- Memo (7/5): Aceptable. - De fácil acceso, sin mayores dificultades. La habitación que me asignaron era pequeña. Hacen falta lugares comunes (terraza, balcón) para pasar unos minutos en el atardecer, charlando.

- Diana (6/5): - Está muy bien el personal de limpieza es lo que no me agradó el primer día me despertaron como a las 9:00 de la mañana con unos toque dos muy fuerte para hacer la limpieza y yo aún no salía y me dice solo que sea de antes de la 1 mucho trabajo y salí como a las 11:00 ese día a mis actividades y al llegar por la noche no hicieron la limpieza eso fue lo que no me agradó primero despiertan y al final no lo hicieron pero esa es mi opinión

- Verified traveler (8/5): NICE AND CLEAN - Hotel is newer and it's modern and very clean. The room was a double and was very spacious. No enclosed closet, no fridge, no microwave. It has air conditioning. It was a bit noisy since it's on the main highway and could hear noise from passing cars and music playing in the area. It has the essentials for the bathroom. We walked into the Centro and took us about 10 minutes. We only stayed one night but it was comfy and restful.

- Sinahi (7/5): Very clean hotel, and nice stay if you are only here for a couple of days. - very comfortable bed and very clran The hotel has rules that are very exaggerated and ridiculous. When coming into our hotel room we found a pamphlet with over 20 rules such as: no food or beverages allowed in room unless purchased at hotel restaurant and that you cannot take the hotel key when going out and must leave it with receptionist before exiting the building (Although this last rule was not enforced my employees). The hotel restaurant only has breakfast and no room service.

If I could suggest two things to the hotel, it would be to double pain the front windows as the traffic noise was very loud. Secondly step-up the coffee service by either making it actually hot in the lobby or put a machine in each room.
