• Agnès (9/5): Pratique et accueillant - Nous avons demandé à changer de chambre car la porte de la sdb ne fermait pas et la seule fenêtre donnait sur un mur. Le manager a trouvé une solution que nous avons vraiment appréciée. La chambre est grande, le lit très confortable, la sdb bien, le petit déjeuner compris avec un gauffrier, l’accueil très sympathique Un peu cher pour le standing.

Would not give me a receipt for my stay because I booked through a 3rd party. Booking.com claims they have to provide it, they say booking. Com has to provide it. Meanwhile, my reimbursement is on hold because I don't have it. Not sure whose fault it is but neither place seems to care.

• Susan (10/5): Nice Hotel, Friendly Staff, Amazingly Comfortable Mattress - The staff at the front desk, and the lady working the breakfast room were very friendly. The mattress was one of the most comfortable we have ever slept on, and we didn't want to take the bed apart to see the mattress brand, so I asked the lady at the front desk. She took my number and texted me the next day with the brand which I really appreciated (it is a Beautyrest). After a very long drive from the Houston area to Carlsbad, we appreciated being able to walk across the street to a Mexican restaurant where we had a very good dinner. We had no complaints.

• Judith (10/5): - On our arrival we were checked in by Monica. Once we were settled in our room she called to see how our room was. We had a problem with our TV and logging into Wi-Fi. Monica came to our room and helped us resolve our issues. She definitely went above and beyond. As an employer she is the kind of employee we all value most!
