Melanie García Gómez (8/5): ADECUADO - Los espacios comunales son amplios, la piscina estaba bien, el personal es atento, el aseo de la habitación estuvo bien y la ubicación es muy buena porque esta alejado del ruido, es un hotel campestre. Cuenta con mucho espacio verde para caminar. Cuenta con parqueadero DENTRO de las instalaciones del hotel, pero no esta vigilado y por ello el hotel no responde por pérdidas o daños; yo no tuve ningún inconveniente pero prácticamente dejas el carro a la deriva, a pesar de que se estaciona AL INTERIOR DEL HOTEL y no afuera, no estoy de acuerdo con que la puerta de ingreso permanezca abierta 24 horas y sin control de ingresos y salida de vehículos. En cuanto a las habitaciones considero que requieren una remodelacion, no están mal, de hecho, son limpias, pero olía un poco como a viejo, y por ejemplo el desayuno tampoco estuvo mal, pero no guarda relación entre precio-calidad. En general fue una buena estancia, con aspectos por mejorarar para que sea más atractivo.

Sebastian Lancheros (3/5): In general terms is an ok hotel to stay if you're just going to sleep and have breakfast. - The hotel is very similar of what you see in the pictures. It is a little pricy for what they give you. The location is good if you have a car, it's safe and the parking lot is big. The breakfast was pretty simple but it wasn't bad. The real bad part was that they took like 30 minutes to take our order, and more than 30 minutes for the food to arrive. There where just 2 breakfast options, scrambled eggs with or without tomato and onion. It didn't make any sense for it to take that long. The service in general was pretty bad, it seemed that they didn't like what they were doing, probably not a problem of the staff but the hotel administration. It wasn't very clean. The pool area didn't look clean.

Las instalaciones tienen mucho potencial, pero el mantenimiento de las mismas parece que es demasiado trabajo para la cantidad de personal, con lo que las mismas están un poco faltas de atención.

MONICA (7/5): Buena relación calidad - precio - El hotel es modesto, cumple con lo que indican en la descripción y es acorde con el precio que cobran. Está bien ubicado y es fácil llegar; la habitación estuvo bien, es amplia, tiene TV y aire acondicionado que funciona muy bien para el clima de El Espinal. El baño y la habitación estaban limpios, el desayuno es sencillo y bien preparado, el personal es muy atento. Estuvo bien para la expectativa que tenía, el precio es económico y el hotel tiene lo necesario. Solo me alojé una noche.

All the hotels a run down in this - There is a huge pool to escape the heat. - The rooms are very mediocre. - The staff doesn’t know much about their own property and are not helpful. - They have basically no towels. Our room for a family of four had two towels and they refused to change them after use. I paid for 8 family members to chill by the pool for a day and they all had to air dry. - No hot water. - Breakfast is terrible and watch out for hidden charges, it’s not transparent.
