- Dale (10/5): Great place, staff, location and the rooms were large and complete. - The breakfast was good and the location made entrance and exit to my points easy. I really have no complaints. The only thing I notice was it was a little warm in the breakfast eating area and that’s understandable.

- Tori (8/5): Other than the a/c not blowing cool, the stay was very nice. - The staff was excellent and very helpful. The room was very clean. Easy to access of the interstate. The a/c wasn't getting as cold. It was more of room temperature.

My husband lost his phone and she was a lot of help. The toilet in our first room was broken. It was a Friday and the maintenance person had left already. So, we had to change rooms instead of getting it fixed. Also, one of the elevators dropped slightly before it got to last level from the 4th floor. I thought it was stuck or broken too. I reported it to the attendant.

Then to top it all off, the elevators were out and we had to take 4 floors of stairs with a dislocated knee. Front staff was rude!

- knuge68 (2/5): Doesn’t feel safe. - My daughter and I booked this hotel as a stop on a road trip based on the good reviews we had read. We pulled up to stay at the hotel and there were at least 6 parking spots that had the remains of broken windshields in them (including one with a car using a trash bag to cover their window). We didn’t even go into the hotel. Luckily Marriott refunded my points when I called to tell them. The area is not nice, basically a bunch of cheap hotels and fast food places off the highway and we absolutely did not feel safe staying there after what we saw upon arrival. I would not recommend staying here.
- Michael (10/5): - In town for a quick stop while traveling from Ga to Tx. Very smooth and refreshing check-in, Sonia was very helpful. Room was extremely modern with all the bells and whistles (full fridge, stove, sink & dishwasher). Room was very clean and smelling fresh. Room wasn’t very large but enough to maneuver around without a hassle. Bed was comfortable and I slept undisturbed all night. Only area for improvement I could think of was that the breakfast was lack luster, mainly the eggs & sausage tasted horrible, didn’t finish. Overall a great stay and will return if ever passing through.

- Shena (4/5): Disappointing - The location We were on the 4th floor. They had been having lots of rain storms. We were in for the night when my daughter said water was dripping on her head. I looked over her bed the ceiling had split open1a was dripping on her. I went down to the front desk and the lady tha was there after I told her what was going on did nothing I had to tell her to get me another room she said to me " you can't stay in that room?" Beyond frustrated at that point her lack of willingness to help me was beyond crazy . .

Also, I had wanted to add an extra night on here I could not do that but I made another reservation through the app and when I asked the staff was it okay that we stay in the same room for the next day, they said it was fine and all I had to do was come down to the front desk to check out to check back in which was no hassle. Everything worked out and that was fine.

The room was sprayed with a perfume that gave us both headaches and was disgusting to smell. Do not do this without the permission of the guest! The front desk staff were very good and very helpful. Shannon the front desk person was extremely competent and helpful.

- Viergina (2/5): - My first night at the hotel was unpleasant; the room smelled like a dog, and the air conditioning wouldn't turn off. I called the front desk, and while the staff was nice and came to help, the AC issue persisted. Reluctantly, I stayed another night to avoid the hassle of finding a new place. Eventually, I checked out and moved to another hotel where the customer service was excellent, but I soon left because my room lacked a stove. As someone who loves to cook, this was a deal-breaker. I decided to return to the Townplace Hotel, hoping for a better experience. I checked into room 127 and wanted to ensure the stove worked before unpacking, so I went to Walmart to buy ingredients. Unfortunately, the stove was not operational. After cleaning my chicken, I was forced to use a rice cooker. The manager offered to transfer me to another room after I had prepared my meat, yet there was no apology for the inconvenience. Overall, my experience was frustrating and disappointing.
