Chen and Bao do great job with breakfast and are so very friendly. They make my stay enjoyable each and every time. Huge assets to the hotel.

- Mindy (8/5): Comfortable, very clean. - Staff was very friendly. The lobby was beautiful. The visitors who stayed here used terrible language; wore little to no clothing . Literally just underwear and see through tights or incredibly short dresses. I did not feel comfortable with my young daughters around other guests. Also witnessed a woman screaming and cursing at breakfast on the phone. Just very overwhelming.

It has a little of everything family , night life . The check-in was chaotic. No parking. A lot behind the hotel uncovered for $50 day. The failure to disclose that it would be an Extra $275 charge/hold on credit card .

- Brandon (3/5): Horrible - Friendly staff Warmer for breakfast hot foods was broken and eggs meats and potatoes were sitting out well over 2+ hours, pool jets were not working making the pool cloudy and stagnant, peloton in the gym was unable to connect to internet and was not usable, tv in room would not turn on and maintenance had to be called and no private parking had to spend $56 to park.

- Elif (10/5): I’d go back again! - It was central, staff was incredibly helpful, everyone was kind and friendly, and the rooms were spacious and very comfortable, also clean. The food was great, and they had 24 hours of coffee! It was all great!

- Vamsi Krishna (3/5): - I am very disappointed with my stay at this hotel. The biggest issue was the lack of proper car parking. There is no dedicated parking area, and finding a safe place to park was extremely stressful. Guests are left to manage on their own, which is very inconvenient—especially after a long day of travel. For a hotel that charges this much, basic facilities like secure and organized parking should be available. This caused unnecessary frustration during my stay. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone traveling with a vehicle unless they improve their parking arrangements.

And most of enjoyment was being able to relax in a clean cozy room with private bathroom .. flat screen.. etc...When we.visit Chicago this is definitely our spot...

There is nothing I didn’t like except for the way to get to the room. We stopped at 2 o’clock and they said to come back at three. We came at three and it wasn’t ready till 420.

- Daniel (8/5): Good hotel with expensive parking fee - Breakfast was great, everything in the room was working and clean, very quite rooms and nice facilities overall. Parking fee of $50 a night was not anywhere in the description of the hotel. I would have stayed elsewhere if I new about this.
- Tisca (9/5): My stay was short and sweet but I'm planning to return next year. - Breakfast was satisfactory. If you are staying for more than a few days, you may want to eat out, but it is certainly adequate if you don't want to leave the property. Came for the marathon so the location was within walking distance of the expo and as a bonus, the final mile went past the hotel so my daughter was able to cheer me on.

Loved being close to Chinatown and the Field Museum. - Seriously the entire hotel and hall ways and building smelled amazing like lavender, it was so nice. Also, Ramon was AWESOME answering all my questions and helping me with early checkin! I loved everything!
- Constance (10/5): Overall, one of my top hotel stays ever in the city! - I love how close it was to a CTA line, it made getting around the city easier. I love how friendly and welcoming the staff was, as well. They took care of us and I love how safe the hotel made us feel! The room was absolutely amazing, it had a little kitchen which was perfect, a little couch inside the room as well which was nice to be able to sit on that to watch TV instead of a bed. The bed was absolutely comfy, though. It felt like laying on a cloud. The bathroom was spacious and so clean, it was nice! The water pressure was perfect, too! Overall, it was an amazing hotel in my opinion, and I will definitely stay there again in the future!

- bieh2018 (10/5): Great place to stay - I loved the stay. All the staff was were very friendly! The location was superb, near of the subway and buses. The facilities are clean. The pool was loved by my daughter. The breakfast buffet was vey good and the staff (especially Chen) was great. I surely would be back again.

- Cathery (10/5): - It was a young man that stood out this time..He works the a.m. hrs... I didn't want to have to walk pass some vomit that was near the entrance door .. I reported the issue to him leaving out to go to my car and bout time I was entering to go back upstairs the vomit had been cleaned up... Grateful beyond words.. Thank you young man .. also the pool had great temperature.. the fitness area cozy... TOP NOTCH SECURITY!! .. you need your key card for everything lol .. See y'all soon 😍
- FJBIII (10/5): Great to have kitchenette and Home2suites amenities in an expensive city - First - lovely and helpful Chen was a delight in the breakfast area. Lots of well thought out and flexible space in our queen bed suite. Kitchen was fantastic to have for full size fridge and dishes to save big money on eating out. Great to be able to walk inside to McCormick Place convention. More restaurants within walking distance than in the past. We’ll stay here again.

- mabyaa (10/5): Exceptional women, exceptional service - Both Ta’Quana and Patrice made our short stay a pleasant experience. Ta’Quana greeted us at the front desk with a smile and answered all of our questions and welcomed us back. Patrice went above and beyond with an ask. She was kind, helpful and kept the breakfast area stocked and clean. Having good people take care of you during your stay is what makes a hotel experience good. I hope they are commended and rewarded for doing more than just their job titles/responsibilities, for providing the care and consideration you hope to have when traveling.

- Dingle666 (8/5): Home2 Suites McCormick Place Chicago - Good quality hotel extremely convenient to the adjacent conference centre. Access via walkway between conference centre and hotel. 15 mins on the ‘L’ (Green Line) or 40 min walk to the centre of Chicago. Room clean and spacious, comfortable bed but front facing rooms could be noisey throughout the night with street traffic. Bustling busy atmosphere but all staff friendly and helpful. A shout out to Chen, who mate my breakfast experience better with her friendly and will to make things as good as possible. Breakfast was simple but effective. Lots of eateries within walking distance and all in, I would use this hotel again when in Chicago.
