• Arie (10/5): Highly recommended due to the great guest service. - That you must decide only at the check in what is the food and beverage budget, and that you can't add if you consume more than the budget allocated initially. Aldo that if you end your budget, you have to pay for each meal, and not able to charge the room, to pay at check out. Last, the gym, has hardly towels, one treadmill was broken, and has not been fixed during my entire stay of 8 nights.

• Sandra (10/5): Fantastisch hotel met zeer vriendelijk personeel. - De bedden waren heerlijk. Het Engels van sommige personeelsleden kan nog iets verbeterd worden. Daarnaast zouden de tijden van de shuttlebus wat verruimd mogen worden, met name in de avond. De laatste bus terug uit Ubud centrum naar het hotel vertrekt nu al om 19.30 uur, waardoor het lastig is om nog rustig in het centrum te eten.
• hidajat (10/5): Truly Balinese hospitality - 1. Breakfast Most fantastic is their breakfast. Many hotels don’t realize that breakfast time is most interactive time between hotel staff and the guests, time to make bonding & memories. Last July 2025 I stayed at Element, I feel a lot of improvements compared to my current stay on March 2026. More various of food & I saw staff were more proactive not only serving but chatting with guests & asked what they like optional off menu like fresh juice, various coffee etc. It makes the guests feel special not just having breakfast. Selections of food are changing every day, for example soup station always changing every day from meatballs to soto, also porridge station, from Manado porridge to Bandung porridge. You can choose what you like in egg station. From egg benedict, gluten free bread, this incredible and off list menu like I did. Mr. Alies Sugiarto happened to chat with me, and I asked, if possible, to get croque madame, surprisingly he agreed & will make it tomorrow morning. He called my room the next morning to ensure what time I will be in the dining area. I feel to be treated specially. Thank you so much! My sis also told me to ask staff if they have dragon fruit. They don’t provide it on the table but surprisingly they serve the dragon fruits special for her! 2. Special request response I brought my elderly parents 92 & 82 years old & when I booked, I asked to get room nearby elevator, lower floor. Very nice to know that we not only got the nearest room to the lobby, the easiest access but also having bathroom for disable/ elderly. They really care about what guests requested. 3. The Room -Functional room with sufficient light in important sports, and when we turn the night lamps, the lamps under bed will turn on, easy to see when we get out of bed. -Folding mirror so we can see through bedroom from the glass window of bathroom. -Mini bolster is nice one to hug -Private terrace -twin bed spacious 140 cm each -glass bottle water late check in, I have stayed in Element twice, and all were always late to get check in. Once is around 4pm & second time around 3pm although they gave pizza voucher as compensation, but for an on time person like me, I think more important to let the guest check in on time

The hotel surprised my friend will a lovely birthday display in her room. Pool had plenty of lounges, was not busy. Shuttle bus to Ubud Centre was great to have. The bed was so comfortable and room was spacious. As I was not familiar with Ubud, I felt the hotel was too far to walk and had to rely on Grab or Shuttle.

Waking up to the breathtaking, uninterrupted view of the lush forest was a daily highlight. It was the perfect serene sanctuary. Hotel Grounds & Amenities: The landscape is stunning. The main swimming pool is amazing, and we loved the shaded secondary pool—a perfect spot to relax with a delicious pizza and a cool drink. The complimentary evening happy hour was a fantastic touch we looked forward to each day. Dining: The restaurant is truly one of a kind. The variety of delectable foods and drinks was impressive, and the service was consistently attentive and friendly. Unique Experiences: The complimentary bicycles are a great perk, but renting their electric bikes was an exceptional experience. It allowed us to discover Ubud and its surrounding beauty effortlessly and joyfully. Location: The hotel’s location in the heart of Ubud is excellent, providing both convenience and a sense of serene escape. In Summary: We left after 5 days wishing we could stay forever. This was more than just a hotel stay; it was a memorable journey. It surely will not be our last visit. Thank you, Element Ubud, for an unforgettable getaway! • Svetlana (8/5): Central Ubud location emerged in the green - Good location, very good breakfast and food in general, free yoga every morning. The staff is very polite and oriented for problem solving. The hotel built in a way that the best rooms are in the back and you have to walk long corridors to reach the room. The mechanical workshop is just at the backyard, with workers burning palm and wood all day long. The roosters can be heard all night long in the “best rooms” facing the jungle - the soundproofing is very weak. The kids club is very old and not well maintained- and it’s very different from the photos.

• 82sylviav (10/5): Perfect place to discover Ubud in all her beauty - Love the food, the restaurant and people who work there. They are all so lovely! Don’t hesitate but book this hotel if you want an excellent Ubud experience. Of course the prices in the restaurant of this 5-star hotel are higher than outside, but it is so convenient. A main cours is around 6-7 euro’s. The breakfast is amazing! Indonesian food and international bread and fruits. The coffee is excellent, thank you all for bringing us cappuccino's every morning. The room is clean; fresh and crispy sheets, soft towels and supplies. Thanks to teh hard working boys for cleaning up every day. At the nice garden pool we had lovely days thanks to Tu Novi! She is so nice and brought us bad-towels everyday. This is the perfect base to discover Ubud. We got the free shuttle bus now and then (every 2 hours). But we walked as well to town: it’s about 30 minutes walk. Supermarkets nearby; they sell everything. For good food go to the center of Ubud. Reception calls nice taxi drivers, cost you around 3-4 euro for a center drop off. Do not forget to visit Tirta Empul Temple. Taxi will bring you up and down (wait for you) for around 25 euro. We felt very safe, loved and welcome in this hotel. We hope to come back one day. Unfortunately it is a 17 hour flight…. But see you soon!

The shuttle into the center and to the monkey forest was very convenient. But what really made the stay special was the staff. We want to thank everyone in the reception and restaurant for making us feel welcome. And a special thanks to Bhima in the restaurant for taking time to explain Balinese coffee to us.

• monz909 (10/5): Lovely hotel jungle environment near Ubud - We stayed in Element Bali Ubud for three nights in Nov. We were pleasantly surprised by the ambience, and comfort offered due to hotel location and fantastic staff with special thanks to Cynthia at the reception. The staff were all very friendly and accommodating, they have changed/upgraded our rooms to our satisfaction. The breakfast experience was fantastic. You can order full English at the counter, and while the variety of food was not overly extensive, there was still enough to cater to all guests' preferences. In particular, we loved the swimming pool especially swimming while pouring with rain- great experience with the jungle like surroundings. Just be careful with the midges and insects- full anti-insect spray is a must. . Bit far from town centre, takes 30 minutes walk- but you can use hotel shuttle- or a taxi max 2 pounds one way. Recommend the fire dance at Ubud temple, Monkey forest, water falls, and rice fields experience. Overall, it was a great holiday for my family and me. Thank you for your warm hospitality. We look forward to staying there again sometime next year.

• massishirkhan (8/5): Great hotel, but the distance from Ubud is a downside - This hotel has many wonderful qualities, but there is one significant drawback that didn’t fully work for me: the distance from Ubud center. The drive takes about 20 minutes each way, which made it inconvenient if you want easy access to the main area where most of the restaurants, cafés, and shops are located. That said, the hotel itself is very beautiful. The room was extremely clean, modern, and well-designed. The pool was large and very nice, perfect for relaxing and enjoying the peaceful surroundings. The breakfast was fantastic , I highly recommend adding it to your reservation. The staff truly stood out as well , they were warm, attentive, and incredibly helpful throughout my stay, which made the experience much more pleasant. Just keep in mind the distance if you plan to go back and forth to town frequently.
