- Jeferson (2/5): -
- Arnold Pere (3/5): Not comfortable - Not applicable Insect inside the room
- Monalisa (3/5): - No breakfast Overall- no swimming pool and the tv is not smart with very poor signal even though we are just watching news
- Jesus Domingo (6/5): Average - Close to commercial center Restroom
- Agustina (5/5): Fair - Convenient Stingy staff
- Cresencio (4/5): -
- Chricept (5/5): Passable -
- Jairah (6/5): Pleasant -
- Richie (2/5): - no good rooms, i was moved to different rooms 6 times for discrepancies. if i could only refund my payment i will move to other Hotel.
- Kathleen (1/5): Worst hotel, I stayed in. It's not worth being part of Booking.com - The location is in the heart of the city. It's easy to access.
The guard on duty was very accomodating. 1. We were on our way to the hotel and wanted to ask for parking details, I tried reaching out to the hotel thru phone and email and chat. However, I never received a response.
2. We tried to order food thru in room dining. So, we called the phone number provided. Someone's already taking the order when she suddenly stopped responding to me(she started talking to someone). Then, when she talked back, she told me that the kitchen was already closed. I was very disappointed. I hoped that they had told me from the beginning that their kitchen had already closed.
3. We ordered food thru Grab. However, utensils were not provided by the Grab partner. So we asked if they have utensils we can borrow. The person in the lobby told us that it costs 50.00 for a pair of spoon and fork. TAKE NOTE, we are just borrowing it.
4. Eventually, while we were in the room, we called the front desk for a pair of utensils. But the person at the front desk told us to talk to the kitchen instead. So we called the kitchen, but the person in the kitchen told us to call the front desk instead because the person who answered the phone was the laundryman. I called the front desk again to ask for the fork and spoon. In my dismay, the woman at the front desk starts to make an argument that it's not their duty. So I was so annoyed and started to become impatient, not knowing who should be the right person I could talk with for just the spoon and fork.
5. Last night, upon checking in, I mentioned to the front desk that I am requesting an OFFICIAL RECEIPT but she told me that the O.R. will be given upon check out. So when we were checking out, I was asking the front desk , however, she said that she CAN NOT issue an O.R. because of their policy.
6. The room;
- Bathroom is not clean thoroughly. The compartment under the mirror seems like it was never cleaned for ages. White water marks are thick and dry.
- Bathroom door is broken. The door knob is missing and wrecked.
- Harmond (7/5): Good -
- Michael (2/5): - The place was the most unsafe I have ever felt
- Marjorie (4/5): Disappointing - hindi malinis ang room, walang enough na socket. we can't used the socket flug..
- Jcuison (6/5): Across Araneta Cubao Center - The service of the employees is excellent, because of the staff it makes you feel at home. The location is safe and accessible to the famous shopping mall The building is old and needs to be refurbished.
- Faltado (5/5): Passable - Near Farmers and Gateway.
For a family of four, it is already the cheapest, I believe. The aircon is average.
The place is near local eatery. Staff are courteous. I can't smoke inside the room or even at the Comfort Room.
The door of the CR is damaged it created sounds while closing.
The Comfort Room is not comfortable because the tiles are bad, it is separating from the ground and the grooves look untidy to the feet. you need to wear slippers
The elevator is faulty it takes you 5 minutes sometimes to ride.
Wifi is faulty and slow.
- Jessa (1/5): Bad -
- Ferdinand (9/5): Superb -
- Mervilyn (4/5): Disappointing -
- Karen (7/5): Good -
- #NotHappy (2/5): - Horrible place!! They don’t answer phone calls if you have a questions about check in time if you’re coming from the airport. Dirty! Don’t waste your money here. Go somewhere else who answers your call when you needed a important answer to your questions. No assistance. Just gauge your money.
- Verified traveler (8/5): - freebies and staff
- Verified traveler (2/5): - Cockroaches everywhere.. yyiiieeekkkss, so damn eeiiiw. bed sheets are not change and also the towels.

- earl (4/5): - Been there a few times.. and they seem to not care to secure our bags ne moare... wanted to check out and leave my bad there and go and eat... and the grouchy one said no can do.. she said leave it with the guard outside.. not understand.. if the guard is responsible... why cant they be and leve the bag in a secure place.. when i checked in.. was there at 12 noon and asked to leave my bag... and go and eat.. it was ok.. by the clerk who was more professional... so went to eat and back at 2 and check in and all was ok... this is a very nice property cuz it is close to most eating and things to do area.. instead of winder acrosss edsa... on Benitz... but seems they need to look into some of what they do to their clients... who have stayed there more then 10 times.. but I guess ... some of them dont care and just looking to do what ever they deem is ok.. and no such thing as customer service...
- Verified traveler (4/5): - This is our 3rd time booking here and the last room they gave us was a total disaster. There were cockroaches in the room and the entry card you used to open the door was broken, so we need to ask assistance every time we will go back to our room.

- Verified traveler (6/5): - As an HRM graduate and a hotel years, and as an employee before in 5 star hotel and I worked in International cruiseship.Basically, the guest must not always call the attention for incomplete anemities, make sure before check in of the guest it must in order and clean..The room attendant must report all the defective anemities like shower holder(as what we experienced)so that the supervisor is aware of what should be fixed. The garbage bin must always have a garbage bag.Must have a socket for chargers etc.And please don't forget to provide compimentary amenities..Thank you
- Verified traveler (2/5): Horrible service and fixtures. - Horrible service. Horrible fixtures. Slow service. Broken fixtures.

- Verified traveler (6/5): Bygone era - Furnitures, fixtures, and appliances are past their time.
- Verified traveler (6/5): - Mediocre.

- Jel (4/5): - I did a reservation for my mother. My mother told me that cockroaches was in the bed and crawling in the walls my mom even took picture and video of the roaches and they are big!. The faucet is broken and the shampoo bottles are all empty. The linens and bedsheets was never changed during the whole duration of stay of my mother. All in all my mom is very disappointed.
- Verified traveler (10/5): Home away from home - Amazing
- Verified traveler (8/5): - Accessible and available 24/7. Staff are accomm
- Troy A. (4/5): wait for check in & watch long term residents hitting on desk girls - The good: good location next to Araneta ctr, bottle of water free, easy access to main roads
The bad: many broken items in room, noisy, wouldn't store bags for a few hours, toilet didn't work, dirty/old
if you like that, you'll love this place. It seemed like a cheap Chinese hotel we visited a few years ago - no maintenance or upgrades, just get people in and try to change bad reviews later. Specifically, the remote didn't work, the toilet didn't work, and the 4 girls at the desk were too busy playing with the men around the corner to actually get us checked in so we could sleep (some of us still go to hotels to sleep. Who knew?!) Overall, the location had good access but it wasn't a good experience and I wouldn't recommend to anyone except Justin Bieber
- Jim (4/5): Worst hotel ever - Worst hotel ever, so many insects and cockroates in the room and smal insects in the bed, dirty and you have to ask the house keeping to come and clean the room! And the wifi was the worse, never this hotel again, but it was cheap, and you got what you payed for;)
- Verified traveler (4/5): - Location was good
- Verified traveler (8/5): So-so - So-so
- Verified traveler (4/5): - The building facilities needs upgrading
- Verified traveler (4/5): - Have many broken items
- Prince (8/5): - Free breakfast was great
- doradora (8/5): - the CR has a stinky smell
- Faye (6/5): - The only nice in this place is the WiFi other than that nothing else. The room has cockroaches And the aircon is not cold we set to the coldest but at night my daughter was crying complaining of sweating not again in araneta Cubao branch.
- Verified traveler (4/5): - What I did not like was the un accomodating staff upon check in and the housekeeping that do not respond to request such as new sets of towels for our second nights stay.
- Rafael (6/5): - Maingay ang kapitbahay
- JCP (6/5): - There's tv but the signal was poor. the restroom's lock was also broken.
- Edwin (8/5): - Not bad, good ok
