience that makes you want to come back and to recommend the hotel to others. We had a wonderful experience there.

- SHEILA (4/5): - Arrived an hour after check in time and the rooms were not ready. Had to wait 30-40 minutes for a room to be available & then the sink didnāt drain well and neither did the shower. It was never fixed as promised. Found out later my friends stayed in this room the day before and was moved to another because of the issues so there was time for it to be fixed before putting more customers in it. Overall the stay was good. Celebrated a wedding downtown Warm Springs & then partied in the venues here at the hotel with friends after the reception. The good outweighed the bad!!!

- Donald (6/5): - While hotel is relatively new, the elevator leading to north second floor smelled like vomit. The room itself had a large area in ceiling which was discolored. The bath sink had visible wear. Under desk area had dust and some debris. The bed was very uncomfortable.

The food at the bar/ restaurant was tasty. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The free breakfast was just what we needed. We hope to be back!

- Myron (10/5): Professional Service with a Smile - Our stay this weekend was AMAZING! From the nice facilities down the the friendly staff, we enjoyed the entire experience. Our room was clean and comfortable with an amazing view! When checking in, the manager and front desk attendant was super friendly and answered all questions clearly. We then enjoyed the bar where we were served by Susan and Chelsea, they were not only professional, but they also went above and beyond to make sure that we were taken care of. This was our second time staying and we will definitely be returning for another visit. Five-Star service, hands down!

- Erin (8/5): - This is a beautiful setting! Our room was clean and comfortable. The outdoor bar and seating areas are unique. The only criticism I have is that the breakfasts were disappointing. There was not a lot of variety in breakfast items and several items were unavailable. One morning there was no toast or English muffins. There was no milk or orange juice. The biscuits were old. Otherwise however it was an exceptional stay.

The food used in the bar was not very good and was expensive. The breakfast was warm but not hot, and minimal. They need a cook and a kitchen. We were thrilled with the location and if we are in the area again definetly would use this same hotel.

- Fatimah (6/5): Serum need of an Upgrade - I think that they spent more time up grading the outside of the hotel. The rooms are completely out dated. The out door of the facility doesnāt reflect how it looks on the inside. The carpet NEEDS to go!!! The cheap sofa bed and lounge chairs that look like the thrift store was so happy when tou guys took it off their hands. They probably paid you guys to keep it! The staff is nice though.

- Cynthia (10/5): Best kept secret of Warms Springs - The entire staff was super nice. Judy was kind enough to give us a tour of the site and the front desk gentleman was kind enough to give us some history of the site. The accommodations were perfect and gorgeous.

- Rodney (2/5): - The hotel clearly lists an on-site restaurant in its description. However, said restaurant is closed indefinitely and the closest decent place to park eat is 25 min away. You are seemingly in the middle of no where. The bar amenities were āopenā, āI just need to call in the bartender, she will be here in 30- 45minā. Nice property, but this was a total joke for $200 a night minus tax.

- Verified traveler (2/5): Disappointed - Made the mistake of checking into this hotel before I asked about dining in the area. Turns out there are no local restaurants within 20 minutes that are open mid week. Went back out to the car to discuss this with my wife and decided not to stay. We found a hotel 15 minutes away that had a restaurant on the premises. Being it was a rainy night and we were unfamiliar with the area, the prospect of driving in the rain after dinner and a few drinks was not speaking so decided to go to the other hotel. I went back inside to cancel the reservation. It was literally 15 minutes from the time they took payment. We never even went to the room, so itās not like they would have to clean it again. Was told they could not cancel the payment as it was more then 10 minutes and the charge had already been processed. They did offer a voucher but as this was a one time trip through the area we would never be back to use it

Judy helped get us the room with the view squared up and even got us a little anniversary present. Things like that will definitely have me coming back and recommending the Aiden.

Room was clean spacious and modern; with a beautiful view, swimming pool, sitting areas, and gazebo. Wish we could have used the pool and the fire pit, but we were short on time. Enjoyed it so much will definitely return.

We saw a few Roches in the room. It was better and cleaner when we stayed there about a year ago. No spoons or knives to use for breakfast.

- Martin (6/5): Very nice hotel, but poor service - Overall the hotel is nice and location is beautifull, sitting outside and wathing the view was relaxing. Room was clean and in good condition. But, we came in Sunday, hotel offers bar, but bar was closed. Next day breakfast was the worst experience,they litterely had enough āfoodā for 4 people. Me and my wife took the little food that was available plus cup of coffee, after us 2 more people took the rest, but family with kids who came at the same time had nothing left, no food no coffee. It seems that managment is not doing good job here. Donāt understand, why hotel offer bar that is closed, why offer breakfast that is far from be a breakfast. Overall, hotel is prety and located in very nice location, but service is very poor. We wouldāt come back.
- Verified traveler (8/5): - The rooms were very nice and the beds were comfortable. We especially enjoyed the gazebo overlooking the mountains and spent a considerable amount of time there. The only aspect that needs to be addressed is the breakfast. There were very limited food items available the second morning - a few cereal bowls with no milk available, no juices or drinks available, a few slices of bread with no butter, spreads, jellies, etc and no plasticware. For the pricing the breakfast really needs to step it up.

- Jo Anne (10/5): Starry night and a fire pit - Clean! Incredible view, night time stars and a fire pit was lit for the guest. Great pool and customer service like it should be! Amazing staff! Loaded with families and couples. Chatting with people at the fire pit under the stars was a highlight! Best hotel experience in many years!
- Verified traveler (6/5): - The hotel is āfineā but the pictures make it look better and it is not a $200/night hotel. Iām not sure how they can consider themselves a āconference centerā. The website also says thereās a restaurant (and bar) which we planned to eat at after a long day with the kids, but they were closed for an unspecified amount of time. There was not a tub in our room in case you need that for kids. The inside was pretty clean except for some stained/worn linens. The outside needed some lawn care and sprucing up. My booking also said a āfull breakfastā was included, but when we checked in we were informed that would be $12.99/person. Only continental was free and they were out of several things the next morning, including coffee.
