- Lara (10/5): Staycation - The room was clean and the AC worked amazingly well!! We love a cold room and it delivered! The only thing is the hallways on our floor (4) were very hot, which was odd. It was fine in the lobby and our room but not our floor. The room had a good sized fridge, microwave, sink, coffee maker, toaster, 2 burner stove top, dishwasher and plates, utensils, pots, cups etc. The breakfast was plentiful and lots of options. The pool area was nice and refreshing. Check in and out were both seamless and quick! The location is wonderful with tons of restaurants and a grocery store right around the corner. Disney is right up the street and Universal is very close as well. We are locals and just used this as a little stay cation to swim and have time together away from our day to day and it was perfect! We will definitely stay again. The pool itself could have used a vacuum and the tiles along the water line needed descaling. Also the cost of parking is annoying. I don't think you should be charged for parking when you're already paying to stay but I already knew that was the deal because contrary to other reviews, it does tell you when booking.

- Yadileth (8/5): My stay overall was well the facilities itself was beautiful and clean and the staff was very nice - The convenience of shops and restaurants That my original room requested with TOWNEPLACE suites was not what I got when I checked in. I had to let the hotel staff know I requested a room with 2 queen beds and a sofa bed which I was told was all sold out even though I reserved it. Overall I was given a room with the same accommodations that I originally reserved on the SPRINGHILL Suites side without any additional charge.
- Calloway (5/5): Not great will never stay at a Marriott again honestly but we has a blast at all of the theme parks and chef Mickeys - Close to Disney world and several restaurants Room was very dingy looking and I paid for a late check out before arriving and was told I needed to leave at the regular time due to them not honoring late check outs this day because a large group was checking in Instead of honoring the late check out they refunded the money I paid and said there was nothing they an do about it because they needed the room It caused me and my son to be at the airport for 5 hours.

When I asked Oscar at front desk why my room type was changed without any communication or warning he said it "wasn't his fault" and told me he "couldn't see the history on the reservation." When I asked for a manager in duty he said there were none and told ask for Kailee the next day. 1 night stay ruined and we went somewhere else. This was booked direct with Marriott not via a third party and Marriott has guarantees in place for elite members to prevent this. Also TV in room didn't work. When checked the cable I found candy wrappers on the floor so room wasn't properly cleaned either. Treated like trash. Many other better options on the area. When I did speak with Kailee the front desk manager the next day via phone (I had to call her) she was apathetic and said she didn't know how it could happen. Management team should go run a Motel 6.

Chairs are upright and good for letter writing or laptop use but to sit and watch a show , NG. Remember the seniors and our backs!

- Michelle (10/5): Excellent value & service - Breakfast was great! Rooms were comfortable. Very friendly staff. A hot tub would have been amazing but we were there for the parks, not the pool area. Daily towel service & room touch up would have been nice, but understand the every other day touch up.

- Angie (3/5): - Friendly staff La habitación estaba sucia, el baño fue renovado pero aún así estaba sucio el piso del baño y de la habitación . Debajo de el aire acondicionado nunca han pasado una aspiradora. Las paredes del baño que no fueron renovadas están podridas.

- Emerson (7/5): - Fiquei sabendo apenas no check-in que meu quarto seria limpo dia sim, dia não. Poderiam apenas recolher o lixo no dia não. O pior foi que esqueceram de limpar o quarto um dos dias sim.

- SREERAM (1/5): Very dissapointed - Nothing it was horrible I completely disappointed with the room provided during my stay. It did not match the standards advertised. Issues with refrigerator strange noise later moved to other room but it was even more horrible. Electric induction not working , tv not working even we faced the severe issues with dishwashers all these were made the stay uncomfortable. We stayed with our 14month baby due to the electric induction issue we could not able to provide here warm drinking water . Attached video for reference We feel washed our money to stay there Regards

- heron (8/5): - Quarto espaçoso, tinha uma cozinha muito útil com fogão, geladeira, máquina de lavar louças, microondas. Gostei bastante pois viajava com um bebê de 1 ano e consegue preparar as refeições. Tbm tem uma lavanderia q paga 3,4 dólares para lavar e mais 3,4 para secar. É uma boa academia. Paga estacionamento 20 e pouco dólares por dia, um absurdo! e o café da manhã nao é bom, é bem estilo americano.

- mavi555 (8/5): Nice Hotel Excelent location - Nice rooms, spacious bathroom. Quiet and clean. Full kitchen. Breakfast included decent. The downside for me was the water pressure of the shower and the price for Parking. 7 min from Disney Springs. Wawa, Burger King, Wyn Dixie Supermarket within 6 min. Amazing location.
