- Michela (8/5): Comodo hotel per girare la città - L'hotel é in ottima posizione, a circa 10 minuti a piedi da una fermata della metro e sempre in 10 minuti si raggiunge a piedi un mall Hyundai. Sempre a piedi si può percorrere una lunghissima via piena di negozi/bar e ristoranti. La colazione é varia e molto buona, lo staff molo gentile e cordiale. La camera aveva una vista veramente bella sulla città. Le camere sono un po' piccole ma soprattutto non esiste un armadio ma solo un'appenderia. Noi abbiamo lasciato le valigie aperte a terra con i vestiti dentro. Inoltre il room service é attivo solo fino alle 20.30, però vicino all'hotel ci sono diversi 7eleven aperti tutta notte.

Every detail was thoughtfully handled by the hotel team, whose attentiveness made us feel genuinely at home throughout our stay. The breakfast was easily one of the best we’ve ever had, refined, abundant, and a perfect way to start each day. A particularly appreciated touch: even on days when we chose not to request room cleaning, fresh towels were automatically provided, reflecting the hotel’s commitment to comfort and service. We enjoyed every moment and would return without hesitation on our next trip. Every was perfect.
- maya_elizabeth (10/5): 5/5 good value stay in Gangnam - Overall, I was pleased with my stay at Four Points Gangnam for my first trip to Seoul. I picked it primarily because it offered the convenience of being close to the metro line I needed to get to my conference. I also like staying at Bonvoy hotels when I can, so I was able to enjoy benefits like late check out. It was an excellent value for my week long stay. As a first timer in Seoul, I also really liked staying in Gangnam. It felt very comfortable, while still offering easy access to some of the more popular tourist spots. There are plenty of options for great food, coffee and shopping mere steps away. While my room was on the smaller side for what I usually get, it was definitely spacious enough for one. It was also modern, clean, and comfortably equipped. The 24/7 fitness was also decent and nice to have as an option. Staff were all friendly, too. I occasionally had trouble getting the right temperature but that’s probably more on me. I would recommend the hotel and I wouldn’t hesitate staying there again. Seoul is an incredible city and I’d love to go back one day!
- Allison (10/5): Loved this hotel and look forward to going back. - I stayed for eight days in early April 2026 and it was fantastic. The staff were kind and helpful, my room was perfect - clean, well appointed, comfortable and warm or cool (as needed) and the location was ideal. I didn't eat in the restaurant or use the gym, but visited the bar for snacks and drinks several times, and used the laundry, both of which were excellent. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and will stay again when I return to Korea. Highly recommend. A more extensive room service menu might have been nice but there are many food options close by.

- J3586JDsallyc (10/5): Good stay - First time i went to seoul for a medical surgery. I choose this hotel due to its distance to my clinic. I had a wonderful stay. First, the hotel allowed me to check-in early (this helped me prepare my surgery as I was traveling alone). Second, the room is very clean - small but good enough for one person. The staff are very nice and helpful. when I was going to look for a pharmacy near by, the front desk staff, went as far as calling a taxi for me and telling me where to go and what to do. The hotel has a breakfast buffet, although i didnot purchase a daily breakfast, I tried one day of breakfast buffet and I found the food very good. The Hotel is walking distance to restaurants and coffee bars. The only concern I have with the hotel, is when i was going to check out, there was a strong smell of cigarette smoking in the whole floor (which I am in a non-smoking floor) - this is not the hotel's fault but to inconsiderate customers who dont follow rules. Overall, I had a wonderful stay.

- D4781PDgracep (10/5): Spacious, Comfortable, and Centrally Located - Firstly, the room was very comfortable and spacious, and the high ceilings made it feel open rather than cramped. The view from the window was fantastic, and sipping a cup of tea while looking out at the city after a long day of exploring was such a relaxing treat. The hotel offers a free luggage storage service, which was really convenient since I arrived before check-in time. All the reception staff were very helpful and kind. I especially want to thank one staff member, Leanna (I hope I remembered the name correctly), for kindly taking a picture with my possum—her thoughtfulness really made my stay special, and she truly deserves recognition for her kindness to guests. The location was excellent, right in the city centre, and two nights just weren’t enough to see everything nearby. One small thing: the hotel buffet at night felt a bit pricey for a solo traveller, and the staff at the buffet wasn’t very friendly when I asked about the price for one person. As a result, I ended up walking out at night to find somewhere else to eat, which wasn’t the best experience in - 12°C weather in Seoul. If I could suggest an improvement for future visitors, it would be great if the reception provided more information about nearby places to grab a simple meal or experience traditional Korean dining.

I was with my daughter - after persisting and requesting them to inspect the room, the offered to give us a sleeping room for the night which was cold and horrible. - 348shereenm (2/5): Avoid This Hotel – Serious Issues and No Accountability - Do not stay at Four Points by Sheraton Seoul, Gangnam. On our final night, cigarette smoke poured into our room through the ventilation system, despite this being a so-called smoke-free hotel. The smell was strong and continuous. We reported it immediately. The hotel failed to fix the issue, confirmed the smoke themselves, and offered only an ineffective air purifier. We were forced to change rooms late at night just to escape the fumes. The hotel then refused to provide any compensation or refund for the ruined final night. Poorly managed, unacceptable standards, and zero accountability. Choose another hotel.

- raymondgonzales1978 (10/5): Where Gangnam Style Meets Actual Comfort - Four Points by Sheraton Seoul - Set in Gangnam, the Four Points by Sheraton Seoul is a business-savvy hotel with sleek vibes that I really enjoy. The hotel is in a great part of Seoul with lots of restaurants and easy access to public transportation. There are even a couple of convenience stores within a block. I also loved how the area feels lively without being overwhelming, which made it easy to settle in quickly. The hotel itself is tall with rooms that feel surprisingly luxurious. I requested a room with a bathtub and was able to unwind every evening after work with a long soak. The TVs and wireless internet are fantastic, especially since I needed fast Wifi for Zoom meetings. All of the amenities inside the room were excellent. The gym had everything I needed to stay fit and is open 24 hours. There is even a fantastic guest laundry room that allowed me to wash and dry my clothes after traveling for a week. The thoughtful little touches at this hotel made my stay much smoother than expected. Overall, this hotel is great for business travelers, families, or tourists. I would stay here again in a heartbeat.

- Annamika (10/5): will be returning for sure. - beautiful spread, lots of variety, friendly staff and chefs very accommodating and helpful, love Seira to bits so attentive and a darling. fresh ingredients, and got to experience Korean breakfast spread was so delicious. everything was amazing, wish the bar would stay open later, for the night owls, its something small and not a red flag, a pool would be appreciated, especially a heated one in winter. i am very satisfied with everything otherwise.
- niallk415 (6/5): Street noise reaches rooms, manage your air flow, more transit friendly than I expected - The hotel is located at the junction of two busy roads. Road noise traveled into my room on the 10th floor, requiring me to wear earbuds at night to block the noise. My room lacked good air exchange according to my Aranet4 CO2 monitor, with CO2 levels regularly reaching 2000 ppm. I tried asking the front desk staff if there were any adjustments I could make on the thermostat controls to improve the issue, but they just seemed confused by the request (I'm an English speaker who does not speak Korean). You're about a 10 minute walk away from the Andaz entrance to the Abgujeong subway station and ~15 minutes walk from Sinsa subway station. Bus lines to places like Seongsu-dong drop off almost outside the hotel and pick up across the road. The hotel had three sets of self-serve washers and dryers available during my stay at a cost of 4000 KRW for each cycle. One set of machines was out of service. A change machine in the room covered bills to 500 KRW coins. A vending machine dispensed washing power for 1000 KRW. The restaurant on the third floor was popular when I stopped by during both breakfast and dinner service. The dinner had both buffet options (lamb, beef, fish) and a-la-carte options (burger, chicken sandwich). Ultimately I think I'd seek out other hotel options not directly facing the main road, potentially with recent renovations that could indicate improved air flow. The hotel was sold out during my early November stay, so any issues I experienced don't seem to be impacting the popularity of the hotel.

The hotel didn't have any regular king rooms available and despite being Ambassador elite, they weren't able to upgrade me to a suite. The staff were friendly and I'd consider going back and tryin g a king room on a future stay. Breakfast was very good.

- Kseniia (4/5): Horrible planning and doesn’t deserve 4 stars -Seoul has better options to offer. Disappointment - Unfortunately cannot remember anything good The room planning is horrible! The room is tiny and when you enter the room you enter through shower / washing facilities. This makes life very inconvenient if you are 2 people: you cannot change unless you do it in front of your room mate, if you brush your teeth your room mate sees it, when you walk out of shower you have to walk to the corridor close the door - and only after that you can dry yourself with towel. More than that, no ventilation in shower - all the Vapor goes to the room as the door does not close the space until the ceiling. No room for luggage or clothes. Service is very unpleasant- rushing you with breakfast and check out, not helpful at all. Hotel located on a noisy street (corner) and sound insulation is far from the best. Pillow was made of stones or I do not know - could not sleep through the night. If you considering this hotel - book ibis nearby, at least you will not pay fortune! I paid for this hotel the amount as for a five star hotel- but it doesn’t deserve more than 3! Shower was slippery out of dirt. Absolutely no go.

The hotel's location is unbeatable, just a short walk from Gangnam Station and surrounded by trendy shops and restaurants. The rooms were modern, clean, and comfortable, with all the amenities I needed. The staff were friendly and helpful even less English knowledge, and the breakfast buffet was ok with a wide range of options. I also appreciated the hotel's facilities, including the fitness center and pool. Overall, Four Points Gangnam is a great choice for travelers looking for a convenient and comfortable stay in Seoul!"

- Tea H. (10/5): This is my go to hotel whenever I visit Korea, and as always, I felt very comfortable staying here. - Very clean room, professional and kind staff, and a convenient location. I always stay at this hotel whenever I visit Korea, and they never disappoint. I returned after my last stay in February and noticed that they had changed the shower head, upgraded the lighting in the shower, and the room was overall cleaner than before. The bed and bedding were super comfortable as always. Will definitely return to this hotel for my next visit to Korea. Nothing I did not like about this hotel.

- Fernlalit (2/5): Bad experience with reception - My second visit here, the location and price are good. But this time, I had a very bad experience with the hotel reception staff, Ellie. -I was confused about the payment, and she answered with an unwelcoming expression ( I though I had a deposit when I check it) -She gave me a receipt to check and just left it on the counter, without even folding it. -No “thank you” or anything that would make a guest want to revisit the property.

- Sebastián (8/5): Mis resumen es positivo del hotel, pero con lo difícil que es comer o tomar algo en Seúl para los extranjeros que no qui - Buen hotel, limpio y bien ubicado. Nadie habla inglés en el hotel. El restaurant no tiene comida a la carta, por lo cual tienes que comprar el buffet completo. Los restaurantes cierran muy temprano, pero lo más malo es que dicen cerrar a las 9:30-10, pero en realidad llegues a la hora que llegues te advierten que están cerrando y una hora antes del cierre ya no te dejan pedir nada y es como que te echan. Eso le baja mucho la calidad al hotel. Gimnasio es mejor que digan que no hay si solo es una pieza pequeña con un par de mancuernas.

- Bakar Nadra (6/5): - I was sharing a room with my colleague and the room is way too small. There's no proper storage and going straight to your room to a sink is weird to me. If you're sharing a room, the bathroom privacy is an issue. There's no separation between the bathroom area and the beds.
